難得朋友入嚟元朗搵我食晏,當然搵間出面食唔到,又高質素低價錢又要好食又要環境裝修好先對得住朋友仔啦…於是就揀左Backstreet 吉列牛,首先佢個名改得好好,因為佢間鋪係偏離哂航道,附近無食肆,得兩間小鋪頭,真係係後街,唔知係咪租金問題所以以咁嘅質素嚟講,佢係收得好平。有介紹如何燒吉列牛嘅程序講返個午餐先,當然主打吉列牛,98蚊加18蚊有湯有飯有溫泉蛋或溏心蛋,夠哂飽。睇相就知牛嘅質素好高,脂肪分佈均勻,好食入口溶溶地又有牛味,自己燒都好易燒,因為佢會俾牛脂肪做油去煎,又香又好味。我朋友非常滿意猛咁讚,我都食得好開心。

又入到黎元朗食晏,朋友帶咗我去一條小路,以為食西餐嘅,原來黎到話係食吉列牛,平時好多人等添,星期六12點去到唔洗位good good。 石板吉列牛好耐之前已經想試,但香港仲未食過,始終好少地方有得食。店入面仲有介紹要點樣食,例如石板會有件牛脂肪可以掃掃石板等佢有油香啲之類。點完餐都要等一陣,因為睇住店員係廚房燒熱咗個石板先會攞出黎。 等咗陣終於見到炸牛排真身啦,牛小排大約會切成12小片,大約係2-3成熟嘅,等你自己再用石板煎,而且仲有椰菜做配菜,好豐富嘅賣相,而石板上都已經預熱同有牛脂,下面係用酒精爐,慢慢燒又唔怕大火,同埋有調味醬,飯係選項黎,加白飯或者加橫町飯或者加定食set 都得,我今次就唔想食白飯咁齋試下咩叫橫町飯。 吉列牛係用上牛小排,牛小排一般肉質都會幾淋,都算多油,但無乜牛味,一般熟食會比半生熟咁食好味,而店員推介食前加少少鹽煎會香啲,咁要先試味道就乜調味料都唔加,食落果然係無乜味,但炸粉唔厚,而且香脆。再黎一件落少少鹽石板煎,味道完全唔同,煎完兩面之後油香出咁啲,加埋醬汁食就更豐富。跟住就索性點完醬汁之後先慢慢煎,肉味即刻香好多,食嘅時間再加上薑,配搭起黎味道就好豐富。

因為我都係慢慢燒慢慢食嘅關係,舊酒精就會好快燒晒,店員都好細心咁一見到啲火無晒就自動換火,又會主動幫加水,加好快手咁收起用完嘅爐唔會等你唔覺意辣親,細心值得加分。

今次放假, 難得可以陪屋企人, 我話食好少少啦....之後媽咪就帶左我黎呢間....可能係平日, 啱啱又過左放飯時間, 黎到啱啱好有張枱, 唔使等....一食緊係要試主打野, 爸爸叫石燒一口牛肋肉賣相很好, 而且熟度可以自己控制, 肉質好的時候甚麼調味也不用~我就試吉列牛, 雖然石燒已經HIT左好耐, 但真係未試過, 因為我本身都有少少怕吉列野....但見咁特別一於試下, 一試~原來係同平時食嘅吉列豬唔同, 一來佢吉列皮好薄, 燒完之後變左外脆內軟~ 唔會好似豬扒咁鞋口, 再加埋佢D配菜, 有少少柚子醋開胃~呢個贊呀~~^^

預早同媽咪食媽媽節飯,之前已經食過了一次,覺得可以帶媽媽去食,所以一諗起就決定呢間了,結果食到2位大人不停讚好食,今次值回票價啦!不過呢間食店無得訂位,所以要排隊,排左大概30分鐘左右坐定定,即刻order了三款,味道好,好香。其實我最愛的是,橫町飯,上次食完,一食難忘但我今次反而喜歡一口牛肋肉,雪花均勻,肥而不膩,值得再叫!今次吉列牛反而有點膩,不過不得一提,塊豆腐花,真的好考功夫芝士黑松露吉列豬排,我覺得黑松露味不太出眾,反而失望,因為我好喜歡黑松露的😭不過,附有黑松露沙律醬,2位大人話沙律醬的黑松露的味反而比起豬排的濃,但我對沙律醬無感😒食店好窩心的服務,會有圖講解如何食牛,食橫町飯👍🏻三人食左400幾,值得一食!

兩款牛肉都算香,頗重牛味。不過我比較鍾意嘅係一口牛肋肉,我覺得比吉列牛小排好味。而牛肋肉的肉質比較淋,鬆軟同重牛味。
小妹最欣賞碗橫丁飯,入面加了自家制燒肉汁,飯質適中,粒粒分明,配埋飯素一齊食,完全係畫龍點睛,好想添飯啊!



總括而言,雖然份量不多,價錢都算貴,但整個用餐體驗好舒適,店員態度好好,所以都會想再去。

知道這家店常期都排長龍想試但就是會怕排隊於是在雨天的晚上 直覺就告訴我今天應該要去試於是就衝去吃這家入住元朗區後 處處惊喜這家也是其中的一家夜晚因該招牌沒有燈光 有點找不到但最後還是因爲人龍而發現的點了經典的兩款等了約10分鐘就上菜預先會有一份食用教學 貼心最後買單270多 有+1而我覺得肉質跟價錢是成正比的好吃 不失水準 但當然不能去跟貴價餐廳去比一份約100(90多) 加成定食就約 140左右份量剛剛好會再光顧 也會介紹給朋友好店需要支持

已經食過Backstreet Kitchen三次當中最欣賞既係黑松露芝士吉列豬扒唔會太乾同油 一咬入去好香黑松露味成口芝士 鐘意食芝士既就啱曬而其他款式就不過不失啦有飯素既飯係幾惹味的但略嫌個豆腐湯有啲咸視乎你個人口味啦(。ì _ í。)但係每次都起碼等1.5小時無啲耐性都搞唔掂入面位置大約有25個因為無限入座時間同埋要燒住食 翻枱就比較慢啦如果好想食又唔想等的話強烈強烈強烈建議17:45左右到等佢6點開門因為我試過6點到 啱啱好無位 等第一輪食完都起碼45分鐘
