To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

服務態度一開始mark𥦬口位慶祝家人生日, 最後的確坐了𥦬口位(望馬路), 但天花板滴水, 然後跟receptionist 談及可否調執其他𥦬口位(因為看到望園景的窗口位置有2/3仍然是空置的), receptionist 說全部已經reserved, 因為客人request 𥦬口位. 我說我也在reserve時也有remark, 她冷淡地說所以咪俾左你, 我繼續說那為什麼不能坐那邊, 要說明哪一種𥦬口位嗎?她說是. 我頓時無語, 心想: 如果一般客人會那麼仔細地remark坐望園景的𥦬口位嗎? 實在不合理呢.另外負責floor的同事也是比較粗心食物食物種類少了很多,很快便沒有興趣再添. 感覺食物種類根本不值$798@, 甜品算是多選擇, 但仍然感到失望.總括來說, 整個午餐buffet不如理想, 絕對不值得$798@, 4人總共超過$3,500. 錢不怕俾, 但感覺不值得. 其實以前也吃過3-4次, 但今次一定是最差的體驗.

食物種類少了很多,很快便沒有興趣再添. 感覺食物種類根本不值$798@, 甜品算是多選擇, 但仍然感到失望.

總括來說, 整個午餐buffet不如理想, 絕對不值得$798@, 4人總共超過$3,500. 錢不怕俾, 但感覺不值得. 其實以前也吃過3-4次, 但今次一定是最差的體驗.

第一次係茶園食晚上buffet慶祝特別日子, 餐廳入面有live band, 椅子仲坐得好舒服,地方好寛落,光線唔係太暗,影相唔會有陰陽面,好有情調。最令我有驚喜既係呢間餐廳有士多啤梨🍓任食,大大粒青提子任食😍多有現場即開生蠔🦪,罕有酒店提供威靈頓牛扒。餐廳仲為我準備左個好濃郁既朱古力蛋糕🥳水準一流,服務一流👍🏻

Grand Hyatt Tiffin自助餐有法國生蠔,雪場蟹腳,蝦,螺。六歲以上每人仲有一隻龍蝦,可以選擇香草燒,芝士焗,凍食配蛋黃醬。熱盤推介嘅有好少自助餐有得飲嘅法式洋蔥湯,炸軟殼蟹,燒羊架,田雞腿,油封鴨腿,威靈頓牛柳,燒牛肉,龍蝦湯等等。食物質素非常出色,現場仲有Live Band演奏,氣氛好好。雪糕係Gelato,有成10款味道選擇,仲有一個topping station,小朋友超級開心,亦都有即叫即整嘅Waffle同埋橙酒crepes,大人同細路都咁滿足。

首輪我係即刻食生蠔 🦪同螺同蟹腳,生蠔細隻咗少少,但好新鮮,好食😄!螺同蟹腳都好食。食咗兩round生蠔就食沙律,所有沙律菜都新鮮,基本👍🏻。

跟住食熱嘢,整體上係好好食!無論魚、法國洋蔥湯、炸軟殼蟹、羊架(肉好鮮嫩!)都比較值得推薦(唔知點解無食到wellington beef 😅同埋另外個龍蝦湯好鹹😅)。甜品食咗火焰薄餅,非常好食!而個士多啤梨蛋糕就略嫌甜咗少少,後來嘅抹茶雪糕就劃上完美句號😁。

