作為一個蕃茄控,當然要試下以蕃茄做主食既餐廳喇!一坐低,佢既墊枱紙就係佢既menu,諗好好耐食乜,最後嗌左個蕃茄牛肋肉蛋包飯。蛋略嫌熟左少少,唔夠滑,不過係真係包住哂成個飯,連個底部都有蛋,唔係淨係CUM係面既蓋飯。入面既飯都有蕃茄,好香好好味。牛肋肉都唔錯,幾有咬口,唔會太硬或者太靭。焗過既車厘茄,食既時候最好成粒咬,費事爆汁。整體來說都唔錯,係我想像中既蛋包飯,而且幾足料,蕃茄亦都無處不在,不過味精就最好落少啲,食完有啲口乾。

烤雞有半隻,食落肉質都幾嫩滑,唔算太乾,
而個飯係呢碟既靈魂,大廚用芝士MIX 蕃茄飯,煎到底面都焦香,而芝士飯仲有拉絲效果,食落煙韌有口感,好得~

原本應該是主菜的燒春雞頓時變了大大配角, 它皮脆肉嫩, 賣相吸引, 生熟程度處理的剛剛好,一個人食半隻無難度。 原本我食燒春雞是要點茄汁的。今次, 我是用了無添加的蕃茄濃湯, 只要你是喜歡番茄的,就會非常愛上這個味道, 欲罷不能。

另外單點了一個番茄龍蝦汁野菌扁麵, 龍蝦汁非常香濃,因為有了蕃茄的加入,所以他的龍蝦汁比一般市面上食到的帶有獨特蕃茄的香甜。 扁麵有嚼勁,每一條都掛了醬汁,好配合。就連伴碟的西蘭花,也是非常爽口。
