Used to go to this beer joint a lot, and this time for my happy hour, I picked a dark imperial stout beer, along with a french fries as I am a bit hungry.The stout is very rich and smooth, with notes of chocolate, coffee, honey and smokiness. Also the alcohol is higher than usual pilsners, so I would get tipsy more easily! The fries are also thick and fat, crispy on the outside and steaming hot inside! Yum!

Smooth on the palate, the porter style black beer gives a roasty flavour of charred malt, balanced by the honey sweetness that come afterwards, leaving an aftertaste with a hint of nuts. This dark ale with fine bubbles is exactly the reason why I always come here for a nice beer!

已經係第五次同朋友黎madhouse飲

叫左幾杯craft beer 同cider 加個台灣腸

食物同飲品都係一如以往完美 水準依舊

可惜 到十一點鐘左右 我地隔離檯擺左張reserve牌 跟著我地頭上部冷氣就開到超凍同出風超大 完全係唔正常 本來室溫應該係二十幾度

再隔離檯個女仔都凍到要戴scarf

我地三次同店員反影冷氣過凍 佢地都表現得好有熱誠 話已調教部冷氣溫度 但事實係完全無改善 雪房一樣

再過一陣 有店員過黎通知我地有人已留位

唔緊要 我都就凍死 一定會自己走 放心

臨走我都問店員點解部冷氣會突然咁凍

佢解釋話間舖有3部冷氣 衣家關左一部 其餘兩部會自動調教跟室溫 因為個系統係連結住

我即刻心諗 點解頭先又唔使關一部冷氣? 有人reserve 檯就即刻要關一部 令到我地頭上個部特別凍?

其實老闆唔想人坐耐可以加個time limit 最多坐幾耐 或者加高個minimum charge

衣家用衣種手法趕人 會唔會太低手

兩者都是帶橙香。但 ⓼麥香較重,所以比⓭更乾身和苦澀。
適合:味道層次比較多,微醺時候更有滋味

這倒菜的味道精緻細膩,個人建議配搭中等濃度的手工啤酒,不會沖淡肉的厚重感,反而襯托出肉的鮮味。

一般酒吧都會主打炸物,因爲普通啤酒不像紅酒,口感比較單調,而且酒精能麻醉味覺,在酒醉微醺下,大概味道濃烈的食物才能喚醒味蕾吧。但手工啤酒卻顛覆了我對啤酒的認知,原來喝啤酒也可以很時尚,像紅酒般高雅地品嚐其中的味道。 而且,這裏的食物調味製作得非常細膩,職員對啤酒的講解非常詳細,很用心地介紹最適合口味給客人,真的非常值得推薦!

今日同同事收左工之後打算去飲野, 之前經過見到依間酒BAR好似幾正就黎試下啦不過因為佢開放式既裝修, 問口個位都真係幾熱, 所以勸大家盡量都坐入面D, 如果吾係會好似我咁飲到身水身汗, 不過佢啤酒既種類都幾多, 店員怕我地吾岩飲佢亦都一隻一隻比我地試下邊隻好似邊隻吾好飲, 勁細心之後我地叫左小小下酒小食, 叫左酥煩雞翼, 炸得岩岩好, 食落去好軟滑多汁, 必食另外仲叫左個慢煮黑毛豬, 食落去好有口感, 肉味濃郁, 加埋個芥末醬汁, 不錯
