足料法包終於攞到手😻有個紙袋方便啲人攞住,賣相都唔錯,而且係幾足料嘅!!!以前做野喺越南食過,不過無咁多料架😹呢度好似咩都有啲咁👍🏻扎肉、豬手、腩肉、嚼肉(豬肝醬)、青瓜,仲有酸酸甜甜嘅蘿蔔絲😻咬落啖啖都有餡👍🏻,雖然個包都有幾多肉,但係配埋啲蘿蔔幾清新😺而且個法包外脆內軟,仲熱辣辣添~用黎做午餐簡直無得彈~

最近鍾意咗食越南野所以上網睇吓有咩好食嘅越南野,突然睇到呢間賣越南法式麵包嘅麵包舖,個樣又非常老字號,見到啲comment都唔錯所以專登去佐敦試一試佢。話明老字號門面都是舊式的麵包舖外觀, 外面玻璃貼滿左以前雜誌曾經訪問過呢個普通嘅每一個採訪,證明佢真係咁多年都屹立不倒,真材實料。入到去見到有只得幾款食品可以選擇我揀咗小法包,小法包大概長20cm,每條法包都係新鮮烤出來即做的所以非常鬆脆而且有着法式麵包嘅煙韌,內裏嘅食材有非常有咬口既酸蘿蔔、青瓜、扎肉、豬手肉,鵝肝醬等,每口都可以食到所有嘅豐富食材,味道非常夾,而且因為夾雜着酸蘿蔔青瓜等食材亦都唔會覺得好膩,而且好飽肚。呢間老字號的越式發包唔係度度都有非常值得一試。

經過位於渡船街附近的添記,買一個越南發包成為我的指定動作。這家店老闆開了幾十年,店鋪面積不大,但在附近很有名氣。香港的越南法包這家店絕對能排在頭幾位。點樣一個小法包已經要40元了,實在不便宜。發包的麵包非常脆,吃的時候要非常小心。表面紅蘿蔔絲非常多,裏面的肝醤滿瀉,口感非常不俗。但是扎肉相對比較少。亦吃不到酸蘿蔔的味道。跟越南胡志明市最好吃的發包相比還是差了一個層次。而且越南法包在胡志明市才十多元一個。在香港吃純慰我相思之苦。

點樣一個小法包已經要40元了,實在不便宜。發包的麵包非常脆,吃的時候要非常小心。表面紅蘿蔔絲非常多,裏面的肝醤滿瀉,口感非常不俗。但是扎肉相對比較少。亦吃不到酸蘿蔔的味道。跟越南胡志明市最好吃的發包相比還是差了一個層次。而且越南法包在胡志明市才十多元一個。在香港吃純慰我相思之苦。

話說之前網上睇過介紹呢間本土越式法包,介紹伯伯自己親手from scratch咁整啲配料,見係地道小店,又喺公司附近,就嚟支持下啦。不嬲都鍾意食越式法包嘅,不過成日都決定唔到要咩餡,呢間小店就啱晒我呢啲有選擇困難症嘅人,因為佢係無選擇!法包只有大同細兩個size揀,另外亦都有蒜蓉包賣。基本上舖頭就係得法包同蒜蓉包兩樣嘢賣,有啲人會覺得無乜選擇,但咁嘅好處就係可以專心用心做好一樣食物!大法包 $76小法包 $39蒜蓉包 $9由於舖頭係無得坐低,所以當日我哋係喺烈日底下喺電台野餐式咁食佢嘅法包,而佢嘅法包就無乜醬汁,比較乾少少,大熱天時就dry咗少少,不過佢嘅餡料都俾得足。反而蒜蓉包做得出色啲!而且價錢便宜,下次想食蒜蓉包可以過來呢度買呀!

話說添記法包我都算係由細食到大嘅,每次一大班朋友嚟我屋企開P都指定要食添記法包。今次朋友又口痕話想食所以幫佢買,但係一打開個袋嘅時候發覺個法包真係瘦咗好多😵以前明明係鋪滿餡料,但今次無論邊個角度睇都見到餡料明顯少咗勁多!價錢越嚟越貴但係出品就.....你懂的!其實個包本身已經冇乜肉類喺入面,多數都係蔬菜,(例如青瓜、紅蘿蔔絲....)但係而家全部餡料都大縮水,少咗咁多!希望只係今次材料唔夠所以個包瘦咗啦!

以前明明係鋪滿餡料,但今次無論邊個角度睇都見到餡料明顯少咗勁多!價錢越嚟越貴但係出品就.....你懂的!

其實個包本身已經冇乜肉類喺入面,多數都係蔬菜,(例如青瓜、紅蘿蔔絲....)但係而家全部餡料都大縮水,少咗咁多!

希望只係今次材料唔夠所以個包瘦咗啦!

有多少間小店是由細食到大?由老公小時候吃的法包,到依家帶埋仔仔囡囡黎吃,大的要$78,小的要$38,蒜蓉包就要$9。一個大的,應該好大,要成餐飯的價錢。當晚售罄,唯有要2個小的法包。只看到現在的物價、租金都幾貴。蒜蓉包:$9,即整即食即嘆,遇左熱氣。小法包的材料:蘿蔔條、肉條、放放放,焗焗焗。脆口、不燶、不乾,惹味的。每次去都要等10分鐘或以上,即叫即做,宵夜都有幾班人等待。簡單的小店,小小生意養活一家,現在可以繼續為生,真的不易。

呢間發包已經係由細食到大嘅,水準都係好好。每次去都會係一細法加一蒜蓉,有時唔夠飽會再加個嚼肉麵。佢另外果到既333啤酒都好正,配法包完全係一流。比個小貼士大家,你可以同佢講話要加辣,咁佢就會放辣椒係法包到,別有一番風味。
