朋友於網上搜尋到這間餐廳看到多個評價對阿根廷牛扒讚口不絕於是慕名而來餐廳位置方便,亦容易找到內裡佈置舒適,店員亦熱心服務,勤於斟水由於是食肉獸,所以我們沒有點前菜小食三個人點了三個主菜,想先看看份量再加小食或甜品一客牛扒 Ribeye Medium Rare $348一客雞 Pollo al Limon $178一客三文魚 Salmon Patagonian $238首先到的是牛扒,剛剛好三成熟雖然廚師切得很厚,而且旁邊脂肪筋鍵都沒有切走,要自己動勞,可是口感尚算嫩滑不過不知道是吃不慣阿根廷牛扒還是真的比平常吃的美國安格斯牛扒味道較淡不蘸附上的汁吃不太下去不過兩款汁味道都很清新,配合上牛扒算是不過不失之後來的是雞看到菜名本以為是檸汁煮雞柳/扒怎料只是在碟旁放了半塊檸檬這也罷可是那個雞扒實在是接受不能薄,非常薄結果煎出來非常乾非常硬只有上方放了一點點香料雞扒事前沒有醃製調味吃下去比前一道牛扒還要無味道又是要靠蘸旁邊的辣醬提味以$178 一道主菜來看 CP值簡直低至負數最後來的是三文魚魚肉偏熟,不過還好可是魚肉仍是無味道反而墊底的雜菜吸收了所有的調味料比三文魚的味道還要好由於大失所望,最後

首先到的是牛扒,剛剛好三成熟
雖然廚師切得很厚,而且旁邊脂肪筋鍵都沒有切走,要自己動勞,可是口感尚算嫩滑
不過不知道是吃不慣阿根廷牛扒
還是真的比平常吃的美國安格斯牛扒味道較淡
不蘸附上的汁吃不太下去
不過兩款汁味道都很清新,配合上牛扒算是不過不失

之後來的是雞
看到菜名本以為是檸汁煮雞柳/扒
怎料只是在碟旁放了半塊檸檬
這也罷
可是那個雞扒實在是接受不能
薄,非常薄
結果煎出來非常乾非常硬
只有上方放了一點點香料
雞扒事前沒有醃製調味
吃下去比前一道牛扒還要無味道
又是要靠蘸旁邊的辣醬提味
以$178 一道主菜來看 CP值簡直低至負數

魚肉偏熟,不過還好

由於大失所望,最後沒有點其他東西就走了
再到了另一間餐廳填肚
本身沒有想過要寫食評,所以沒有拍很多照片
不曉得無味道是不是阿根廷菜的特色
可是回家後想起那塊雞扒
還是覺得不吐不快
雖然我們是以後不會去了
可是還是想警告一下其他人
或許還有其他出色的菜式
只是我們比較倒楣
不過大家要點以上菜式時還是要有心理準備
不要期望愈大 失望愈大

Ribeye; Sirloin

吃得阿根廷菜絕對不能錯過牛扒這一環,那當然我們也不例外,我們分別點了ribeye和sirloin來品嚐。

Ribeye帶有豐厚的脂肪,肉質軟腍又juicy,香味亦相當濃郁! 至於西冷牛扒沒有什麼脂肪,但肉香味卻特別濃郁,吃上去同樣juicy美味。兩款牛扒各有各特色,實在難以選擇那一款比較美味!

Alfajor De Maicena

吃過這美味的晚餐後,他們還友善地送上傳統秘魯甜點Alfajor De Maicena。雖然這是傳統的秘魯甜點,但阿根廷人也很喜歡享用這甜點。

這甜點做法一點也不簡單,一般都要用上一至兩天來製成,而看上去像是焦糖的部份都是用上新鮮的牛奶來製成。吃上去就像兩塊曲奇夾着香甜的焦糖一樣,味道討好又誘人!

雖然這裏的地方不大,也沒有極之華麗的裝潢,但這裏的侍應廚師都十分好客又有善,全程貼心款待! 廚師更親自詢問我們的意見,以確保我們滿意食物的質素,這務求進步的態度,實在值得一讚! 而這裡食物更是不用置疑,質素高之餘,價錢又合理,相信不久的將來我們又會前來光顧!

