入到去有驚喜,成間餐廳爆人

雖然係午飯時間,服務都好好,一嚟就俾咗兩碗湯我哋。
見到人哋嘅燒味同滑蛋叉燒飯都好靚好吸引!所以自己都叫咗個滑蛋叉燒飯

而飲品除咗一般常見嘅咖啡/茶之外,仲包咗較少見嘅薑蜜奶茶同蘋果肉紅茶☕️蘋果肉紅茶蘋果肉都幾多,寒冬飲真係夠哂滋潤🥰

今日因為踩單車,所以就去咗大圍一轉。喺踩之前想搵啲嘢醫下肚,於是就睇吓附近有啲乜嘢餐廳值得試吓。一出大圍站,就見到呢間王牌唯一叉燒好多人排緊隊,有拎外賣嘅亦都有堂食嘅。見佢出名嘅係叉燒,於是就嗌咗一個雙拼燒味飯,我就揀咗叉燒同埋油雞。一埋位就會有碗老火湯,口味比較濃郁。講返個飯,個叉燒佢話係蜂蜜醃製,食落真係比起出邊嘅冇咁鹹之餘,亦都唔會過分甜,味道平衡。至於肉質方面,我會覺得瘦嘅部份比肥嘅多,大概七比三左右,好彩我比較鍾意食瘦嘅叉燒,所以就好啱我口味。而油雞方面,啲雞皮又薄又爽口,都入味。而肉質方面未至於好嫩滑,但仍然合格。配菜有三條菜心,都新鮮清甜。而飯嘅質地都乾身粒粒分明,唔會又淋又爛。整體嚟講,我會幾推介呢間嘅叉燒,下次有機會想試吓佢另外推介嘅滑蛋蝦仁自家製XO醬飯,因為見到好多人都嗌。

今日因為踩單車,所以就去咗大圍一轉。喺踩之前想搵啲嘢醫下肚,於是就睇吓附近有啲乜嘢餐廳值得試吓。一出大圍站,就見到呢間王牌唯一叉燒好多人排緊隊,有拎外賣嘅亦都有堂食嘅。見佢出名嘅係叉燒,於是就嗌咗一個雙拼燒味飯,我就揀咗叉燒同埋油雞。
一埋位就會有碗老火湯,口味比較濃郁。
講返個飯,個叉燒佢話係蜂蜜醃製,食落真係比起出邊嘅冇咁鹹之餘,亦都唔會過分甜,味道平衡。至於肉質方面,我會覺得瘦嘅部份比肥嘅多,大概七比三左右,好彩我比較鍾意食瘦嘅叉燒,所以就好啱我口味。
而油雞方面,啲雞皮又薄又爽口,都入味。而肉質方面未至於好嫩滑,但仍然合格。
配菜有三條菜心,都新鮮清甜。而飯嘅質地都乾身粒粒分明,唔會又淋又爛。
整體嚟講,我會幾推介呢間嘅叉燒,下次有機會想試吓佢另外推介嘅滑蛋蝦仁自家製XO醬飯,因為見到好多人都嗌。

鵝髀皮脆,肥瘦適中有油香,肉味濃郁亦尚算嫩滑。👦🏻 特意落單標明要肥叉,叉燒色水十分靚仔,仲要真係肥叉❗️只有部份表皮有燶邊,入口香濃油脂香,醃味適中同有蜜汁香,十分滿足!
⚠️ 重口味 👦🏻 都覺得超肥,平時唔食肥肉人仕請三思 。

秘製蔥油就真係蔥同油嘅混合體 ,香味欠奉,亦淡得離譜 😅 雞扒唔入味,亦較嚡口 。叫得秘製蔥油,心諗應該有返啲水準,最後卻令人失望 。兩個飯嘅飯底亦有少少爛 。

整體呢間嘅燒鵝叉燒不俗,下次可以再試其他燒味 ;至於其他就不敢恭維 😅

呢間餐廳位於大圍入面有好多座位既好似冰室咁,仲有好多唔同種類既食物,其中比較出名既應該係燒味,呢度餐廳有好大個招牌響門面好易認同搵到,我地叫左一份下午茶係燒腩仔飯,燒腩仔皮脆肉軟,燒腩仔層仔勁平均仲要唔係好油同肥,個皮仲要好香脆,下午茶仲送飲品我叫左一杯好特別既熱奶茶加薑,薑絲好多既一杯熱奶茶比平時更暖胃,飲落好舒服,奶茶口感香滑,小編推介,另一份係叉燒飯,呢度燒味出名所以我地就買左兩款唔同既燒味,叉燒勁厚肉,而且肥瘦適中,黎呢度除左下午茶都可以食其他唔同既茶餐同飯類。
