最近路過的時候,發現之前泰式食肆已經改了名字,今晚趁着有空便來到了。傳統鹽燒羅非魚$158 ,以粗鹽包裹着的羅非魚,保持了魚肉的鮮甜味道,加上內裏的泰式香料,去除了魚肚的正味,魚肉味道香甜,這是正宗泰式的做法。香脆豬肉炒芥蘭$78 ,泰式香趣豬肉就等於港式的燒肉,不過燒肉皮已經沒有這麼香脆,煙煙靭靭。芥蘭爽脆可口,加上泰式炒法,帶點微辣,又是另一番風味。香葉豬肉碎炒飯$78 ,擺盤像金字塔一樣,炒飯辣度適中,非常惹味。如果炒飯在乾身一點更好,不過軟冧有另一番滋味。

香葉豬肉碎炒飯,本來是炒飯,但我們驚食得太多熱氣嘢,所以問侍應可否將肉碎及白飯分開,不要炒飯,而餐廳侍應廚師也非常好,應我們要求,將肉碎及白飯分開,真是值得一讚。
