成日經過堅尼地城都見到這間農場冰室,不知和從前的農場餐廳有無關係?今天和朋友食晏,在懷念舊日和好奇心驅使下,入去試了兩個午餐,失望而回。記得以前農場餐廳的羅宋湯好好飲,而這間餐廳又有「招牌羅宋湯系列」,一定要試試。所以叫了「燒焗雞扒配羅宋湯通粉」($53)。另外叫一個是日午餐「焗鮮茄牛脷飯」($58),還特意將餐飲改為羅宋湯。餐奶茶和羅宋湯最先來到。奶茶好普通,羅宋湯都好普通!羅宋湯不算大碗,味道夠但不夠濃郁和偏甜,只得非常少的雜菜,只能說是不過不失。隨後來到的是牛脷飯,奇怪焗飯何以比通粉還快?原因好簡單,這個所謂焗飯只是快速焗溶牛脷上的幾粒芝士,基本上只是把獻汁淋面的「燴飯」。望着這碟牛脷飯的螢光蕃茄汁不禁失笑,真的好港式好懷舊。螢光蕃茄汁是七八十年代快餐店常見醬汁,主要材料只是麵粉、油、糖、茄汁和花奶!時代進步,這個沒有「鮮茄」的「焗鮮茄牛脷飯」算不算違反商品條例?焗飯的白飯無炒底,只是加了幾粒炒蛋碎;牛脷有4塊,都夠腍。蕃茄汁中無任何配菜,你加幾粒雜豆都好吖,現在變得整碟飯好頹。它唯一的優點是白飯夠硬和乾身,啱我不愛吃軟飯的人。通粉最後來到,湯底是羅宋湯,今次有少許雜菜,本身是唔

通粉最後來到,湯底是羅宋湯,今次有少許雜菜,本身是唔錯的。可是,通粉烚得過腍。雞扒夠味,不過完全感受不到餐牌所寫的「燒焗」二字,雞皮軟趴趴非常難食,而部份雞肉卻又炸到硬倔倔。
舊日香港過去就過去了,懷念也無用,不會再有一次。

睇見鋪頭名好似同好多年前執左嘅農場餐廳有關,anyway我都係見到個價錢唔太貴所以試下嘅。叫左個下午茶焗豬扒飯配奶茶,見杯奶茶顏色就幾深,飲落茶味濃不過苦澀味都明顯,可能係茶底浸左好耐掛,味道尚可唔算好出色,無掛杯又無漿口感覺。至於個焗豬扒飯,份量就唔下午茶,睇落都幾飽肚。之不過個茄汁鮮色得好詭異,唔似係真蕃茄煮出黎,到底有幾多色素甚至有無蕃茄真係唔知。豬扒好少少,食得到少少黃薑味比較特別,同埋唔會好鞋口。或者其他嘢食可以試下,不過個焗豬扒飯不了。

趕住係堅尼地城做野就搵左間農場冰室試下,睇番食評先知原來有幾間分店,而老闆話推介海南雞飯就order 試下。送到來原來係一份擺靚靚既set, 有椰子雞湯,椰子味仲好看應該係老椰子加雞骨去煲,唔錯不過油左少少食雞個油飯都好重要,有油香軟糯又唔會吸太多水份到主角海南雞,雞夠味,夠滑,份量剛好我食得哂薑茸同個雞醬都唔錯,至於花生唔需要都可以總括而言,我覺得值得再番來試一下冰室環境都舒服,因為位置係單邊採光十足,加上有台流聲機播電台節目,最啱Lunch hour 11點 嘆住咖啡 曬日光

牛扒羅宋湯意粉個湯真係唔夠味,意粉係好粗個隻,認真麻麻地。

瑞士牛脷雙蛋飯相對地正常,牛脷入味,不過不失咁。

至於好期待嘅紅豆冰,實在無驚喜,老公仲話有苦味添!

每人$50幾蚊實在唔應該係呢個質素,唉!

成日同同事都講Kennedy Town無乜嘢新餐廳,食嚟食去都係嗰啲。今次就俾我地搵到呢一間農場冰室,無論裝修定餐牌,都有啲似90年代曾經成行成市嘅農場餐廳。啱啱裝修完,入到去仲見到個Bar枱有個花籃,成間鋪頭唔算太大,大概有十幾張枱。食品種類同普通茶餐廳比唔算太多,但係麻雀雖小五臟俱全,應該有嘅都會有。好似一般嘅茶餐廳咁,要試嘅當然就係佢哋嘅茶餐/常餐。香煎豬扒米線/自家製叉燒湯出前一丁   配    黑松露炒蛋跟蒜蓉厚多士 同餐飲 ($46)。豬扒整得幾入味,略兼鬆肉粉落得太多,搞到無乜質感。蒜蓉厚多士都夠味,上碟時都係又熱又脆嘅!黑松露炒蛋都唔會吝嗇,不過松露味可以再濃少少。
