剛在SSP做完事離開, 看見了一架914巴士就想起了添記.  不經不過自己原來都由讀書時代起光顧到現在快步入成為中年大叔的日子.   除了價錢改了外, 事實上添記沒大變化, 已不是潮流的裝修在暗黃的燈光下顯得更是蒼老.  我記得第一次在越南食越式三文治的味道應是在1990前, 最有印象的那種帶點酸味的紅蘿蔔絲, 然後在口耳相傳和努力找尋才找到這家店.  點了個外賣, 剛巧人多, 等了7分鐘, 拿上手我就是那種熱的感覺, 直至我帶回家(天后) 還是有點暖感和麵包的麥香酸味的紅蘿蔔絲還在, 除此外內裡沒有太多花巧的東西 , 易入口. 越式法包的外脆內軟是最好的. 始終原本自家的味道還是忠於原本的最好.

一舊水一條越南法包入邊完全冇料,冇心做。名大於實。極之失望。唯一可以讚間舖就係店內冷氣極涼快。唔明白點解佢可以係香港嘅越南發包代表或者元祖點之一?首先越南發包最緊要個肝醬,份量極少,淡而無味,蔬菜唔新鮮酸菜份量太多。唯一合格嘅位就係發包係脆嘅。完全唔明白一條法包可以賣$100而俾呢個質素我哋,難怪香港人北移上去深圳開餐。認真講香港任何一間賣法包嘅餐廳都可以好佢好多倍。如果大家唔信可以試吓買半條證實一下先。

我們於19/7(五)約下午三點左右去到餐廳,內裡已經有2位客人,小店光猛,電視播放CCTV,伯伯整梗法包🥖。我們叫了小法包($46),伯伯就立即放法包入焗爐,之後再放餡料,例如:青瓜絲🥒,紅蘿蔔絲🥕,扎肉,腩肉,咸豬手等等。法包好脆口,餡料就室溫,沒有什麼調味,清清地,不過不失。👌🏻雖然係小法包,都叫抵食夾大件。之後亦有街坊入嚟外賣大法包,伯伯又問屋企有冇焗爐等,只有在小店才能體驗到人情味。

講到法包大家一定會推薦添記,實在係老字號🤣身為法包愛好者,我都抱有期望去食,店舖比我想像中更有傳統風味,見到伯伯好有心機制作法包😋大法包$90雖然係有d貴,不過真係比足料,而且食完唔會覺得唔值,入面有青瓜、蘿蔔絲、扎肉、肝醬、豬手、腩肉等等,d配料好豐富,一路食一路跌出嚟🤣蔬菜好新鮮、爽口,唔似放咗好耐;而扎肉都夠彈牙,有咬口;豬手、腩肉咸咸地,食落幾惹味!成個法包嘅配搭好好,一大條都食得落!

雖然係有d貴,不過真係比足料,而且食完唔會覺得唔值,入面有青瓜、蘿蔔絲、扎肉、肝醬、豬手、腩肉等等,d配料好豐富,一路食一路跌出嚟🤣蔬菜好新鮮、爽口,唔似放咗好耐;而扎肉都夠彈牙,有咬口;豬手、腩肉咸咸地,食落幾惹味!成個法包嘅配搭好好,一大條都食得落!

唉,啲人成日講要支持小店又話好有人情味。 但我一般嘅體驗係,呢啲摺埋嘅無論店舖或者食肆,都係冇招呼冇表情冇反應(有嘅就係身體語言叫你唔好煩我)。 當間店舖開始溶溶爛爛,衛生情況唔係咁光鮮時,招呼同人情味有時都可以救得返。 但如果你有得佢自生自滅,諗住成日做無回頭嘅遊客生意,可能唔係捱得好耐。。。講返食物,個包啲質地係好好嘅,外脆內軟。當然攞到返屋企已經凍曬。但係都唔係好明白點解唔畀個膠袋我( 前面買兩個自動有得畀膠袋,到我就唔畀,咁即係買得太少唔會有啦)。我其實係去之前都上網睇過,最初以為可以揀唔同嘅肉, 去到問佢嘅時候,佢就一輸嘴話唔知幾多種肉同埋啲菜都有( 其實聽唔到好清楚,但係唔敢再問)。 所以其實我而家食完都唔知有啲咩嘢用喺入面。。。

鐘意食越南法包嘅,一定唔會唔識佐敦添記!目前係本人喺香港食過最好食嘅越式法包,係真材實料嘅老字號!🤩添記法包屹立喺渡船街40幾年,喺佢身上真係見到日本人嗰種「一生懸命」嘅理念,同佢傾計先知原來佢係第4手接班人,老闆話以前渡船街有好多越南華僑聚居,因為以前渡船街一帶有海,方便佢地運舊電器返越南家鄉賣,但填左海之後好多都搬走左大角咀一頭,所以嗰邊都有唔少越南野食😋先講包身,呢度嘅法包咬落勁鬆軟新鮮,最怕食硬過石頭嘅法包!呢度真係有去左歐洲食包咁出色嘅口感😂老闆嘅小貼士係噴左水先放入爐🥹啲包就係由法國人整,每朝由廠送黎的,一直送左幾十年,好神奇嘅關係,搞到我都好想拜訪呢個麵包大師🥹 整過麵包就知親手整包嘅人嗰份耐性心機係要幾多先有咁嘅口感,遇到可以立即結婚!😂 餡料方面,添記嘅越南法包同出面唔同,無得揀餡料,只賣一款口味,入面有4種肉:扎肉、豬手、腩肉,仲有精髓:豬潤醬同酸蘿蔔絲!🤩 想講越式法包嘅靈魂係絕對唔可以無左豬潤醬同酸蘿蔔!否則就變左普通雞肉包,豬扒包咁,而呢度酸度都調得岩岩好!☺️舖頭嘅越式法包得size 分🔸大法包$86 (注意大係大到半隻手臂咁長嘅原條size💪🏻可以分做3份)

鎮店之寶第二樣就係蒜蓉包,size 其實就係原條法包開4份,老闆係預先調好mix 左蒜茸嘅牛油,厚厚咁搽上去再焗,又脆又香真係不得了!雖然超肥😂

舖頭食可以食埋人情味同懷舊風味,老闆好樂意同你傾下舊史,岩曬八卦又鐘意聽故仔嘅我😆佢啲秘製魚露聽講蔡瀾勁推,酒樽咁大支嘅,但我未買過,歡迎買過嘅分享下!🤪

今天正好到佐敦辦完事,本來想找個地方飲下午茶 突然醒起有個地方法包非常好食,已經差不多五六年沒有去了,一於去買嚟食。小店地點在八文樓在佐敦地鐵站行過去大約要十分鐘。去到見到老闆老咗好多,真是歲月催人。 我叫咗一個小法包。由於前面有另一位客人叫了四個包,所以等了十多分鐘,不過等待是值得的,因為包是現做的,皮脆包熱,餡料份量和味道都剛剛好,四十元實在是物超所值。以前胃口比較好會要大法包一開三。美中不足是因為沒有堂食,要上街上找個地方脫下口罩吃東西不是很方便。 下一次去佐敦一定再幫襯,希望到時不用再戴口罩了。
