終於今日少些人(打風後),我去試了長龍店。我主要試了蟹肉炒飯,份量夠,有鮮味。我媽媽試了金邊粉,她認為太辣。全家她最能吃辣,建議不吃辣的朋友走辣。我聽到我鄰座那位走辣。她覺得份量比較小,男性應該吃下飽。中午餐牌沒有蟹肉奄列,可惜。超級不建議想來傾偈的人,地方很窄,非常嘈。

和牛醉貓炒河
睇落都好有鑊氣,食落的確好惹味,調味好岩我口味。除左和牛,仲有粟米芯,芥蘭等等既配料,河粉口感煙煙韌韌,整體食落係辣辣地,越食越開胃,好食!
蟹肉奄烈
第一次係泰式餐廳叫呢樣野,比我想像中大份好多,奄烈外皮煎到好香脆,入口唔油膩,而且還有D蛋汁,唔會太乾,奄烈中間夾住好多蟹肉,非常飽滿,真係啖啖滿足!
燒豬頸肉
咬落唔會乾,每塊都好厚肉,一定要點埋佢個靈魂醬汁!

芒果糯米飯
糯米飯食落好Q彈,濃郁既椰奶配埋微暖既飯,芒果又甜又多汁,好夾。

呢到既泰奶係好地道既味道! 連最近介凍飲既我都係到搵到好飲既熱班蘭香茅茶,飲落甜甜地,有陣清香既班蘭味。

今次第二次排終於食到,佢開夜晚六點,上次6:30pm嚟到門口排好多人,所以呢日再戰。今勻5:50pm嚟到,未開門但我前面已經有大約8個人等緊,入面大約38個位,要第一轉穩入就要早啲嚟。踏正六點入得,坐咗全店唯一一張二人枱。我哋點咗三樣嘢食,醃魚青木瓜沙律、醉貓炒河(虎蝦)、和牛船麵,加一杯青檸梳打,埋單400幾。沙律有魚露所以味道偏咸就預咗,少少辣好惹味和牛船麵係用澳洲M9和牛,牛肉好軟好香,湯頭用豬骨熬製三個鐘再加豬血煮,加上泰國香葉,好濃郁好有層次,本身唔食豬紅但食落ok~醉貓炒河偏油,有三隻虎蝦,味道唔錯~ 食完大概6:35pm,門口又排滿晒人,佢上菜快,坐位比較迫,翻枱都快,總結可以嘅就第一轉食,如果唔係就預咗要排隊~

和牛船麵係用澳洲M9和牛,牛肉好軟好香,湯頭用豬骨熬製三個鐘再加豬血煮,加上泰國香葉,好濃郁好有層次,本身唔食豬紅但食落ok~醉貓炒河偏油,有三隻虎蝦,味道唔錯~

一早已經睇到唔少食家推介,已經想嚟呢度試吓好耐,適逢今日天時人和。

睇到YouTube有人介紹佐敦呢間排隊人氣泰國菜「泰排檔」,廚房大廚係米芝蓮泰菜Samsen出身,講到夜晚要排成個鐘先有得食,就睇吓係咪咁猛料😳咁就趁平日放假晏晝嚟試吓啦!大概三點先到,唔使點等位,但係餐廳入面都坐滿人,樓面店員都係泰國人,都幾有禮貌。之前都有食過Samsen嘅船麵,今次都叫咗和牛船麵🍜見到廚房得一個人煮,都等咗一段時間。賣相唔錯,配料除咗有和牛之外,仲有牛丸、炸豬皮,湯底幾濃郁,仲有少少椰香嘅感覺🤔唔知落咗啲咩呢,係咪同豬血有關呢?麵底可以揀金邊粉或者蛋麵,我哋要咗金邊粉都好索湯。另外叫咗醉貓炒河配虎蝦🦐其中以佢隻闊身河粉,口感帶點煙韌,都幾有鑊氣好惹味😋小食方面,原來夜晚先有炸蠔餅,勁想試。要咗炸飛天通菜🥬炸粟米蝦餅🌽🦐沙嗲雞🐥炸粟米蝦餅好食!彈牙之餘,仲有趣卜卜粟米🌽炸得好香口!另外沙嗲雞都唔錯,即叫即燒熱辣辣,個沙嗲汁先係精粹,有少少花生碎🥜甜品要咗泰式椰子雪糕🥥泰式斑蘭雪糕🍨記得samsen有椰子殼,呢度就用咗碗裝,一樣係有花生、椰子肉,如果用返椰子殼神還原泰國feel就好啦。飲品$8就有青檸梳打真係好抵嘅🍹另一杯要咗熱情,芒果冰沙,都足料。總結一下,整體質素

睇到YouTube有人介紹佐敦呢間排隊人氣泰國菜「泰排檔」,廚房大廚係米芝蓮泰菜Samsen出身,講到夜晚要排成個鐘先有得食,就睇吓係咪咁猛料😳咁就趁平日放假晏晝嚟試吓啦!大概三點先到,唔使點等位,但係餐廳入面都坐滿人,樓面店員都係泰國人,都幾有禮貌。

之前都有食過Samsen嘅船麵,今次都叫咗和牛船麵🍜見到廚房得一個人煮,都等咗一段時間。賣相唔錯,配料除咗有和牛之外,仲有牛丸、炸豬皮,湯底幾濃郁,仲有少少椰香嘅感覺🤔唔知落咗啲咩呢,係咪同豬血有關呢?

小食方面,原來夜晚先有炸蠔餅,勁想試。要咗炸飛天通菜🥬炸粟米蝦餅🌽🦐沙嗲雞🐥炸粟米蝦餅好食!彈牙之餘,仲有趣卜卜粟米🌽炸得好香口!

甜品要咗泰式椰子雪糕🥥泰式斑蘭雪糕🍨記得samsen有椰子殼,呢度就用咗碗裝,一樣係有花生、椰子肉,如果用返椰子殼神還原泰國feel就好啦。