The Patagonia Argentinian Steak House是筆者某一天在網上發現看到MENU跟別人的REVIEW後 立馬決定第二天前往拜訪真的是一家小店小小的門口 空間也不算很大但從小店門口就能看到大大的烤爐 看到chef在grill厚厚的牛扒點了set lunch 的steak setstarter點了chorizo sausagesides是butter mushroomchorizo sausage等了一會送上來配的是parsley saucechorizo sausage是由牛肉跟豬肉組成的香腸 粗粗圓圓一根chef把白腸對切一半拿去烤 美美的烤印除了去除了香腸的油膩 還增添了grill的專屬香味這個真的是必點必試!個人覺得不用parsley sauce 單吃已經好好吃過了一會 牛扒就送上還蠻大一塊 跟隨還有parsley和salsa sauce點了medium rare烤得剛好 seasoning差了一點點所以要配著parsley吃 (其實筆者最愛的是heavy cream/ cheese sauce)肉質軟稔juicy 很容易就切開 肉味是有的 但會期望更強

chorizo sausage等了一會送上來配的是parsley sauce
chorizo sausage是由牛肉跟豬肉組成的香腸 粗粗圓圓一根
chef把白腸對切一半拿去烤 美美的烤印
除了去除了香腸的油膩 還增添了grill的專屬香味
這個真的是必點必試!

個人覺得不用parsley sauce 單吃已經好好吃

過了一會 牛扒就送上
還蠻大一塊 跟隨還有parsley和salsa sauce
點了medium rare
烤得剛好 seasoning差了一點點
所以要配著parsley吃 (其實筆者最愛的是heavy cream/ cheese sauce)
肉質軟稔juicy 很容易就切開 
肉味是有的 但會期望更強一點(可能吃習慣了Angus
)

Butter Mushroom蠻濃郁的牛油香 I like it!
而且份量蠻多
整個set吃下來 女生會超飽的


對是日餐點都很滿意
店家也會輕輕問客人的意見
定會在不久再次到訪!

I went there with my wife on Wednesday evening. the restaurant was empty , which I thought was not a good sign. oh boy was I wrong.my wife ordered a blood sausage which was served with freshly baked baguette and plain butter. I, myself, ordered a medium rare rib eye steak with a side of mashed potatoes.the sausage was hot and tasty. the consistency was rather creamy. the rib eye was spot on. very much the perfect steak I always wanted to eat in hong kong. the steak was just seasoned with salt and nothing else. I thought this was just perfect. according to the owner Raul the meat comes exclusively from Argentina.

the mashed potatoes was rather on the salty side but otherwise very good.

最後仲送左兩舊曲奇比我地試tim。聽廚師講係佢地家鄉既特色甜品。個曲奇好脆,中間係caramel +小小椰絲。好似我咁鐘意食甜野既會勁鐘意。

話說,我地兩個食到一半都忍唔住要whatsapp同朋友開心share,可以睇得出有幾滿意。
而且仲要一度懷疑我地有無睇錯個價錢,咁抵既價錢,有咁好既野食同服務。

希望佢地可以keep住做落去。加油💪🏻

牛扒真係好冧又好香 煎到真係三成熟架! 仲好多肉汁添~有成12安士 一個女仔有可能食唔晒~
三文魚魚皮煎到脆薄薄 魚肉唔老煎得好好味
自製意粉 好有咬口 製作得好好 不過調味可以再重手啲
配菜就無咩特別 只係份量真係好大

最後要讚下個女侍應 服務周到 一眼關七 仲有兩個阿根廷藉老闆(我估係....)好友善 又會關心下啲客嘅需要 真係抵讚 好有心

Found this restaurant by accident. The food was excellent. The beef steak in particular was juicy and flavourful. I have been to more expensive Argentinian steak houses in HK and the food and service in this place is just as good but 1/3 the price. Portions are very generous. Highly recommend! I am already planning my next visit!

牛扒套餐($258)

另一個套餐($158)則選了soup of the day - mix vegetable soup 做前菜,主菜選了Homemade pasta,配 mixed salad。 自家製的pasta就係多一份手工味,啖啖咬落都有煙靭,雖然不及手工意大利Pasta 般細膩,但很有家的感覺,好似去朋友屋企作客一樣。

店內有部電視,播放著南美洲不同的風景同旅遊景點,發現很多自己從不知道的地方和美景,希望有朝一日真的能夠到南美一趟! 餐後老闆兼大廚送上自家製的阿根廷曲奇,仲問我哋點揾到呢間餐廳。原來佢哋只係開左四天! 老闆仲好自豪向我哋展示雪櫃裡不同的steak,有 T-bone同斧頭扒等。希望下次再去可以約多啲朋友試下阿根廷的斧頭扒!都希望呢間咁温暖而有特色的小餐館可以保持水準一直做落去!

個包好好食呀😭😭😭
非常香嘅麥味,微溫,外皮脆得黎唔韌,入面軟得黎有彈性😍

不過一路食嘅時候一路同友人講,喺香港食到好嘅餐廳嗰陣都會驚
一係驚佢虎頭蛇尾,開頭好食,之後愈整愈差
一係驚佢做得好,愈來愈多人食,到時想食又要排隊
最後就係怕佢好食,但又無人欣賞,結果做唔住,又少左個食好野嘅地方...
有時做人真係矛盾哈哈😌
