話說尋日中午同屋企人去茶樓飲茶,想去間平時少去嘅茶樓試下,就去咗呢間玉桃軒。店面環境尚算ok, 我坐果度有個大水晶吊燈,都幾靚嘅。屋企人先叫咗一個飯同一碟米粉,我冇睇菜單,我都唔知係咩名。不過食落都好嘅,米粉唔會太乾。跟住仲有鴨胸、奶黃包、腸粉包春卷、蝦餃、紅油抄手、燒多春魚、牛肉球同炸豆腐。炸豆腐我覺得係最難食嘅其實。佢好乾而且完全冇味……好多茶樓嘅炸豆腐其實都會放好多椒鹽落放,咁樣就會好好食㗎!

友人外遊回港,給我買了一些手信,而且還要專程拿來給我,實在太令人感動。既然好友咁有我心,我當然要一盡地主之誼,帶佢去我嘅主場度嘆下茶食下點心,而今次就揀咗位於康怡廣場北座的「玉桃軒」。呢間酒家每逢星期六、日同平日中午都非常旺場,為免排隊輪候,所以選了個較早的時段入座,而且更特意揀咗個開揚光猛的窗口位,坐得既鬆動又舒服。坐低後先開壺鐵觀音,然後再請友人代為揀點心。無嚟一排,原來茶錢同點心都已經加咗價,幸好升幅只屬輕微。先來的椰汁炸饅頭 ($19),外形小巧,的的骰骰,加上炸至色澤金黃,入口外脆內軟,沾上煉奶吃,既香口又不過甜。接著上桌的沙律明蝦角 ($30)  亦炸得非常脆口,不但皮薄餡多,而且入面嘅蝦肉好鮮香,加上外層無泛油光,食落一啲都唔油膩,配沙律醬吃,滋味一流。一品貴妃雞飯 ($42),碗雞飯賣相雖然唔算好靚仔,但原來入面的雞件份量都幾多,而且食落味道都唔錯,入口皮爽肉滑,配上軟硬適中嘅白飯同薑蔥,風味滿載。明爐即燒叉燒皇 ($58),叉燒係酒家的招牌菜,當然唔可以錯過。以梅頭做的叉燒,質素的確唔錯,肉質夠曬鬆化軟腍,加上肉味濃郁,食落帶嚼勁,肥膏又唔多,細嚼下還隱約飄散出玫瑰露

壓尾的肉碎四季豆 ($48) 亦做得很有水準,不但色澤翠綠,而且條條都切至長短一致,入口清甜爽脆,加上欖菜伴炒,令肉碎的味道更為突出,兩者的平衡做得很好,鹹香惹味。

總括嚟講,呢間酒樓的食物質素不錯,令人滿意,不但環境舒服,而且服務態度友善,應該會 keep 住幫襯。

行完太古城後就去搵食,突然想到酒樓食中菜,就選了玉桃軒。夜晚七點幾,酒樓已坐滿了客人,我們被安排坐於較入的位置,所以比較靜,啱囇傾偈。今餐吃得很健康,我們點了兩個素菜,一個燒味。上海蒜子湯豆苗 $108我最愛的豆苗,很翠綠,很嫩,加上少少蒜味吊下味,又不會太咸,鴻運燒味拼盤 $138燒肉個皮燒到脆卜卜,肉質軟腍,半肥半瘦,食下來非常可口,亦不覺得太肥膩,正!叉燒有水準,不會太乾太硬和嚡口,啖啖蜜汁味,每人數塊還是未夠喉。這個拼盤較特別,有肴肉。肴肉凍爽,而瘦肉不黏牙,亦沒有肥膩感。竹笙茄子豆腐煲 $98茄子豆腐切粒,份量十足,三款材料都好入味,茄子不會過腍,這個菜味道比較濃,佐飯一流。是日消費四百五十左右。

前陣子朋友請我在這飲滿月酒,感覺挺有水準,決意再到來試試它的晚飯小菜!點菜的時候一直掙扎到底要激抵晚膳三寶還是原隻鮑魚鮑翅套餐,最後不敵餐牌上的那隻鮑魚店家貼心地為所有菜式預先分成兩份,第一道菜是上湯大花蝦伴伊麵!大花蝦新鮮彈牙!五頭鮑雖沒想像中那麼大,但燴得很入味,又不會太韌鮑翅十分足料,每梳都維持完整沒有散開,可以用筷子夾起!還能感受到燉湯內金華火腿的甘香!炒斑球煙韌鬆脆,跟那豉汁及香菌配合得天衣無縫!最後的西瓜即使不算時令,但仍鮮甜多汁三百多元能吃多這麼多矜貴食材,真的很划算

很久不見的姑媽約我們吃飯,因為她下午在太古探老朋友,所以我們晚飯就選了在康怡廣場的玉桃軒!星期一晚市都好旺好多食客,之前都吃過玉桃軒,最受歡迎當然是晚市3寶,有一品蒜香雞半隻,清蒸沙巴斑,另外再加一個小菜,小菜都有十幾款可以揀,我們選了鳳梨咕嚕肉!蒜香雞皮脆肉嫩,雞肉夠滑!沙巴斑蒸得剛剛好,size不大不小,沒有泥味,魚肉好滑!差不多每一台都有叫鳳梨咕嚕肉,可見受歡迎程度!咕嚕肉皮脆,醬汁酸甜度調得好合適,菠蘿又甜,肉又彈牙,美味!另外點了南乳上素齋煲和瑤柱金粟魚塊。齋煲的調味很好,南乳惹味但不會覺得重口味,有枝竹、粉絲、雲耳、菇、粟米芯等,姑媽很喜歡!魚塊的獻汁也不錯,粟米清甜!玉桃軒一直都能維持水準,難怪每次都客似雲來!

差不多每一台都有叫鳳梨咕嚕肉,可見受歡迎程度!咕嚕肉皮脆,醬汁酸甜度調得好合適,菠蘿又甜,肉又彈牙,美味!

我個人較喜歡相約朋友或者與家人相聚通常都會選擇飲茶, 因為點心品種豐富又可以品茶, 飲杯茶食個包慢慢歎返幾個鐘都是唔錯的節目。所以每星期總會有一兩次嘆嘆茶食點心。 今日就約咗朋友在太古城康山廣場的玉桃軒茶聚, 喜歡這間酒樓點心選擇較豐富, 今次見到有懷舊芝麻卷是必食之選, 因為這種點心已經好少有酒樓會keep住做。 選擇了兩個小菜點心一個香煎焗魚雲, 惹味香口, 別一個是鯪魚球豆腐煲 滾熱辣上枱都唔錯。 其他基本點心叉燒腸, 鮮蝦菜苗餃,迷你蛋撻仔都Ok。

又到咗一年一度同屋企人食中餐嘅日子,今日難得放假就同媽咪兩個去撐枱腳,媽咪好想食靚嘅叉燒,我就推介佢去太古城一間酒樓度食,之後我哋去咗玉桃軒度食中菜。好好彩嗰日係平日唔駛等位坐低之後我哋就開始點菜點菜媽咪最鍾意食嘅例牌叉燒,之後帶咗個炒班球,仲有上湯蒜蓉炒津白,先講個叉燒燒得晶瑩剔透頭半肥瘦比例啱啱好,而且個汁好夠味道送飯一流,之後炒班球炒得好夠鑊氣,而且份量都好多係我食過最好食嘅一碟餸,而蒜蓉炒津白炒得好入味而且津白炒得好香,蒜蓉嘅味道都有,果然係一間好食既中菜!下次成家人再去食啊!
