The Point-Pizza and Pasta有很多家分店,這次去了將軍澳分店。我和女朋友已經很久沒有在外面吃意大利菜,終於滿足了我們想吃龍蝦的願望!這家餐廳的環境很舒適,很適合假期來坐坐,吃晚餐。我點了龍蝦湯、龍蝦香草Risotto 、Iced Oreo Chocolate。頭盤的龍蝦湯是濃郁的 bisque,用料很足,那橙紅色的賣相、香味俱佳,嘗到蝦與蟹的鮮味。龍蝦香草意大利飯,啖啖的龍蝦肉,用高湯和米煮出奶油般濃郁質地,以龍蝦、蔬菜為基底。加了奶油、芝士以及洋蔥。香氣撲鼻,值得一試!Iced Oreo Chocolate,一道Refreshing 的特調,上面放了厚厚的奶油和一塊Oreo餅乾,喝到濃郁的巧克力,多重驚喜啊!

Iced Oreo Chocolate,一道Refreshing 的特調,上面放了厚厚的奶油和一塊Oreo餅乾,喝到濃郁的巧克力,多重驚喜啊!

將軍澳好吃的西餐不多,而價錢也不太貴可以afford的更少。這次並非首次光顧將軍澳的the point,但決定嚐嚐新的菜式!首先,點一份餐廳主打的pasta絕對不會失望,所以我選了「明太子軟殼蟹櫻花蝦扁意粉」,軟殼蟹有兩隻我跟我男朋友不用搶著吃,而且蟹殼炸得外脆內軟,再送上明太子拌意粉,鹹鹹的,很好吃。另外,我們再叫了一份小吃:「棒棒雞翼配蜜糖燒烤醬」,餐廳貼心的把雞翼拆開一半,只剩一根骨頭,我們就可以很方便地吃雞翼了。而炸雞翼點上蜜糖燒烤醬,酸酸甜甜的,不知不覺就把整盤吃光了。 最後我自己要了一杯Iced Earl Grey latte,上面有一層打發泡沫,放上幾塊伯爵茶茶葉,攪拌後陣陣茶香味,而甜水是另上,可以因個人喜好而調配。走出餐廳門時,看到餐廳正在進行防疫價外賣自取八五折,下次下班經過先可以下單回家吃了。

另外,我們再叫了一份小吃:「棒棒雞翼配蜜糖燒烤醬」,餐廳貼心的把雞翼拆開一半,只剩一根骨頭,我們就可以很方便地吃雞翼了。而炸雞翼點上蜜糖燒烤醬,酸酸甜甜的,不知不覺就把整盤吃光了。

想食西餐,又見呢度午餐幾多選擇,就入嚟試下啦!我哋叫咗兩個午餐,味道都唔錯。呢個係午餐送嘅是日餐湯,今次係番茄湯。口感好 creamy,唔似意大利菜湯嘅風味。但係都飲得都淡淡地嘅番茄味,都幾唔錯。呢個係菠蘿梳打,似有氣嘅菠蘿汁。呢個 Carbonara 味道好夠濃,加埋溫泉蛋味道更豐富。煙肉好香,同 creamy 嘅意粉其實都幾夾。食嘅時候加埋黑椒同芝士粉就完美喇!呢個辣味 pizza 因為有墨西哥辣椒,所以本身都幾辣,唔適合唔食得辣嘅朋友食。佢有兩款腸,兩款都好香脆,配合脆脆地嘅餅底真係好正。如果你鍾意食辣,又係個食肉獸,呢個 pizza 就非常適合你喇。整體嚟講,呢度可以再嚟,環境舒服,食物味道都好好。之前其實都食過呢度,如果鐘意食 pizza,又唔太鐘意以上嘅 pizza,不妨試下有香辣烤雞嘅 pizza!香辣烤雞味道好夠,加上好襯 pizza 脆脆嘅餅底,係我最鍾意嘅 pizza 配料。
