好友快要誕下第二胎,所以趁她未生產前,在她的家附近吃飯聚舊。雖然好友懷孕,但也不能吃得過飽,所以我們只點了三個小菜及一碗白飯,一同分享吃。首先有沙薑走地雞半隻,這半隻的份量可真不少,雞件也甚是大件。走地雞的肉質一點也不韌,尚算滑溜,最重要是皮下脂肪不多,可以吃得放心。想不到滑蛋炒蝦仁是如此的大碟。炒蛋厚厚而嫩滑,而每一隻蝦仁也是又大又爽彈,大愛它。菜遠炒牛肉是一道十分普通的小菜,吃過有些餐廳的出品更是馬虎了事,但面前這碟卻不是求求祈祈。牛肉片炒得剛熟,肉質細緻軟腍。而鋪在其底下的菜心,亦是新鮮爽脆的貨式。可見得這碟普通的小菜做得絕不馬虎哩。

玉桃軒酒家是我妹妹的飯堂,她是這裡的常客,今天我來她的家作客,她便做東請客,帶我到玉桃軒吃晚飯啊妹妹點了玉桃軒的主打菜式,花膠螺頭燉北菇湯,及花膠扣鵝掌,也點了欖菜四季豆炒龍利球,及鮑汁鮮蝦荷葉飯。花膠螺頭燉北菇湯清甜用料足,花膠及北菇也很有𡁻口,火候很夠。花膠扣鵝掌的花膠,比想像中厚身,鵝掌入味。炒龍利夠爽口,四季豆用欖菜炒,很有家鄕風味,而荷葉飯一上枱時,已傳來陣陣飯香,美味非常。妹妹真沒有介紹錯啊

妹妹點了玉桃軒的主打菜式,花膠螺頭燉北菇湯,及花膠扣鵝掌,也點了欖菜四季豆炒龍利球,及鮑汁鮮蝦荷葉飯。花膠螺頭燉北菇湯清甜用料足,花膠及北菇也很有𡁻口,火候很夠。花膠扣鵝掌的花膠,比想像中厚身,鵝掌入味。炒龍利夠爽口,四季豆用欖菜炒,很有家鄕風味,而荷葉飯一上枱時,已傳來陣陣飯香,美味非常。妹妹真沒有介紹錯啊

是晚和友人相約在公司附近進餐,我選了這經典中菜餐館。之前在此飲過茶,食晚飯還是第一次呢!餐廳內部是特別的長方形,都有唔少枱。友人先到,點了壽眉。我都係第一次係呢度飲壽眉,唔會太濃,都幾好。兩個人難啲點菜,我最近好想吃咕嚕肉,所以點了一道咕嚕黑豚肉,再點了個做緊特價既大蝦伊麵,另加一碟菜。脆米咕嚕黑豚肉,第一次見脆米加入咕嚕肉,吃下更香脆可口呢!肉塊比較細塊,我個人吃不出黑豚肉和普通豬肉的分別。咕嚕肉夠鑊氣,吃下肉質都係瘦肉,味道很好。大蝦伊麵有四隻蝦大大隻,已開邊除肚。伊麵份量亦剛剛好足夠,兩人分吃剛剛好。大蝦都幾大隻,而且充滿彈性。我吃了一隻,友人肚餓我俾多隻佢食。最後仲有個魚腐浸津白。個湯係上湯,都幾清甜,我就咁飲左唔少呢!我都係第一次食球狀既魚腐,味道似乎比平時既魚腐有彈性呢!入面亦有唔津白,夠曬健康。兩個人好快就食完飯,然後各自早啲返屋企休息。

今次去到太古食中菜之前都有聽過下呢間酒樓,但係試就係第一次環境唔錯,幾寬敞,侍應都好友善片皮鴨 ($228)今次為片皮鴨而黎,果然不負眾望好食!啲皮片得好好 冇肥膏淨 鴨又烤得乾身 食落唔會好肥膩 其實都片得幾多鴨皮 而每塊都幾大 好滿足而皮同肉個份量又夾得好 食完呢個仲食到其他餸生菜片鴨崧反而偏鹹 食一兩啖就唔太有興趣花膠滑雞煲 都頗大 有四塊花膠左右 唔會太淋 都幾入味 雖然$188 本來預計會大少少另外鎮江醋排骨都值得提 因為個汁同肉質都好出色肉不太硬 又唔覺得係鬆肉粉整出黎嘅個汁因個人喜好甜多過酸,所以係咁用黎撈飯

今日收工陪媽媽去太古行街,咁就揀一間坐得舒服的酒樓食晚飯吧。曾經去過銅鑼灣的玉桃軒食晚飯,媽媽很喜歡,所以今晚試試太古康怡間玉桃軒吧。首先叫了一鴨2食:“北京片皮鴨” 及 “涼瓜炆鴨”北京片皮鴨,好大碟呢!每人都可以食到幾塊,而且D鴨肉同皮又唔會韌,好食!涼瓜炆鴨,涼瓜唔苦又爽口,而炆鴨好惹味,伴飯一流。芥蘭炒牛肉,牛肉一D都唔韌,而且牛肉很多。鮑汁鮮蝦荷葉飯,荷葉飯好多時都好咸,但呢個荷葉飯唔會咸。花膠滑雞煲,呢煲花膠滑雞煲不得了!花膠好大塊,4個人每人都食到一塊;而且雞真的好滑,好出色!媽媽對呢餐都好滿意,話下次要再來。
