朋友推介，才吃過high tea, 轉頭跑來吃晚飯，有點擔心自己消化不良。😜進門先經過酒吧，每人一杯啤酒，邊喝邊聊天，氣氛輕鬆，裏面用餐區，木製傢俱簡單討好，可惜樓底矮，嘈音較大。啤酒memu多不勝數，問waitress 推介竟然答不上口，有點失望，只好靠自己，和友人先點了Budejovicky, 易入口，甘而不苦，另外又試了wittekerer Rose, 香味有點怪，但喝下去感覺清甜，讚！👍 最後是Damm free, 哈哈，無酒精啤酒。吃的選擇很英式，pie, burger, rib, fish n chip一應俱全，牆上更有是日精選即叫即做肉pie,（製作需時半小時）最後點了三份pie和一份lamb burgerBeef n Onion Pie 和 Beef n Kidney 夠juicy, kidney pie 味道較濃Cheese n Onion口感很滑，如果cheese味再重一點更完美。羊肉Burger口感實在，喜出望外！整體感覺很好，我愛吃pie的愛，絕對會再來光顧。

My husband and I have visited The Globe twice now and we both love it. We really enjoy the easy vibe, the music, the choice of seating and of course, the food! Over our two visits, we've had caesar salad, fresh prawns, tandoori chicken skewers, mezze platter and mushroom beer beef pie. 今天跟朋友去了位於 Soho 嘉咸街 的 The Globe 吃午飯。我們兩點多才進入餐廳，差一點就吃不到 Lunch Menu。但還沒有點任何食物之前，我發現 The Globe 這裡的啤酒種類多得很，相信這裡會是我以後跟朋友聊天喝酒的好地方。：）我點了兩道菜的 Lunch Menu。頭盤是鯖魚沙拉。(Mackerel, Grilled Peppers,Lime & Chilli)這個鯖魚沙拉令人很開胃，首先，做主角的鯖魚鮮味十足，肉質一點都不會硬。然後那稍微烤過的燈籠椒香甜味，配上以青檸汁跟辣椒做的醬汁，在加上少量的三文魚子來增加口感，這道菜簡直令我的食慾大增，我很快就把它吃完了。然後主菜就是羊架。(Slow Cooked Lamb Rack, Daikon, French Beans, Bonito Broth)這是一個水準蠻高的慢煮羊架。只是看著那粉紅色的羊肉，就知道肉質非常的嫩。而且吃下去的時候一點羶味都沒有。我覺得那個鰹魚湯汁和白蘿蔔跟羊肉配搭得很好，味道很特別跟好吃之外，最重要的是我完全沒有膩的感覺，清清甜甜的。The Globe 這裡啤酒的種類這麼多，已經很吸引我了，再

Sunday lunch carvery - great pea soup. Really nice and creamy and 'pea-y'. Beef was cooked perfectly, still bleeding, and the veg were all freshly cooked and almost crunchy which is how they should be. Only qualm - for the price, it wasn't as big as I might have expected. Stella tasted like Stella should and not like it had been sat in the pipes for hours like lots of other pubs. Went for Sunday lunch in this busy and spacious bar, and were seated in a comfortable booth.This is beer lovers paradise with a beer menu running to five+ pages. I had a bottle of the rich Black Sheep ($50) to go with the steak and kidney pies.One came with buttery mash potato, the other with crisp thick cut chips, both with boston beans and extra gravy on the side.The pies contained a generous helping of meat in a rich gravy contained in crisp shortcrust pastry. I've been coming to The Globe for drinks before they moved to this new premise - It's one of the first few places in Hong Kong where they go Magners (it's an Irish Cider) before it started popping up everywhere in HK. 網友介紹，上週六來這裏啤酒聚，很暢快！一進店，店員很 friendly，我們人多位置難安排，也幫我們加檯加夠位。啤酒這裏以啤酒多自居，當然要試啤酒。第一支飲的是啤酒單上排第一的捷克啤 Budějovický Budvar，店員推介，是原裝正版的歐洲百威，很香而不苦，正！第二杯飲 Hoegaarden ，是比利時啤，網友說較為常見，與百威相比淡口得多，但酒中略帶點果味 (有點像 rasberry)，頗有趣。之後是大家一起試酒，來了支 Saison Dupont，亦是比利時啤。單看酒樽差點以為是紅酒呢，這支也是很香，比百威再濃一點，同樣值得推介！P.S. Happy hour 至八點半完結，要把握時間啊！ 食物我只顧拍酒，沒有拍食物的照片呢，哈哈。有兩樣值得推介的美食：1. 鹿肉熱狗配薯條從未過鹿肉，原來嚼起來有點似豬肉，但更為多汁，而且不會蘇，味道頗新鮮。薯條中除了有薯仔外，還夾雜了幾條蕃薯條，很香！如果更多蕃薯條就好了！2. 魚柳配薯餅及沙律三塊魚柳疊在薯餅上，魚柳香滑而薯餅香脆，正！沙律已用沙律油略為調味，清新而不會搶掉主菜的味道。

一班同事食lunch, 在沒有訂位的情況下誤打誤撞入了The Globe.地方寛敞整潔, 人不太多, 侍應安排我們坐一張長枱, 兩邊都是長凳, 很有野餐feel~我們都叫了set lunch, 有3款選擇, 我叫了:- Caramelised Onion Soup w/ Gruyere Croutons洋蔥湯, 味道一般- Rolled Pork Knuckle w/ Glazed Root Vegetables, Beans Sprouts and Sweet Chilli豬肉裏面卷著的是雜菜, 豬肉焗得脆脆的, 很好吃份量略為少, 男仕恐怕會不夠飽吧!
