經常在公司附近的分店喝咖啡耗一小時以上，想不到假期時都走進在家附近的分店，但坐在面向街的位置，就像一隻貓似的，原來感覺是很悠閒的。三文魚水煮蛋加莫加，好像是非常安全的選擇。偷看一下旁邊的外籍人士，卻是一杯接一杯的cocktail.想不到原來在這家餐廳還有這個選擇，看她們的樣子，就像在葡萄牙的小店chill out似的。我們就是缺少了一點甚麼，總在衝衝趕趕的，沒有那份閒情逸致。拉花的咖啡應該一口喝下去，不能攪拌，心急人不宜😂

今日係灣仔食完嗰brunch然後再去左泰式按摩💆然後就要揾間cafe抖一抖點知行幾步路就見到哩間連鎖咖啡店☕️一於就哩間啦🤩🤩🤩🤩原來灣仔嘅分店裝修得又幾型仔喎，，，而且仲好大間添座得好舒服呀。。朋友嗌左杯hand drop ☕️ 有Pepper 味既我就嗌左杯flat white 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪朋友杯pepper 味咖啡好得意，完全想像唔到杯咖啡係有pepper 味，但原來又夾到喎，so funny😍😍😍😍我杯心心Flat white得不錯，夠熱哩點好重要！咖啡味濃！仲好大杯！滿足晒三個要求

灣仔一向都給俾人一種商業鬧市嘅感覺，小妹平時都喺灣仔道返工，不過就喺灣仔嘅另一邊今日同honey去左另一邊度搵食，喺莊士敦道嘅街上, 又一間餐廳充滿著 歐洲嘅感覺, 餐廳入面好西式,入面都坐著幾個歐洲人依到嘅設計畀人一種安淨嘅感覺，我哋睇個餐牌好多嘢都想食，最後決定咗嗌兩個主食呢一個係墨西哥脆脆， 一開始已經好想食嘅拉， 佢餅夾住係吞拿魚，再加一啲唔知咩嘅背菜食落 口感覺好清新旁邊配嘅扭扭薯條， 唔知幾耐冇食過啦好懷念呢一種薯条。 薯條炸嘅份量啱啱好，唔會太乾又唔會太淋。呢個pizza分量又係啱啱好，二人食夠。厚此薄彼， 可以令食家食到該pizza嘅味飲品方面就有一杯泡沫咖啡， 男朋友話佢呢個味道冇得輸，但係就唔知點樣形容。但係一定好飲過出面普通嘅我呢杯芒果特飲酒普普通通咁啦，呢度食嘢其實係設計取勝，可能灣仔始終係一個商業地方所以平日夜晚都唔係好多人我哋八點幾鐘其實都仲係好少人喺餐廳到。如果大家想坐耐啲又唔畀人趕嘅， 呢度啱曬你食乜又ok坐得又嚟

今時今日嘅打工仔，最鍾意放工去飲杯嘢，特別係心情高脹嘅星期五，要為工作減減壓之外，又要為weekend來臨而歡呼🙌🏻。銅鑼灣以至中環一帶，有酒精、有Happy Hour嘅地方實在多不勝數，但要講到夠經濟、唔太嘈喇喎，今次呢間餐廳肯定係其中之一。餐廳有張大枱，屬於一張Share枱，左邊有幾位老外飲白酒兼吹水，右邊就比我哋佔領咗。唔鍾意同人Share枱，餐廳都有其他方枱，長枱任君選擇，坐邊都所謂。我哋點來炸薯條，圈圈型薯條，入口熱辣辣，配上4款醬料，適合不同喜好人仕。店舖飲品以咖啡為主，亦有銷售酒精產品，他們以咖啡混入酒精，調配出獨特的cocktails，其中一杯是用香橙、威士忌、咖啡調合而成，喜歡威士忌的不妨一試。最後還點來點品及一款主食名為“小米”健康膳食，含礦物質。盤子承載小米，再配上粉紅色蓋子，外表美觀而討好。

