之前一向都有幫襯過幾次,食物質素唔錯,由其泰燒唔係周圍都有,今日1930到舖2人總共叫左1個泰式燒烤3支啤酒1杯特飲,食物15分鐘 就上齊, 食左十分鐘都冇,個泰國女仕過黎話冇得換鐵板,快啲燒,咁唯有配合啦,用餐到尾聲,剛好食晒全部燒肉,當時係2115左右,剩返一盤蔬菜,同一位泰國女仕用不禮貌嘅態度同我講依度食飯有限時,然後打算將我啲蔬菜收咗佢,當時我並唔知道有咁嘅限制,而且舖頭亦都冇寫我即刻問佢其實有限幾耐呢? 佢又冇直接答就走開左。旁邊嘅店員就表示唔使理佢而且同我道歉。再隔多2分鐘,佢再嚟收多一次,當時我嘅蔬菜根本就未食過,而且一直都有叫嘢飲打算繼續order,不過佢態度十分惡劣,話限時90分鐘。然後將我盤蔬菜收走咗。眼見我隔籬枱嗰班泰國人喺我未入座之前已經坐咗喺度食緊,而且仲繼續用餐。而當時舖頭亦有幾張吉枱,外面冇人等位。繼續詢問佢又支吾以對,成餐飯嘅氣氛已經俾佢破壞咗,就結帳走人。唔想做香港人生意,其實早啲講。難得有質素好嘅食物,咁嘅店員令到氣氛直接破壞。無謂貼錢買難受。 continue reading

香港買少見少嘅泰式燒烤火鍋!😍泰式燒烤泰文係 หมูกระทะ muu-Kra-ta 中間食燒烤,側邊係小型火鍋今日嚟到九龍城呢間「泰式東王」有得食muu kra ta 🤤點了一個套餐,相當足料!有醃好的雞肉、豬肉、牛肉、海鮮、蔬菜、粉絲等🧡 醬汁 น้ำจิ้ม naam jim 係重點之一👍🏾另外還點了螄蚶,非常新鮮美味🤤螄蚶要剛剛熟才好吃😋!這個反而在香港吃得比較安心,始終泰國天氣較熱,海鮮感覺較容易變壞呢🙈然後點了很久沒有吃的生菜包👍🏾以一杯泰式奶茶做總結🤗 continue reading

今日我嚟到九龍城呢間餐廳,攞筷子就準備大戰泰式美食囉!先點咗江國冬陰公,飲落去辣得嚟酸香四溢,湯底香郁得黎又夠kick,仲有塊肉厚實嘅魚同爽口海鮮,真係得喇!緊接嘅生蝦,鮮甜彈牙,加上個自家特製醬汁,令人一啖接一啖!🦐🌶️😋當然少不了點佢哋出名嘅泰國薄餅!入口即溶,微辣嘅咖哩汁配上軟綿綿嘅薄餅,啲味道好夠分量,我係真心推介!不過啲雞肉咬落就微微老邊,不過都算係值得,因為咖喱味夠濃!🍛🥞行過街角,見佢哋嘅串燒煙霧繚繞,怎可能唔叫呢?口感正宗,炭香味十足,配埋一大碗香噴噴泰式濕炒河粉,簡直係味蕾上嘅雙重享受,啲河粉又滑又入味,真係食到掂啦!最後,余神打烏龍,原來芒果糯米飯唔響呢度食得,不過都算,今次嘅食物已經夠我哋開心嘅!下次一定會再回味,試下其他招牌菜! 🍽️🍺✨ continue reading

九龍城泰國菜聞名,隨意走進一間,相信亦不會大為失望。(1) 香茅螄蚶白灼至剛熟,保持介貝類的鮮嫩質感;汁液呈血紅,鮮味濃郁而突出。像迷你蠔肉的口感。(個人連Tabasco都覺得辣,這個屬於8.47分辣。)(2) 泰式咖喱軟殼蟹 + 薄餅人叫我又叫系列。雖然泰式咖喱耳熟能詳,但這間的咖喱顏色呈金黃,有別於一般的黃/青/紅咖喱。整體更為濃稠、綿密,薄餅亦易於沾點,而且加上蛋白令味道先辛後甜。軟殼蟹一般、偏鹹。(3) 泰式冬蔭功(海鮮/細)優勢之處在於新鮮、有選擇。除了海鮮,可以挑選蝦為主軸。(7.33分辣。)(4) 泰式鹹魚雞粒炒飯泰式炒飯主角是:洋蔥、蛋、小番茄、芥蘭菜。只嚐鹹魚而不見鹹魚肉,但味道偏向死鹹,而不是陣陣梅香。裝潢略為陳舊,通風系統不是很好。另外,眼見不少人外賣芒果沙冰,一杯便用一整個芒果調製而成。 continue reading
