今日即興想吃海鮮,4點幾試下打電話Book位啦,意外地竟然有位。記得上次來吃係2個月前,星期五晚係全部坐滿。今日可能係星期一,又或者近排少咗人出街吃飯,全晚都只係坐得2/3,不過人少少都坐得幾舒服。整體海鮮都比較新鮮,鮑魚夠大隻,好鮮甜。蜆就唔算大隻,不過都新鮮。螃蟹就無上次咁大隻,無乜膏。豬骨丸真係有骨,有老人家或小朋友就要小心啦,好易咬蹦牙!住附近就不妨過來試下,6款海鮮、8款自選配料,最後吃埋個粥,一定夠包!

今日試每位$198粥底火鍋。元朗店8點半時段,只要早四五天就能訂到枱。依間一樣上菜速度非常快,蟹非常鮮甜大隻,貝殼種類非常多,蝦亦非常生猛,店員亦好有耐性教你煮幾耐先好食,其他牛肉豬肉就普通正常,手工雞軟骨丸非常好食,煮到最後海鮮粥都好好味。今次一行六人卡位有小小迫,元朗分店比其它分店光猛,地方舒適,抽風系統亦非常好,唔會成身味道,因為要用手食海鮮,記得帶一大包濕紙巾去抺手,飲品需自費但便宜,食物分量非常足夠,六個大人算大食都飽到嘔,食唔哂佢會幫你打包,店員有禮有耐性,會自動跟進每張食枱進度,總括評語,平靚正,有很好消費體驗。

至於打邊爐料一d都唔cheap,完全唔係任食個個質素,我地幾乎係跟住餐廳推薦黎點菜,真係冇介紹錯,印象較深刻既係雞軟骨丸、幾款肉同埋粟米,另外建議大家就算係食肉獸都好,都要點下蔬菜類,因為d菜吸哂湯汁,真係連平時唔食菜既人(即係我)都覺得好好食!

食哂d野之後店員就會幫手加粥底,加之前佢會先用篩隔走殘留喺湯底既碎殼,好細心,湯底之前已加入南瓜粒同芋頭粒,佢再加埋粥同炸菜,份量夠每人兩碗有餘,可能係前面既野食太高質同埋食飽哂,我就覺得佢唔算話好特別,說雖如此但我都食左兩碗haha

總結就係大滿足,人均埋單$200頭,性價比極高,食完之後我周圍介紹間餐廳俾朋友,黎緊都打算帶屋企人食多次,十分推薦!

朋友向我推薦~這間係元朗鍋心很多嘢食~ 海鮮好靚新鮮! 講到咁好又去試試啦~ 間舖地方唔算大全部卡座! 如果身形瘦削還可以!遇著身形豐滿一張卡位坐六個人真辛苦! 人頭每位$200可選擇五款海鮮,每人🦀半隻,鮑魚,蟶子各一隻,蜆一碟生蝦兩隻~5人多寶魚一條~ 其餘食品~ 南瓜,芋頭,粟米,金菇,竹笙,炸魚皮同各項雜丸可選擇8款~ 但每碟分量很少~連菜都唔多款選擇咁就係200蚊包的項目~ 真係水都冇杯飲喎~飲品另計汽水$13至$18蚊不等蒸餾水十蚊… 侍應推介有新鮮蝦丸$20有四粒紅堤般大$5粒😒中伏… 加埋都二百幾蚊位~海鮮算新鮮但其他嘅食物就實在量太小…食完都唔飽既~ 咁就真係唔明點解講到咁好啦… 真心說只可以講一般般…!🤔😎

叧外可以自己再揀5款海鮮
我就揀左#多寶魚 D肉幾滑

再可以揀8款肉類

聽朋友講元朗都開左鍋心粥底火鍋,以海鮮作為招徠的火鍋餐廳,我一向都非常有興趣,於是,第二日即刻相約三五知己去大快朵頤。誰不知換來既係背脊骨落,先講安排座位,我地一行四人,訂了8:30的時段,我地8:00已經到達,餐廳侍應一直無安排入座,其實個火鍋時段8:30開始,8:15準備比客人入席屬合理,點知要客人係門外等侍應一個一個電話號碼嗌入座,嗌頭6個電話都係客人回應,已經浪費晒在場既人唔少時間,係一個非常愚昧既入座方式。第二就係,我地一底開始上海鮮,我第一次光顧完全唔知海鮮份量,佢地用配給形式,放低左蟹,沙白同其他幾款海鮮,其實係門口等左咁長時間,而且過晒晚飯時間,都真係會好肚餓,咁等地就急不及待幾海鮮放份鍋內,咁岩我地有位朋友唔太食蟹,我地只放左一隻落鍋,食到興高采烈既時間,突然有個侍應走埋黎,話比多左份蟹我地,咁我地緊係好奇怪,點解擺低咁耐先話搞錯,然後再叫蟹一個同事係我地面前要變返碟蟹,其實我地覺得問題不太,但最大問題係,點解要係我地面前用手,簡返我地未食個半隻出黎,然後話我地比多左你地要收返,有無諗過食緊既人的感受?好喇,繼續食,好幾次需要加湯,我地招手,完全無人招呼,唔緊要,我自
