今日同女閨密聚會,想食間舒服而質素不錯的餐廳,細問其他朋友之下話荃灣有間不錯的餐廳,我地就約八點多去吃飯,去到一個大月亮在內好吸引,而且都幾寧靜和舒服,今次我地叫了幾款和湯一齊食,再食完飯飲杯即磨咖啡和熱檸檬茶慢慢傾計,整餐飯都滿意而且待應態度都不錯,下次可以再來。蕃茄汁青口煲,好多隻,青口新鮮又大隻帶新鮮蕃茄味幾開胃。湯叫了二款,是日餐湯蕃茄忌簾薯仔湯和黑松露野菌忌簾湯,蕃茄湯好清新口感幾滑又帶少少薯仔蓉口感豐富。主菜我和朋友每人叫了一個,一個素和肉,紅菜頭松子仁意大利飯是素岩晒我地二個想清清地,來到心心眼,粉紅色的飯好吸引,食落去好舒服,不太濃但有紅菜頭香,吾會覺得好滯,有不少紅菜頭碎粒,增加口感。另一個美國安格斯西冷牛扒都來到,沒想到十安士份量都幾大份,牛味都幾濃同軟熟,薯蓉好香又帶薯仔碎好味。

主菜我和朋友每人叫了一個,一個素和肉,紅菜頭松子仁意大利飯是素岩晒我地二個想清清地,來到心心眼,粉紅色的飯好吸引,食落去好舒服,不太濃但有紅菜頭香,吾會覺得好滯,有不少紅菜頭碎粒,增加口感。



另一個美國安格斯西冷牛扒都來到,沒想到十安士份量都幾大份,牛味都幾濃同軟熟,薯蓉好香又帶薯仔碎好味。

今日同新界區朋友去了荃灣食飯,個名好吸引,雖然來到了六月,還在吃五月的生日飯,在thirty first of May 最切合主題,呢到環境好優美寧靜,同朋友閒談的好地方,食完飯仲可以去附近商場行街。新鮮時令青口煲,有好多隻青口,大大隻無腥味,白酒香草汁仲可以沾麵包食,麵包脆脆。黑松露野菌忌廉湯,好多打碎了的菇好香濃,另外是日餐湯係薯仔湯都好好味。意式蕃茄汁大蝦扁意粉,扁意粉質感幾好,硬度適中,我都幾鐘意食扁意粉,有幾隻已剝殻的大蝦。慢烤美國穀飼斧頭豬架,烤得幾香,最愛吃近骨位的豬架,肉香肥美,另外有配菜係薯蓉好滑,加少少汁仲好味。最後以熱檸茶同熱咖啡作結。

之前夜晚黎過一次,食青口飲白酒,覺得味道同環境都唔錯,食物個調味好,份量多,餐廳環境好文青風,暗暗地好有情調,就諗住係星期日晏就帶爸爸媽媽去試下。一坐低見到menu,一個set大概$65到$90左右(未加一),包一個主菜一杯野飲,嗰一刻都即刻明白到,係會同夜晚嘅質素有出入嫁喇,不過都坐低咗,一於就試吓佢啦!蕃茄辣肉腸大蝦意粉(承惠$65)蝦就兩隻,辣肉腸咸咸地辣辣地,襯個甜甜酸酸嘅蕃茄汁,意粉冇話煮得太淋,65蚊貨仔,算做好好嫁喇!肉眼扒配沙律菜(承惠$88)牛扒嗌咗四成熟,個賣相幾好嫁,不過一切就知有筋,唯有自己切走佢啦好彩肉質搭救啦,都淋嘅,淋到好似有「拿」過咁,嗯⋯⋯都係嗰句啦,八十蚊,唔好要求禁多啦,算正常嫁喇!食完野就叫餐飲,可惜餐飲都未飲完,侍應哥哥就好似趕你走咁,叫你埋單嚕。對比上一次嘅用餐體驗,今次真係失望嘅,不過如果唔對比,我會覺得又可以喎,平價西餐咁囉。一句到尾:我會揀夜晚去!

牛扒嗌咗四成熟,個賣相幾好嫁,
不過一切就知有筋,唯有自己切走佢啦
好彩肉質搭救啦,都淋嘅,
淋到好似有「拿」過咁,

嗯⋯⋯都係嗰句啦,
八十蚊,唔好要求禁多啦,算正常嫁喇!


食完野就叫餐飲,可惜餐飲都未飲完,侍應哥哥就好似趕你走咁,叫你埋單嚕。


對比上一次嘅用餐體驗,今次真係失望嘅,
不過如果唔對比,我會覺得又可以喎,
平價西餐咁囉。

下著細雨,不能去很遠的地方進食。想起這有裝修的餐廳,入來試一試。看著一個彷如月球的球體,好像有點與別不同。揀了意粉給女兒,意粉的汁好味。菇也食出菇味。意粉也有嚼口。漢堡沒什麼特別,如一般的餐廳。薯仔是熱烘烘的。老公叫的是7成熟的牛扒,沒有過熟的口感(因為不想孩子吃生肉)。服務員欠缺一點笑容,但服務慇懃。整個進食感覺十分滿意。

今晚同老公兩個去了荃灣西站附近的Thirty First of May,餐廳主要是西餐,晚市有二及四人餐供應,亦可以散叫。凱撒沙律羅馬生菜爽脆,有些炸香的煙肉碎及麵包粒,還有酸酸甜甜的番茄仔,清新開胃又健康。黑松露野菌忌廉湯忌廉湯質感濃稠,有濃郁的黑松露香,加上有粒粒的雜菌肉,有咬口之餘又飽肚。另外餐包烘得香脆,以中式蒸籠上桌,別有一番風味。意式番茄汁大蝦扁意粉扁意粉軟硬適中,番茄汁比較少,所以有點乾身,大蝦彈牙結實。美國頂級安格斯西蘭牛扒牛扒點了五成熟,表面有焦香,裏面呈粉紅色,牛扒肉汁豐富,有肉香同時肉質嫩腍,旁邊還有些幼滑的薯蓉。
