今天到了康怡探朋友,於是便到了康怡廣場玉桃軒酒家先食個午餐!我們12.30pm左右到了酒樓,等了一會兒,就有枱了。酒樓的内龍頗大的,桌與桌之間的空間也很多,適合有小朋友的家庭聚會呢!我們點了一些點心和小食:蟹籽蒸燒賣皇,沙律名蝦角,鳳梨叉燒酥,椒鹽脆皮金磚豆腐和黑椒牛崧乾炒烏冬。蟹籽蒸燒賣皇的蝦和豬肉很均匀,不會有太多肥肉;沙律名蝦角不是很多酒樓有得食,這裏的沙律名蝦角很香脆,蝦肉彈牙;鳳梨叉燒酥是推介款式,這是我第一次食到有鳳梨的叉燒酥,很特別,中和一下酥皮的肥膩。小食椒鹽脆皮金磚豆腐很惹味,一粒一粒往嘴巴送,外脆内軟。黑椒牛崧乾炒烏冬的分量真的是十分大,濃濃的黑椒味,熱騰騰的端上,一個人食了3大碗呢!

難得閒日放假, 訓到自然醒, 就同家中老人行下街, 飲下中午茶,行完吉之島, 最就腳梗係去玉桃軒, 最緊要坐得舒服雖然都算早黎到, 但已經好多人....先嗌一碟蝦腸, 老人家鐘意食腸粉入面D 蝦幾爽口, 夠大粒, 唔錯第一次見咁樣O既炸蓮偶餅, 又真係估佢唔到外面是炸得很脆, 入面都食到粒粒蓮偶唔小心嗌錯的XO 醬炒腸粉...攪到好多腸粉TIM...辣辣地, 幾香口,不過老人家覺得太辣....唯有叫佢食返蝦腸最後炒烏冬一碟...嗌完先覺得太多粉面類了!應該嗌多兩籠點心, 嗌少個粉不過個烏冬炒得幾有獲氣比自己係屋企炒好得多了

今日去咗康怡廣場入邊嘅玉桃軒飲茶,地點非常方便,太古港鐵站一出就到,非常易搵紅燒BB鴿 - 外表炸得非常咁香脆,肉質又好嫩滑,非常好食南翔鮮肉小籠包 - 一籠四件嘅小籠包,裏面有豐富嘅肉汁,非常好味甜心流沙包 - 去飲茶必食嘅流沙包,今次食到嘅流沙包非常出色,蛋黃好似岩漿咁流出嚟蒜香脆皮鮮蝦餃 - 旌旗蝦餃就食得多,今次食到嘅蝦餃係外皮炸得非常香脆嘅,感覺好新鮮金粟香煎墨魚餅 - 煎得香脆嘅墨魚餅入邊有粒粒嘅粟米,食落又香又甜瑤柱蛋黃珍珠雞 - 足料嘅珍珠雞入邊有非常甘香嘅蛋黃,非常好味雪花沙翁球 - 依家去飲茶好難見到有沙球,今次見到,點都要叫黎試吓玉桃軒嘅點心非常多選擇,如果大家對選擇有困難,佢都有提供唔同嘅午市套餐可以比大家選擇

久唔久我都會去酒樓食吓飯,宜家喺酒樓食飯平食,2個人埋單都差唔多都要成$600,今日俾我見到太古呢間酒樓,竟然用3百零蚊就可以食蒸海斑,燒脆皮雞,仲可以揀多個小炒。平嘅仲有呢啲,不過得兩丁友食唔到咁多。可以嘅過下次要試下個片皮鴨。可以提早帶媽媽嚟食鮑翅隻雞size都唔細,啲皮炸到脆卜卜,脂肪唔多。超多肉汁,雞味都算濃。清蒸海斑,都有成十三,四兩重,食落滑口,一啲都唔醒。小食有成10幾款揀,我就叫咗個生炒咕嚕肉,鑊氣非常足,食落酸酸甜甜,味道啱啱好。外脆肉嫩。

難得平日放假,當然同家人去飲茶啦!今次又來玉桃軒,因為坐得舒適之餘,環境寧靜,可以同家人傾談一下,而且味道又不錯呢!流沙奶黃包每次必點之一,甜而不膩,味道甜甜鹹鹹的,吃時要小心內裡的流沙燙咀呢!玉桃晶瑩蝦餃皇蝦餃皮晶瑩通透,通透的澄皮裡有彈牙的草蝦,皮薄又滑,餡香甜美。金菇牛肉滑腸粉皮薄又軟滑,牛肉又香又滑,加上甜豉油,更加惹味。瑤柱蛋黃珍珠雞餡料豐富,糯米口感極佳,入口時還有陣陣荷葉香氣,大小適中,不用怕吃得太飽滯呢!金粟香煎墨魚餅墨魚滑打得夠彈牙,加入了粟米,讓口感更豐富。而且墨魚底部還有蛋餅,入口很香啊!蜂巢荔芋角蜂巢般的外形,入口有芋頭的香味及豬肉的內餡,口感酥酥的,這道菜的作功相當繁複,當然要試啦。懷舊芝麻卷近年已經很少地方可以吃到,所以又是必吃系列之一。入口有芝麻的香味,每層都很薄,爽口又軟滑,而且不會太甜,很合我的口味呢!

吃得多不同國家的菜,有時候會掛念中國各地特色菜。今天想吃很久沒吃的片皮鴨,故特意到有名吃片皮鴨的酒家,玉桃軒懷緬一下。我們點了一隻片皮鴨。不久,店員把熱烘烘的片皮鴨放在手推車上,推到我們枱前。然後就施展功架,薄薄的,逐片切下來,皮脆肉嫩,配上熱的麵皮,包著韭黃,京式甜醬,美味無比,真的忍不住口,吃了半隻鴨。豬頸肉炒尖椒,豬頸肉爽口,尖椒微辣,配上白飯,十分開胃。晚市時間,可以慢慢坐下,喝茶聊天,真是寫意。
