今天呢間係一間以飛機為主題嘅餐廳,環境裝修模擬飛機入面嘅環境設計。已經第二次嚟啦!晚餐有唔同嘅套餐,我朋友揀咗一個商務飛機餐。有龍蝦、鵝肝、pama ham配蜜瓜、意大利飯、甜品。呢個鵝肝真係一流,好juicy好香。仲有就係龍蝦、牛肉,份量好足,好大隻,牛肉煎得平均,唔錯。帶子意大利飯既米軟硬度啱啱好,唔會過硬。另外最鍾意嘅就係佢嘅甜品啦佢既心太軟真係做得好成功熱辣辣流心朱古力焦糖燉蛋表面上嘅焦糖好脆呢個套餐值得推介。

今日過大角咀食飯,因為之前係網上見到呢間超有特色既飛機主題餐廳。我同朋友費事諗,就揀左經濟艙套餐($468)。份量真係大到不得了!前菜我地揀左燒西班牙豬腩肉,每人一塊,唔算太肥。入口幾嫩,唔洗點醬已經好夠味。沙律係薄荷乳酪醬鮮果沙律。有好多款水果例如奇異果、哈密瓜、藍莓、紅莓乾等,味道豐富,營養都夠曬豐富!是日餐湯係西蘭花薯仔湯,味道自然,唔會好水或太結。主菜係燒西班牙黑毛豬胺扒,豬黎講都整得幾嫩滑,調味亦剛好。侍應提左我地啲薯角會少少辣。另外仲有個蒜片辣椒海蜆意大利粉,呢個真係幾辣,唔食辣既要注意。蜆肉有大量,幾鮮甜。最後甜品係朱古力蛋糕,比較實淨,朱古力味幾濃厚。飲品我地upgrade左一杯白酒($38),一杯啤酒($42)。我呢杯啤酒係啟德啤,幾易入口架,唔會好苦,可惜食到真係太飽喇真係飲唔曬。

The food was so good and waitresses are so nice but it was super noisy. Many people were screaming and shouting. Even I booked a special table (business class) and paid for the minimum booking fees but the walk-in guests needed not to pay for the minimum charges $1000 but the waitress arranged a special table (business class) for them. Even I booked a special table (business class) and paid for the minimum booking fees but the walk-in guests needed not to pay for the minimum charges $1000 but the waitress arranged a special table (business class) for them. It was unreasonable and unfair.

Overall, it was too noisy and many people were screaming. It was not comfortable to have a dinner with friends or relatives there.

最尾甜品有兩款,分別就係黑朱古力心太軟同埋法式焦糖燉蛋 。呢一份心太軟嘅特別之處就係用上黑朱古力來製作,令到甜味唔會太甜而係適中嘅 中間嘅留心程度亦都做得恰到好處,拿捏得好好,可以稱得上為滿意之作!
