今晚揸車去到沙田呢一間酒店搵野食,咁岩仲有優惠,都幾抵食,價錢不算太貴。我地叫了一盅椰青燉花膠雞湯,清甜的雞湯作為開胃菜十分合適,加上椰青可以清清熱下下火。然後叫了蒸扇貝,有五大隻,有鮮味,調味也非常到位。之後的是士多啤利汁脆蝦球,蝦球大大隻,份量十足,炸粉也出奇地好吃,是我今餐的最愛。薑蔥龍蝦滑雞煲有半隻波士頓龍蝦和大約半隻雞,這個配搭有點新奇,雞件新鮮好吃。如果酒樓在比較方便的位置,相信會有更多客人。

由於阿爸鍾意食魚嘅關係,嚟到呢啲咁高質嘅酒樓,冇理由唔整返條魚啦,所以我哋叫咗一條清蒸生猛虎杉斑仔,約一斤嘅佢,原來都已經幾大條,最重點,都係夠新鮮!最低起碼,魚既外層並無任何損傷,酒樓蒸佢嘅時間非常適中,所以食落口,肉質非常嫩滑,加上豉油非常好味,感覺唔係一般平價嘅豉油,所以,令到成條魚嘅味道再次得以提升!

喺石門呢個地方搵食唔係咁易,想舒舒服服咁坐低同朋友傾偈就要行入少少,在工業區附近就搵到一間酒樓,夜晚人少少可以慢慢傾吓計食返餐。冰鎮花雕五頭南非鮑魚,一送上枱絕對係手機先打卡,賣相吸引,今日過開佐敦飲茶,第一時間就諗起呢間茶樓,花雕酒味道唔算太重,鮑魚爽口彈牙,$68幾抵食!蒜蓉粉絲蒸大元貝,中菜必點嘅款式之一,呢度咁啱做緊特價,元貝大大粒,蒜香味濃,粉絲索晒味道,用嚟送飯一流!上湯開邊焗美國龍蝦伊麵,龍蝦彈牙爽口,蝦肉易拆,職員有貼心送上手套和濕紙巾,非常方便。可惜的是伊麵份量較少。鹹魚雞粒豆腐煲,份量都幾多,鹹香味配上雞粒和豆腐,特別惹味!最後送上甜品作結,味道清香,為這餐解膩不錯。
