最後個薄餅係最普通嘅一道,餅底薄脆,似食餅乾多過麵包,但我個人都係比較中意食厚底嘅薄餅,感覺下鬆軟嘅口感。雖然有幾片黑松露片左喺面,但整體黑松露味唔重,所以一般,只可以用黎填填肚,啖不上舌頭上嘅享受。

Well I am a pasta lover. Wanted to try something more unique and innovative and therefore decided to give this diner in Tai Hang a go.As you can see, the presentation alone is fantastic. Very photogenic. You could see there’s some uni and cavier on top as wellMix the foam and here we go. The taste is a bit subtle, but refreshing. But what could we ask for, for this price? Other dishes are not bad either.

The interior of Tipsy is chic and chill and it has a lovely little balcony.

We ordered two starters, one main with two sides and one dessert, as well as two glasses of wine and one cocktail. The bill came around HKD1500.

It may seem quite reasonble but the portion is very small and the wine quality is 4 out of 10 and food quality is 6 / 10.

主菜我反而有好好看食評,就選了很多人推介的海膽飛魚籽🍝和燒春雞🐔



🍝份量比我想像中少,但賣相一流,海膽也是濃厚而鮮甜。泡沫應該用🍋汁來弄的,所以和意粉攪拌後就能把忌廉的油膩感減低。

I just love a simple salad with balsamic vinegar, it just adds such a nice depth of flavour and moisture! The mozzarella cheese was in the forms of mini balls, which had a bouncy texture but relatively drier than sliced mozzarella though. Regardless, a nice combo with the cherry tomatoes!

Pan-fried Halibut Fillet with Herbs Butter Cream Sauce HKD 178
The fish was super tender and juicy. The skin was crispy in the beginning but was no longer so halfway through the meal. Since most of the seasoning was on the skin, had to eat the meat of the fish and the skin together in one bite for a better experience, otherwise it could be a little blend.

A meal just isn’t complete without dessert! Their chocolate tart had a super intense dark chocolate flavour, which I LOVED, perfect with the vanilla ice cream on the side (Not sure if it’s ice cream though because it didn’t melt and had a funny chewy texture)!
