這間位於中環蘇豪區的酒吧,由著名影星吳彥祖開辦,傳說話佢真人係會間唔時係酒吧出現。今日就同朋友一起過去光顧一下,睇下這傳說會不會變為事實。Mamie Gilroy有清新的橙香,入口帶點薑味,有淡淡的酒香。21st Century California先食了朱古力再飲,苦中帶甜,層次較豐富,而且都很清新。Fried Tofu in Wasabi Tomato Sauce炸豆腐外脆內滑,入口帶點辛辣,最後又有點甜。Unagi Avocado Roll蛋皮包裹著牛油果及鰻魚等配料,加上有咬口的蟹子,十分有創意。Crispy Chicken Soft Bone炸雞軟骨比較辣,十分惹味,送酒一流。Old-Fashioned Bourbon Burger麵包烘至香脆,加上半溶芝士及juicy的牛肉,兩個人可以分享。最後只有同男神最鍾意坐的位置上拍照一張。

入到去呢個酒櫃真係不得了,有好多唔同國家唔同品種唔同年份唔同款式嘅威士忌,仲要好多都係已經絕版或者市面上好難搵到嘅款式,令人大開眼界,喺度轉個身都要小心d,如果唔係真係賠唔起哈哈哈😆 呢度絕對係打卡既靚位,好建議各位女仔着條靚裙黎影個靚相。

放工與同事談心,到這上樓酒吧,一出電梯,就看到這個打咭位,曾經見過好多朋友的IG post有這場景,原來是這裡!我愛cocktail,點了Naked Orange Sour。朋友對cocktail有研究,說要加點蛋白搖,才會有泡,才做出下正宗的sour。但因為要駕車,所以她只點了soft drink,不是一般的本地汽水,樽特別靚。飲酒之餘也要吃東西,點了邪惡小食鹹蛋雞皮(Salted Egg Chicken Cracklings)香脆的雞皮加上在新加坡發揚光大的鹹蛋黃,佐酒一流!再加一串辣燒魷魚:燒得剛好的魷魚並無乾柴的感覺。加了適量的辣粉,又是佐酒的好味小食。只吃小食不夠飽,我們「再下一城」,每人點了一個漢堡。Old Fashioned Bourbon Burger將經典的雞尾酒變漢堡,混合苦橙和車厘子果醬,味濃。靚靚牛肉,加上溶了的芝士,估不到酒吧的漢堡都有如此高水準!同事點了blue cheese bueger,用了黑麵包感覺更特別,blue cheese 味更濃,也好味!值得一提的是,客人可玩遊戲,在威士忌室外有一大串鎖匙,三十六條,就是店名三十六!好像電視台台慶般,開到有奬!

餐廳非常多心思位,例如上述既自家製水、壁畫等。不過最難忘既心思位係入酒窖之前,酒吧會同客人玩一個小遊戲,就係從36條鎖匙中搵出正確鎖匙打開鐵閘,你就會有免費威士忌shot,呢種互動非常難得。


總括而言,食物主打日式小食,價錢便宜味道又出色。Highball系列亦打動到我女友,顛覆左佢以前對威士忌嘅印象。女友話一定要再嚟,希望下次嚟既時候可以見到吳彥祖啦!

吃過飲過後跟店員Jason吹了陣水,他帶我們去店的酒櫃介紹了店內的威士忌。某些威士忌,客人可以用杯的量下單,貴一點的需要整瓶購買,開了口的酒可以存於店的酒櫃裏。

絕對有資格可以收貴好多, 但係價錢竟然係咁正常 (酒類當然就貴D)
