生牛肉嘅份量都無比少!調味好濃郁~
而且鵪鶉蛋配上生牛肉個質感好特別,肉嘅黏性頗高,好實在嘅口感,加上呢道菜唔係食佢個肉味而係食佢個調味點平衡

本來仲以為有黑松露醬,原來只是加黑松露係薯條入面,淡淡嘅黑松露味~

雖然the grill room係一間扒房,但係佢牛扒嘅選擇唔算多,只有三種可供選擇。 但貴精不貴多!已經好足夠架啦~
我地嗌咗五成熟~牛扒兩面都燒到好明顯嘅格仔紋,而且聞落有焦香嘅味道
只要順住肉紋縱切,就會好容易切到啦! (朋友第一下切係逆紋咁切仲話係咪揸錯咗刀背切點解會切唔開真係笑死我(๑ ̅᷄꒫ ̅᷅)(。´-д-)
切開中間除咗係粉嫩嘅肉質,肉汁亦都不斷流晒出嚟!
餐點附上3種醬汁:阿根廷青醬、紅酒燒汁、黃芥末
就算唔用個牛扒都已經好好味,點埋個醬再加強返味道嘅層次~
以為牛扒好食,點知薯蓉仲好食啲!口感超級幼滑綿密,blend 得好好完全食唔到有粒粒,而且仲有黑松露係入面提味(☆ᵔ⤚ᵔ☆)ウマ-

牛柳在上菜時已經在中間被一分為二, 看到裏面粉嫩的肉質和顏色, 已經有點令人垂涎欲滴! 等我先吃一口 。。。哈哈!牛柳很鮮嫩, 吃起來質感不錯, 比一般的安格斯牛扒稍為軟腍一些, 但肉味同樣香濃, 而且多了一點點香草的調味,是另一種牛扒的吃法!

去另外還叫了一份 忌廉牛油蒜香蘑菇做 side dish, 吃起來口味也不錯,尤其是牛油很濃香惹味, 很適合伴著牛柳吃,是天生一對的perfect match!

成個菜式望落去都好豐富,分別有蟹籽鋪喺最頂,跟住仲有啲沙律菜,而最後就係個主角,慢煮三文魚。佢嘅蟹籽同埋沙律菜食落都好新鮮,而最出色最碗兒嘅就係佢嘅三文魚,佢成舊三文魚嘅份量十分之足,大大嚿,咬落去個口都係滿滿的肉😍而且慢煮真係比平時就咁喺屋企煎或者係啲普通餐廳食嘅差好多,慢煮出嚟嘅三文魚肉十分之嫩滑,食落口嘅質感十分之好🥳而且值得一讚嘅就係佢哋勁慢煮三文魚唔會有腥味👍🏻

佢嘅燒澳洲豬扒都好出色,而且仲要係成塊上,份量都唔細。而且我比較鍾意佢地一個細心嘅位係會幫你將塊豬扒切埋,一吉落去就可以食喇,十分之方便👍🏻👍🏻雖然呢啲嘢好似好簡單,但真係唔係間間餐廳都會有做到呢啲位,呢個位值得加分🥳🥳而佢個燒豬扒都燒得好好,唔會燒到塊豬扒乾晒乾爭爭好柴咁樣,反而佢燒到仲可以保留到個肉汁喺裏面,而且個肉質都仲係好嫩口,好少可以食到咁嫩口嘅燒豬扒😍😍😍

佢杯Rainbow smoothie係用士多啤梨同埋奶昔為主,佢仲會有啲忌廉cream係杯野飲上邊,口感會豐富咗。而佢嘅味道都比較似士多啤梨奶昔,不過佢嘅味道都唔錯,都有好香嘅奶昔味同埋士多啤梨味👍🏻而且佢仲有一粒又大又甜嘅士多啤梨附送🤣
