我哋十大招牌首選天天海南雞,海南雞用上文昌雞,雞皮香濃,冇乜肥油,仲好爽滑,雞肉質嫩滑多汁,雞肉真係煮得好夠滑,件件雞肉都避開咗雞骨,搭配上雞汁,別具一番風味,亦可加上三種特製醬汁來加味,特製醬汁是經典的辣椒醬、蠔油和薑蓉,可以更加突出雞肉的雞味,令整道海南雞餸菜味道更加香濃,真係令人鐘意食。次選叫咗黑松露蝦多士,炸蝦多士大大件,隻蝦亦大大隻,真材實料,炸蝦多士食落口非常鬆脆,加上有黑松露沙律醬同沙律菜,非常配合來食。

這間餐廳嘅燉湯材料好豐富,我就叫咗個木瓜花膠燉湯,湯汁非常濃郁,每一口湯汁都好有木瓜甜味,而花膠又好有口感,木瓜同花膠真是完美配合,令人回味無窮。最後甜品我叫星加坡原味豆腐花,我朋友亦叫豆腐花不過要加埋美綠,豆腐花好有豆腐味,非常綿密細滑,原來加上濃郁美祿味一齊食,真係香滑甜甜美味,更加好食,又係非常配合食材。飲品就點咗四季養生嘅石榴紫背天葵山渣密,各種養生材料都好有味,好好飲。

今晚同朋友去了銅鑼灣食街 Fashion walk到行街,剛巧朋友說想吃海南雞,便決定來這餐廳吃晚飯。餐牌都好多選擇,當中還列明十大招牌菜是什麼。天天海南雞拼燒雞($329):海南雞非常鮮味,點埋個醬更加出色,海南雞肉質鮮嫩,非常好食,幾正。另外燒雞個皮都幾香脆,脆卜卜真係好正,燒得好香口,而裡面個雞肉肉質都唔錯,不會韌,幾正,非常好食。另外餐廳有提供熱茶,飲落幾清香,正好可以清除油膩感。食神魚籽菠蘿🍍海鮮炒雞油炒飯($149):魚籽好新鮮,口感好,然後菠蘿🍍好香甜,好正,另外飯入面好多大蝦同帶子,非常足料,好豐富,好好食。埋單都係大約$500,都唔算貴,食物質素又高,性價比都好高,幾抵食,值得一去。

海南雞非常鮮味,點埋個醬更加出色,海南雞肉質鮮嫩,非常好食,幾正。

另外燒雞個皮都幾香脆,脆卜卜真係好正,燒得好香口,而裡面個雞肉肉質都唔錯,不會韌,幾正,非常好食。

因為只有三人用餐而其中一位係老人家,所以点了三個餸加兩個油飯。其中点了一客例牌燒雞。不料服務員吿知燒雞今天沒有單点供應,只可以雙并。由於兩并太大份,所以我改了海南雞。怎料,服務員問都冇問就改了客大份雞。由於我哋第一次点這個菜,根本唔知所謂大份雞只係半隻雞嘅份量。而收費要接近三百大元。(例牌係大約二百)我結帳時才發現問題,所以就問問服務員,她態度相當差話“你地叫嗰客係大份雞呀!”我冇諗過原本叫例牌,就算燒雞改海南雞都應該係例牌。点知餐廳會改了客大份又唔出聲。而在用餐期間,服務員在送餐到其他餐枱時經常撞到我張枱櫈亦毫無歉意。本來之前都黎過幾次食,但相信唔會有下次!!!食物幾好都冇用!