講到氣氛,餐廳有live band ,音樂悅耳,氣氛好好!好耐無試過去有live band嘅餐廳,呢個非常加分😁。 

好喇,文章核心嘅內圍係服務。

我哋張枱「好特別」,位置「感覺上」係兩行枱最尾嘅中間臨時加開的(請參閱附圖),根本就响收碗碟corner通道嘅門口,我哋一邊食一邊會見到收碟的trolley不停進出,基本上都唔太影響食嘢既心情,直至食食吓發現上面相信係冷氣機倒汗水不停滴落嚟,一間高級酒店成千蚊一個人要受冷氣機滴水個感覺真係唔係幾好受,向員工反映後,其中一個「部長」話今晚無哂吉枱,不如將我哋調去出咗餐廳落樓梯出面嘅枱食😱,唔係呀嘩⋯要行過對面馬路出餐廳坐然後上上落落拎嘢食?我哋婉拒咗,然後諗住拉過啲枱櫈啦,問題係,拉過咗枱櫈就會塞住收碟trolley嘅進出嘅通道,有次有個相信係比較junior嘅員工成個trolley撞咗我椅背😓😓,有個senior少少嘅員工即刻喝住佢,嗯⋯我無出聲,隨之而嚟就係有不同進出收碟corner嘅員工撞到我張櫈——如果今日係生日正日我應該會勁黑面勁嬲㗎喇 😑 ⋯嘩乜Grand Hyatt咁搞呀,其實book枱嗰陣無哂枱唔緊要㗎,下次唔好咁搞喇,人哋唔會再嚟喇⋯ 😖

部長有offer送杯酒俾我哋,但因為我哋唔飲酒所以無接受呢個offer,好彩食到咁上下有人走有枱吉咗出嚟,搬咗過去之後好好多,跟住又發現隻side plate上有隻蟻🐜⋯應該就係好surprise嘅生日禮物喇~😅

屋企人以為訂咗Grand Cafe Buffet 點知原來訂咗Tiffin lunch buffet,錯有錯着。坐上樓上景觀開陽啲,又有現場樂手伴奏,加上staff 服務周到,老人家覺得環境好pleasant。個buffet 冇拿手中菜hot dish,我又唔覺得太可惜。由於生酮飲食嘅關係,見到各款salads 同埋個厚切salmon 已經覺得包咗底。值得一讚嘅係個curry section,認真做好naan 、薄脆、印度米飯同埋其他嘅醬汁。逢親去老牌酒店buffet,我都鍾意試各種醬汁同埋配料,佢哋花心機做好每一個細節,我亦用同樣嘅力度去欣賞。值得讚嘅係個龍蝦湯,不過少吃多滋味,飲半碗以上已經好飽。由於唔想浪費食物,set lunch 那部份skip咗egg dish,只係食咗清蒸龍蝦,龍蝦鉗肉預先剝好,very thoughtful. 屋企人話個龍蝦肉有點tough,well,我有龍蝦食已經開心☺️ 最後個餐茶嗌咗凍檸茶,第一次見到有鮮檸檬跟埋lemon juice with pulp !

不過佢既蟹腳就比較麻麻,已經唔算大隻,仲要好好好好咸
作為蟹怪我真係好少食一碟就收手,但今次我真係冇再食第二碟
而且我成餐飯都係保持住好口渴既狀態 
 
唔知係咪因為太口渴係咁飲水既關係,好快就飽左,除左龍蝦湯我都冇再二刷
野食偏向西式,冇好似平時常見既燒味區、咖哩區、粉麵區、刺身
芝士區都很不錯,款式好多,而且已經有埋蜜糖係度(小敝步,蜜糖水好好飲)
其他西式熱盤食品都唔差,但又冇邊款特別出彩,比較有記憶點: 
- 法國田螺好食! 幾大隻, 入味又彈牙
- 已經冇左鵝肝,得鵝肝醬,好腥

最後甜品方面,有各種蛋糕,朱古力和雪糕。蛋糕最喜歡是拿破侖,松脆香口。雪糕有多款特別口味,例如大溪地雲呢拿味、菠蘿椰子味、芝士肉鬆味等等。可是我還是最喜歡傳統口味。

總結來看,Tiffin茶園的自助餐以歐陸菜式為主,對於喜歡中式食物的人可能不太適合。儘管菜單中有一些少見的特色菜式如炸魚薯條、威靈頓牛扒、橙酒班戟等,但在整體食物質素、多樣性和味道上,考慮到價格相對較高,期望值可能也會相應提高。因此,前往Tiffin茶園用餐的人應留意餐廳主打的歐陸風味。
