上個禮拜約了一剛從新加坡來港出差友人小聚,他工作地點在LP旁,我來早了,就先找個位子坐下等著,點了一杯熱飲。泡茶包吧 成為50蚊左右。跟店員說兩個人 她提醒每人最低消費70,沒問題。最後我朋友有事衝衝趕來不多久就走了 飲料也沒點都走了。我問店員這情況怎麼算,另一位女店員目無表情就說都算兩個人。沒問題 那我點個set menu 148蚊怎麼也夠。setmenu 裏面包括一個熱飲,我問同一個店員我之前點的熱飲能當成setmenu的熱飲嗎,她又係目無表情說不可以。硬生生要我再喝多一杯 最後埋單加一230蚊。148蚊嘅set, 沙律份量少都算 個main(意粉)我一個女的幾啖就無了。你們打開門做生意要賺錢要最低消費我明 但這等服務這種賺到盡收費模式 活該你們生意就那樣。別跟我說LP這種地方這價格好正常,我現在說的是合理不合理。好多人對兩者都分唔清。 continue reading

當週日我在朗豪坊購物到虛脫,便決定找一家餐廳休息並醫肚。這裏非常便利,剛好不需要排隊。我們兩人點了藍蟹肉牛油果沙律、大蝦包、麻薯芝士蛋糕和栗子蛋糕,還有泡沫咖啡和牛奶咖啡。沙律菜很新鮮,整體算不錯。然而,大蝦包的設計略顯失敗,海蝦未經脫殼,最後只能將麵包和蝦分開享用,無法體驗三文治應有的層次感。麻薯芝士蛋糕外表吸引,但麻薯的口感過硬,像是在吃白朱古力, 芝士和 奇特的麻薯沒有產生化學作用。至於栗子蛋糕,搭配朱古力外殼卻有些不夾。此次用餐我有意外收穫,對泡沫咖啡和牛奶咖啡的區別有了新的理解。泡沫咖啡是熱咖啡上面加入打好的牛奶泡沫,這樣的泡沫能保持較高的熱度;而牛奶咖啡則是先將牛奶加熱,再加入咖啡,由於加熱牛奶的溫度不能過高,因此兩者的飲品溫度會有所不同。總的來說,這家餐廳地點方便,價格略貴,食品質素一般, 下次到訪朗豪坊,我會考慮其他餐廳了。 continue reading
