兩星期前已經打去book位, 講明一定要兩張BB櫈, 結果我哋去到企門口等左半個鐘先有位, 一路問門口個阿姐, 佢剩係鬧裏面d客食左三四個鐘唔肯走, 咁點解佢哋唔處理下? 最好笑佢叫我哋自己行埋佢哋張枱度俾佢哋知我哋等緊佢張枱, 到有位, 竟然同我哋講無唒BB櫈, 我哋企左喺度研究緊點安排, 全程無人再理過我地, 佢哋嘅態度係 - 食就抱住兩個BB坐低食, 唔食就過主, 真係勁嬲. 我哋最後無坐低行左出去, 佢哋一個人都無理過我哋, 問聲都無, 呢個服務態度真係何其惡劣!

今日約了老朋友在沙田午飯,想找間可以坐耐點和比較靜的食肆,大家可以相聚傾談一下。朋友建議去一間附近酒店內的酒樓。這間酒樓有多間分店,而沙田這間在酒店的2樓,人流比較少。整間酒樓是半圓形,中間是禮堂,坐位是環繞著禮堂,沿著半圓型外圍的窗邊而設,所以坐位很寬敞和舒服,光線充足。酒樓以婚宴為主,所以佈置都比較華麗,頂部用了波浪型設計的水晶燈,禮堂用了很多花的擺設,更顯雅致獨特。我們點了-紅燒煲仔翅看到有優惠,寫著足3兩魚翅,所以點了一客share,紅燒翅用煲仔上,魚翅多又厚,濃郁的湯底,加送一碟爽甜的銀芽,食時再混點紅醋,帶出魚翅的鮮濃味,又有清新的口感。-晶瑩鮮蝦餃 很大隻,皮薄餡多,爆滿蝦肉,爽口彈牙-豉椒斑頭腩炒河 走油過的斑頭腩,外脆內嫩,炒河配料還有西椒,洋蔥和銀芽,不會覺得太肥膩。-蔗糖馬拉糕原籠上,有蔗糖香甜味,甜度適中,糕身香軟。

我哋首先叫咗一個人人都稱讚嘅招牌白胡椒煎焗澳洲龍蝦,香噴噴嘅龍蝦擺喺個鐵鍋上,飄出一陣陣嘅白胡椒香,龍蝦肉非常彈牙,廚房中非常細心,龍蝦肉好容易就可以撩到出來食,真係啖啖肉,配襯埋白胡椒煎焗真係令到我回味無窮!
跟住再叫一人一碗雪梨無花果燉花膠湯,澳門花膠嘅湯,拎我嘴唇黏著黏著,淡淡的雪梨香同花膠煲埋一齊味道非常之夾,可以話非常之重了,又甜又補好飲!
跟住就係招牌菠蘿咕嚕肉,非常鍾意食菠蘿咕嚕肉嘅我,唔知係咪見識少,真係人生第一次食到最好味嘅菠蘿咕嚕肉,酸甜味非常適中,第一啖咬落去外脆內軟,炸知酥脆生粉不厚,多汁濃郁,沒有過分油膩嘅感覺,咕嚕肉大小剛好,一口一口吃🤤
最後我就叫咗一碟翠綠炒花尾龍躉球,龍躉大大件,肉質嫩滑,顏色非常翠綠,賣相相當好!
