首先起筷食嘅係老細至愛嘅Carbonara。呢個Carbonara絕對係非常驚喜,醬汁非常濃,香草加埋黑松露完全帶出成個汁嘅香味。而且落料相當充足,老細話佢一個人食三碟都得呀。有淨嘅醬汁用嚟點薯條,一碟兩食,正!

然後食嘅係芝士焗蠔配沙律。嚴格嚟講,個蠔有啲鹹,但係入面嘅料好足,而且芝士好rich,讚!跟住就到Parma ham pizza,呢個pizza底鬆脆,表面嘅黑松露同埋芝士夾起上嚟啱啱好,加埋Parma ham同火箭菜,成個組合可以話係完美。

最後食嘅鰻魚漢堡配薯條。將燒汁、木魚絲放喺成條鰻魚上面,個視覺效果非常好,打卡亦係一流。食落冇想像中咁大衝擊,但係因為個包面烘過,入口脆脆地,爽爽地(蕃茄),黏黏地(醬汁),結果靈魂所在嘅鰻魚就冇咁特出喇。

順帶一提,如果餐廳好適合有埋live music表演,將來有就更加正!香港呢類餐廳真係買少見少。
