手掌般大,簡單蒸魚身已經出晒黃油,為咗鎖住黃油所以專登唔打鱗去蒸,肉質好嫩滑,魚皮滿滿黃油香都要啜一啜,尤其係魚鰭位置黃油積聚最豐腴,非常肥美,加埋鹽花更加提鮮。

呢餐係午餐但食得豐富過晚餐,飽到扶牆走,連料加工每人$450,非常抵食,手工一流,店員親切有禮,換碟密,又遞上濕紙巾。唔想自己去買海鮮,酒家都可以代購,實報實銷,海鮮通常時價,唔同日子、時間都有分別。另外發現中午炒粉麵同特價小菜都好抵食,無加一,夠鑊氣,已經變成我的飯堂了。

呢間海鮮餐廳真係好抵食,價錢又公道,味道又好正。我去嗰陣,試咗豉油皇蝦、墨魚同椒鹽鮮魷,全部都好新鮮好鮮味,令人十分滿足。而且佢地嘅價錢真係非常平民化,非常適合我呢啲啱啱出黎做野無耐既人。餐廳環境都好舒適,令人感到好放鬆。另外,員工都好友善,服務好好,真係幫到我地好多。總括而言,呢間海鮮餐廳係一個非常抵食嘅地方,如果你想食到好味道嘅海鮮同埋唔想花太多錢,咁就一定唔可以錯過呢間餐廳啦!

今天跟朋友行完山,來到這裏食一個晚餐,店舖很少,裝修很殘夠舊雖然今天有點累就隨便找一間餐廳和點了一些菜,這間店的服務非常之差勁沒有禮貌,還常常高談闊論讓我們沒有寧靜的感覺和自己的空間享用晚餐真的比較煩厭。食物方面還算可以雞本身就是簡單的做法只可以說是一般般沒有什麼香味但還算可以入口,菜就蝦干清炒一下還算可以這間店在沒有下次了。

差不多一年沒來,放假帶小狗來西貢海旁走走遛遛,順便吃餐飯,在西貢吃海鮮必須小心選擇,否則很容易被當作遊客差不多正午時間,先往市政街市游水海鮮檔,老闆介紹一條海東星 $300, 然後帶去酒家,新鮮海魚簡單薑蔥清蒸最好, 加工費用 $55 合理,然後點了一個我喜歡的芋頭扣肉 $128,聽樓面侍應說只限冬季,再點一個薑汁炒芥蘭 $78 及一個飯。海東星嫩滑、鮮味、蒸得剛剛好,好好食 薑汁炒芥蘭青、脆 !等的比較久的芋頭扣肉最後上,可能要時間蒸,芋頭好粉、香,扣肉略為不夠鬆化 !埋單 $314, 一頓開心滿意的午餐

我們八個人點了大約10個人的菜,夠快夠熱,蒸魚蒸得非常有水準,還要一讚他的奄仔蟹,超級肥美,應該算是我吃過的奄仔蟹中最大隻的,唯一不滿是賴尿蝦太細隻了,如果有大隻的賴尿蝦應該很圓滿。

最大的驚喜在買單時,人均消費也不用$500😮 這樣的質素這個價錢實在太不可思議了!

山長水遠入西貢食海鮮。點知間知間野十分一般,我地自己係觀塘買海鮮入黎加工,另外叫兩個炒菜、一隻吊燒雞同埋一個生炒糯米飯海鮮加工就不過不失,值得一提佢既蟶子下面有個米粉底幾好食個蟹炒到好咸,又唔靚個炸生蠔又落好多粉漿落去搞到食得好漏但佢炒果兩碟錯就好差。又無鑊氣又奀最差係佢落單果時話有吊燒雞。最後上隻沙薑雞黎話無吊燒雞,十分唔老實,但同臺男人話無謂搞咁多所以叫佢擺低,仲要隻雞唔好食最後糯米飯一定唔係生炒。又濕又黏!No more next time & nothing special