灣仔地鋪咖啡室少至有少，揀間寧靜點嘅，the coffee academics 也不錯。設有bar台及落地玻璃high chair 位，亦有正方沙化位。樓底高空間感一流。由於設計較official，多數的人也在這傾business、上網，所以氣氛頗溫和，不會太嘈雜。黎得連鎖cafe，意粉、all day breakfast，一定都有。3時多食下午茶，翻翻menu，點個新出 Egg and Mashed Avocado on Farmers Bread 同埋一杯熱Manuka。light refreshment 選擇不多，但較為健康的，除沙律外，看似只得這個牛油果多士。用住免費提供的wifi網遊下，一陣牛油果麵包便上了。鋪滿新鮮沙律菜、2粒nuts，我會點點旁邊蛋黃醬伴著吃。慢煮蛋一口過，十分美味。出付意料是麵包很軟身，相比賣相看落硬硬脆脆的。第一次吃牛油果麵包，好好食。同平時就咁食牛油果好大分別，一黎唔油、二黎味道無咁強烈。而manuka賣相很美，飲落普著通通。

As a regular daily customer, I've been v disappointed this week 3 out of 4 times, the food took over 20 minutes and the last time over 30 minutes and the place was not even that busy. Usually coffee and food are good, though a bit expensive for the service size, especially any extras which I think are exorbitant,, but this week, it's been too much, and I walked out today having no more time to wait. Poor service from the staff and no idea what the cook was doing. Hope the management are aware so

老公有事忙到灣仔放下我 稍後再會合莊士敦道一帶小店很多但早餐時間又不想行太遠COFFEE ACADEMICS 就腳而且人不多甫進店自行找座位座下店面只有一人 但輕鬆的早上聞著咖啡香 人未醒也會感輕鬆包括侍應店員遞上餐牌選擇多但還是選了飽肚之選all day breakfast材料豐富 配上Latte 味道正常至少不會非常油膩吃完已飽了8成 其實還想吃鬆餅於是等老公到時再單點了鬆餅配上玫瑰果醬及奶油加上熱朱古力好像吃太多了 但吃到美味的鬆餅 感覺非常幸福另外點了Poached egg and avo toast給老公平常在家都做得到的 很少會點也是視覺豐富的早餐是侍應很難召喚就是了

平日下午來到灣仔，本來打算去三聯開嘅Just Cafe 坐低飲杯野同溫書，點知搵唔到路，途中見到呢間Coffee Acedemics就入左嚟，坐左喺入面好一陣服務員先俾份menu..之後見入面環境太黑唔太適合溫書，稔住叫杯野飲然後搬去出面光啲，等左好耐服務員先見到, 叫左杯朱古力，同服務員講我搬出去窗口位。搬到出面發現唔對路，窗口位對正個太陽，喺呢個寒冷嘅天氣著住件毛衣咁樣直曬都咪話，重熱過夏天啊！然後杯朱古力嚟到，稔住快快飲完去第二度溫書，對杯朱古力嘅評語只有一個字: 甜！太甜而且唔夠熱。應該冇下次

After sitting already down at the bar counter and ordering the waiter asked us to leave our seats to other 4 people (we were 2 people) .This is not customer oriented!

Tried their coffee cocktails at the unionpay event inspired by mixiologist Antonio Lai.The one I had tasted like cascara tea with coconut sweetness to it and it was nice and light.There were pandan leaves in the drink as well so it was very palatable and the bitterness was just right so it was quite stylish at the event because it matched the Unionpay colour theme.

Honestly not impressed with their latte artA bit of a fail, isn't it?the tea in a cute tea pot, but usually when you order tea in a coffee shop you would expect a refill. Maybe it's because we sat in a remote area, but the staff was really hard to holler. They barely came by. It took us a long time to place an order. And they ran out of apple cider :/Average...

Manuka $55—————————————整體得分：7分 (10分滿分)————————————————👅食評：平時👅得閒都會係煩忙嘅生活坐低嘆番杯咖啡，比個人休息一下☺️自問唔係咩識品味生活品嚐咖啡嘅人，平日最多都係去Starbucks、Pacific coffee買杯港女至愛就算不過今日黎到咦間the coffee academic試左幾隻幾新鮮嘅嘅口味最鍾意都係咦杯叫Manuka嘅咖啡。香濃嘅Honey香味充滿住整個口腔😍香味令整個人頓時放鬆哂！但又唔會太甜搞到冇哂咖啡味係個幾新鮮同舒服嘅體會黎。
