我哋大約下午2:45去到,沒有窗邊枱本來有點失望,但是隔了10分鐘左右,我們還沒有點食物,在角落頭的人客走了,餐廳經理竟然主動走過來問我們想不想轉去窗口位,我當然想啦!

之後我們落單,點了五款點心!

其實食點心最怕就係份量太大,有時候真的只想每款食一件!

這個價錢的套餐,有花膠、鮑魚,其實,算係挺實惠,本以為唔夠飽,食完之後、係夠飽有餘,而且,可以試多幾款菜式、挺滿足~


這間高級中菜食府,要一讚其服務,無論打電話訂枱時、到服務餐飲的侍應及經理也是親切有禮、唔似某啲同級食府態度傲慢,服務員態度和善、令客人稱心、使本身美味的佳餚更可口~

很久沒寫食評,也是為了它而再寫。訂座時安排了前排的窗口位,是早一星期訂才安排到,很開心。今次點了一些家常菜,蝦多士、杏汁白肺湯、蝦醬炸雞、東星、黑松露炒飯等等。蝦多士炸了都不油利又香口白肺湯是一位位上的,好入味香濃蝦醬炸雞是名菜一定要食,香口,咸昧岩岩好,每次梨都要食,係出面食唔到的。食完香口菜都要食返清蒸東星,平衡一下口味,好清甜的魚肉,爽口好鮮味。松露炒飯香氣撲鼻,每粒飯都🈶️松露包住,旦白又多,夠曬料。今次好飽好🈵️足。

白肺湯是一位位上的,好入味香濃

客人即將離港, 臨別前也要跟他吃頓好的, 上次到過SKY 101 客人極愛那個景致, 那麼跟他最後的晚餐 (笑) 也選擇在此吧! 上次吃了西餐, 今次就來一次中菜吧!選擇了另一間米星星波士廳101, 點了兩個前菜 : 日本麻醬茄子, 豆豉爆青尖椒, 湯品有杏汁白肺湯及松茸燉花膠湯, 主菜是要預訂的八寶鴨, 白菇竹笙豆腐煲, 再加荷葉飯八寶鴨需兩日前預訂, 不過原來份量很多, 兩個人除非不點其他菜, 否則完全吃不完, 餘下的只好打包取走; 八寶鴨味很濃, 醬料很豐富, 一定要添飯來吃, 而荷葉飯的味道不太足, 配八寶鴨的醬料就剛好; 兩款湯水火喉足,是為這晚自己最喜歡的少不了的甜品有椰皇燉蛋白

Celebrating aunt's Birthday here and it's a good choice! We love the service and the food are delicious. The view will be superb if the weather is fine. Will definitely come back again for family gathering.
