今日嚟到位於尖沙咀隻烏蠅館食飯,餐廳以烤魚作為招徠,尖沙咀開業咗都好幾年。我今次就照咗佢哋嘅清江魚,清江魚入口肉質嫩滑,完全冇腥味,加上配埋佢個蒜香湯底,真係好惹味呀。紅油抄手紅油抄手嘅份量都幾多,每一粒都係好飽滿,充滿餡料,配埋少少辣醬一齊食,非常之有風味。燒牛肉串佢哋呢度嘅牛肉串燒得啱啱好,牛肉串嘅外皮燒得超脆,內裏依然保持到牛肉嘅肉汁。稻庭烏冬烏冬入口彈牙,加上煮熟之後沾上唔少魚嘅湯底,所以入口都幾滋味。最近,佢哋為咗慶祝開業,有飲品嘅特價推廣,我就要咗個黑糖鮮奶,鮮奶嘅份量都幾多,加上我又配上珍珠,所以入口都幾有豐富嘅口感。今餐我都覺得幾抵食,兩個人嘅份量$600都唔使,下次有機會嘅話會同朋友再嚟。

佢哋呢度嘅牛肉串燒得啱啱好,牛肉串嘅外皮燒得超脆,內裏依然保持到牛肉嘅肉汁。

稻庭烏冬
烏冬入口彈牙,加上煮熟之後沾上唔少魚嘅湯底,所以入口都幾滋味。

最近,佢哋為咗慶祝開業,有飲品嘅特價推廣,我就要咗個黑糖鮮奶,鮮奶嘅份量都幾多,加上我又配上珍珠,所以入口都幾有豐富嘅口感。

今餐我都覺得幾抵食,兩個人嘅份量$600都唔使,下次有機會嘅話會同朋友再嚟。
