一早已經計劃好食完拉麵就去隔離間串燒店食幾串野,7點半前去到餐廳,目測有三十幾個位,但由於當時已經滿座唯有行一陣街再嚟啦。8點半可以入座,大概9點左右,開始有吉枱。由於唔餓,所以只係點左11串野同一樽啤酒。落單後,等左大概十零分鐘就有野食。串燒溫度未到辣口,但算熱嘅。我點左安格斯牛肋串$26、鹽燒牛舌串$26、牛柳串$18。老實講,佢一次過上哂,我都分唔到邊樣打邊樣😂,但無論牛肋定牛柳,都無牛味😑,主要食佢甜甜地嘅醬汁味;食串燒我一定會叫牛舌,但佢口感偏軟,唔係我中意嘅爽彈口感😥。相比之下,我地比較中意豬類嘅串燒。五花腩$16入口豬油爆發,好好味;豬頸肉$20肉質爽彈,又唔柴;兩款都係雖然油膩,但串燒必食之選。雞全翼$18、雞腎$16、燒雞脾$32雞全翼最難燒得好、亦最考師傅功架,呢度燒到啱啱好熟,雞皮焦脆微甜,全餐最好味係佢。雞腎趁熱食仲有少少汁之餘,口感亦好爽,放耐左就開始變硬。燒雞牌普通,勝在蛋白質豐富,夠飽肚。最後仲有豆腐怪中意嘅炸豆腐$16同豆卜$14,前者望落好似好濃味,但其實只係表面輕輕調味,焦香感十足;後者就唔夠香脆,食落好乾身,亦因為調味輕手,食落只有原本嘅豆卜味。最

雞全翼最難燒得好、亦最考師傅功架,呢度燒到啱啱好熟,雞皮焦脆微甜,全餐最好味係佢。雞腎趁熱食仲有少少汁之餘,口感亦好爽,放耐左就開始變硬。燒雞牌普通,勝在蛋白質豐富,夠飽肚。

最後仲有豆腐怪中意嘅炸豆腐$16同豆卜$14,前者望落好似好濃味,但其實只係表面輕輕調味,焦香感十足;後者就唔夠香脆,食落好乾身,亦因為調味輕手,食落只有原本嘅豆卜味。

最後配埋樽$28青島,又渡過一個滿足嘅星期五晚。
