之前食過一次,覺得好好味,昨晚特登去再食,點知大失所望。四個人叫咗一客,送到黎鐵板完全唔熱,淋上汁時冇吱吱聲,但隔離枱淋汁時吱吱聲,-食落口,朋友已經話蟹肉霉嘅,我食蟹鉗就好啲,但再食蟹身都係霉,仲要差唔多七百蚊未加一客,好失望。應該冇下次!

脆皮一品燒雞
每道菜都是順序慢慢上,上的時間剛剛好,所以食物都是熱呼呼的,這個燒雞便是例子,剛燒完才呈上,保持了脆皮的口感。燒雞大小正常,適合四人食用,幾好肉的,雞味濃郁,最愛那滿口雞油又爽脆的外皮。

櫻花蝦海皇炒飯
超大的一碟飯,每口都帶有櫻花蝦,又有蝦仁蔥花等,味道不會令人失望。

原籠蔗糖馬拉糕
很有驚喜的中式甜品,軟棉棉又熱呼呼的,蛋香撲鼻,整籠六件,一下子就被我們搶光了。

這個四人餐份量適合,非常飽肚,附有加一收費,性價比仍然很高,絕對值得再幫襯。

今日帶兩老食好野,來到這間中菜館,位置位於酒店的商場內,中菜館長形設計,裝修一點都不馬虎,還帶點氣派呢!這裡的套餐款式很多,還有一些是孖寶的,當然少不了散叫的菜式,我們左挑右選,終於點了幾個菜色。餐前小食,每枱都會有的餐前小食,今日是芥苿黑白木耳,味道很爽脆,吃到有日本芥辣的味道,用在餐前小吃非常合適!雪梨無花果花膠燉湯,大大片的雪梨浮在水面,裡面還有原粒無花果和數片花膠,雪梨的潤喉加無花果的清甜,再加上花膠的滋陰,味道清而不躁,是秋冬的最好湯水。眼見隔離枱的生炒臘味糯米飯很吸引,所以我們都不執輸叫了一個,糯米飯炒得粒粒分明,口感煙靱,色澤也炒得很均勻,臘味很多,但味道不會像坊間的那麼咸,我們三個人可以每人吃到兩大碗,份量可不容懷疑!面頭還撒上蛋絲和蔥粒,令到糯米飯梗香,視覺梗豐富。招牌白胡椒蟹出場,胡椒蟹用鐵板上,臨上枱前侍應幫我們將白胡椒汁淋上面,熱騰騰的聲音响起,加上胡椒的香味撲鼻而來,非常治癒。肉蟹很大隻,和我的手掌差不多,蟹拑也很大隻,一啖一啖的肉咬著,非常滿足,蟹腳也可吃到一絲一絲的蟹肉。胡椒令到蟹肉鮮味提升不少,非常惹味。除了蟹外,他們用上紫洋蔥墊底,紫洋蔥吸收晒白胡椒汁

招牌白胡椒蟹出場,胡椒蟹用鐵板上,臨上枱前侍應幫我們將白胡椒汁淋上面,熱騰騰的聲音响起,加上胡椒的香味撲鼻而來,非常治癒。肉蟹很大隻,和我的手掌差不多,蟹拑也很大隻,一啖一啖的肉咬著,非常滿足,蟹腳也可吃到一絲一絲的蟹肉。胡椒令到蟹肉鮮味提升不少,非常惹味。除了蟹外,他們用上紫洋蔥墊底,紫洋蔥吸收晒白胡椒汁,入口辛辣而帶香甜,一片一片的吃著,慢慢地給我全部吃光了。

招牌菠蘿咕嚕肉賣相吸引,咕嚕肉咬落去嗦嗦聲的很脆口,肉質很嫰滑,酸酸甜甜的味道充斥著成個口腔,最欣賞的是咕嚕肉吃到尾面的一件面頭都是脆口的,不會因為放涼了而變得淋身。菠蘿雖然分開上,但廚師切成一片片再放入原身菠蘿入面,菠蘿很香甜,還帶點蜜味,可口非常,這個菜式很值得推介!

石門站一出來當然大家都知道有幾間嘢食,但係你又知唔知行遠啲,有一間質素幾好,價錢又合宜嘅飲茶地方呢?大概行8分鐘,就去到一個小人去嘅地方,呢間譽宴嘅下午茶質素,同埋佢所有點心嘅賣相,喺同級數嘅茶樓來講,我真係覺得我要比滿分佢!入到去人多,所以同傳統茶樓嚟講,佢係比較靜,其實咁樣仲啱我,我根本就唔鍾意好嘈雜嘅中式茶餐廳或者茶樓!識乜嚟講,你見到我叫咗好多嘢食,每一樣都係10分精美,十分之好食!有一個好貴嘅小籠包,本身我對佢期望都幾大,但係呢一個位真係要減少少分,因為我覺得佢唔值咁貴!大家下次可以試返普通小籠包就得啦!不過可能口味問題,可能你哋鍾意嘅撇除嗰啲點心,每人到四平八穩,幾好食!佢嘅甜品先係驚喜鐘嘅驚喜!估唔到中式茶餐廳整得咁好,可能佢喺酒店隔離,就陽道佢啲點心甜品質素到一致提升!同埋佢地方少少偏遠,所以識落去性價比又幾高!

有一個好貴嘅小籠包,本身我對佢期望都幾大,但係呢一個位真係要減少少分,因為我覺得佢唔值咁貴!大家下次可以試返普通小籠包就得啦!不過可能口味問題,可能你哋鍾意嘅

撇除嗰啲點心,每人到四平八穩,幾好食!佢嘅甜品先係驚喜鐘嘅驚喜!估唔到中式茶餐廳整得咁好,可能佢喺酒店隔離,就陽道佢啲點心甜品質素到一致提升!同埋佢地方少少偏遠,所以識落去性價比又幾高!
