時代冰室是我相當喜愛的餐廳,他的小菜相當出色,讓我一一介紹吧。先是二人套餐中的XO醬西蘭花炒魚柳,一上台已是熱騰騰, XO醬相當香口,帶出魚柳的鮮味,雖然不是鮮魚,但由於醃製得夠好,本身的味道已相當足夠,加上西蘭花的爽口兩者相互襯托,所以是我很喜愛的一道菜。然後是金菇肥牛煲,由於是採用煲製的方式烹調,所以兩者已經一齊烹調了一段時間,令到金菇吸收了肥牛及沙嗲的味道,很是香口。最後是個人特別推介,酥皮蛋撻是我吃過最喜愛嘅蛋撻,酥皮香酥鬆代,一層層的口感更是一絕,中間的蛋漿蛋黃味又滑又濃,令我食過返尋味。人均消費約$100左右,很是化算。

最近香港發生了不少事情,大家心情有點緊張,但經過繁忙的星期一至星期五,假期的前夕,人總要是放鬆的,今日一於嘗試一下在屋企附近的茶餐廳.餐廳的種類十分之多,包括有鐵板,中式小菜,等令人眼花撩亂.餐廳佈置十分之有氣氛,十分有港式的風味.這個乾炒牛河十分之有鑊氣牛肉香滑.這個霸王雞,肉質鮮嫩,加上自家製的醬汁,十分之好味道.粟米加上魚肉也是最美好的配搭.最尾還有番薯糖水送,簡直為這一餐畫上一個完美的句號.

今日星期六剛剛長週要返工,諗住今日返工買個好味嘅早餐比自己享受下星期六返工最大嘅快樂。向來都時買早餐係要等係無問題,所以我先行返公司打卡後再返餐廳取餐就時間啱啱好。用8分鐘拿拿聲返到公司諗住好開心咁食我嘅早餐,點知……一打開個袋就發現😑我最鐘意食嘅牛角包無咗🥺🥺🥺天呀…點解要咁對我呀~其實無比包已經唔係第一次因為我公司係明愛果邊,一來一回要20分鐘所以我先唔返轉頭叫佢比返個包我,只可以下次我睇咗入面係咪齊先攞走啦~

又是酷熱的下午,又不想在家煮飯,於是便和家人外出用晚膳。 我們走進一家有懷舊味道的餐廳---「時代冰室」。我最愛它的固定隔板,不但滿足防疫要求,而且提高私隱度,讓顧客食得安心。我們看過餐牌後,點了兩個套餐和一個湯,誰知,湯來的時候......“石鍋湯”, 濃濃的雞湯,裏面材料豐富,有鮑魚、花膠、花菇、滑雞、蟲草花等。鮑魚爽滑,花膠入味,雞肉也鮮嫩,真是必食之選。原來這個湯都是一個套餐,除了跟餐的刀削麵/飯外,還附送咖啡/茶等熱飲。“咖喱即炸厚切豬扒”,豬扒是意想不到的大件,新鮮炸好,香噴噴,點上咖喱醬來吃,特別美味。“常餐:沙嗲牛肉麵、火腿奄列、牛角飽”,常餐有多種配搭選擇,沙嗲牛肉很惹味,奄列炒得很滑,不錯。所有套餐都跟例湯,餐飲也非常濃郁。吃過了豐富的晚餐後,覺得這裏的食物質素不錯,CP值奇高,我們於是再叫了兩個外賣套餐打包回家(外賣還有88折),回家後,打開一看,原來餸比飯還多,又是另一個驚喜。
