晚巿光顧,不用等位,店員服務有禮。兩個人,點了一份二人B餐: 羊肉麵 - 薄切羊肉片不過不失,麵條泡了一回也不發漲。此道菜的亮點在湯底及配菜!湯濃而不咸,嚐到羊味,不含味精,很踏的感覺,讚!配菜放了津白絲及少許芫茜減輕肉膩感。 紅油抄手 - 坦白說,沒多大理會那些餃的內涵… 一放口已被那拌汁帶來的驚喜充斥了頭腦,努力在想到底那甜及香味是什麼來的?未有想到,大家幫忙感受一下 。 小籠包 - 皮薄,有彈性,不小心弄翻了也沒穿!很多湯汁,相信有一湯匙的份量,清甜,沒太浮誇的甜味。讚!另單點了以下: 北京酥鴨(半只)- 炸起上桌,皮脆肉軟,不油膩,甜夾子伴吃。 高力豆沙 - 香蕉及豆沙作內饀,香蕉盡管受熱後有點點酸,但香氣提升了整個組合,畫龍點睛!要裝修,食物賣相,這裡未能滿足您,但質素絕對比不少大集團或華麗食店好。實際,做好菜色,沒有多餘造作。謝謝發掘這裡及作東的人 , 繼續努力!嘻 ^^

I've been here once before and ordered the same lunch set, which consist of spicy chili oil wontons, shanghai soup bun (like xiao lung bao), and the lamb noodle soup. The cost is $98 for two with a choice of soy milk or tea for drinks. While I was not impressed with their food overall, I remembered that their lamb noodle soup was pretty good last time. Unfortunately, even that dish has deteriorated in quality during my recent visit. Lamb noodle soup - Last time, there was a distinct flavor of lamb in this dish, which is the sole reason I came back. This time, it was very disappoiting as I cannot taste the lamb in this dish at all. The noodle soup comes with shanghai noodles wtih cabbages and thin slices of lamb in it. The lamb were tasteless while the broth was oily and unflavorful. I had to add some hot sauce to make it more interesting to eat. Spicy chili oil wontons - skin was hard and thick while I can't taste any flavor inside (no shrimp?). The sauce was more sweet than spicy. Size was too big for my liking as I like to be able to eat my wontons in one bite. Shanghai soup buns - supposed to be bigger than xiao lung bao. Looks unsightly and shriveled up though. The bottom stuck to the paper, so the soup leaked out as we try to pry the bun off the wrapping. Can't taste the soup at all. The skin was thick and tough while the meat was average and too big in size. I like xiao lung bao better as it's easier to pop one in your mouth. The environment is ghetto and the service is below average. For $50, you have better choices around here for lunch.

這是期望和結果的問題。永遠都是期望越大失望越大,反而沒有期望卻有驚喜。濱海街在鰂魚涌地鐵站附近,五分鐘以內的路程,但和一街之鄰有名的太古坊建築群相比,難免顯得破落殘舊黯然失色。至於此店,除了「湯飽皇」三字比較光鮮,其內約可容納二十人左右,其他陳設不必講究。事緣妹妹某天經過,試過其紅袖抄手,對此的「豉油」讚不絕口,她本想再試此處的「叉子燒餅」,怎知老闆娘謂「叉子燒餅」只夜市供應?!特意一家四口晚上來訪。紅袖抄手 $30果然!素不好辣,此味道剛好,冶味!就如食叮叮燒賣的豉油不可太鹹或太辣,不然就會搶了味道,這個豉油果然非常好甜酸骨 $55沒有多少骨,反而啖啖肉,一點也不油膩,甜和酸的比例剛好糟溜魚片 $60濃郁的糟溜香,白滑的魚片,一咬有淡淡的桂花香湯包 $30比小籠包稍大,有油紙墊底,可原隻夾起,皮薄,多汁,又不似一般小籠包油膩,果然是湯包皇叉子燒餅 $78配了一個木耳湯,其實是一個餐有四人份量。叫了季豆肉未,一定要趁熱食,芝麻香,燒餅脆,內夾豆和肉,非常好!蜜汁火腿 $62小小失望。期望是蜜汁配鹹火腿,肥配瘦的組合,入口即溶的蜜汁火肪,味道可以,但這個太柴皮了!高力豆沙 $30熱辣辣香噴噴的!豆沙甜味剛好,非常完滿的結束店員都是有傾有講,很有家庭式經營的味道,已經不是講究服務,是人情味。就如回家,就不會介意桌椅的陳舊,是情懷。
