冬陰Noodle雖然以泰式粉麵做主打,但食物卻不止限於此,一般泰式小吃、沙律、炒飯和甜品都可以再這裡找到,而且價錢公道,人均二百元已經可以吃得很豐富。龍眼冰($28)龍眼冰入面幾多龍眼肉,味道清甜,好飲得黎又可以解辣。海鮮冬陰功河粉($98)這裡的泰式粉麵可以自由配搭,首先揀湯底,之後再選配料和麵底。冬陰功湯底味道幾濃郁,酸辣度剛剛好。河粉幾薄幾滑,麵量夠兩個人share食。海鮮配料有五款,包括大頭蝦、魷魚圈、魚丸、青口和蝦仁,海鮮份量都有睇頭,幾足料。酸辣青檸明爐魚($188)烏頭魚幾大條厚肉,下面有很多菜,我鍾意他酸香味十足,非常開胃。總結。食物水準不俗,座位也不會太迫,價錢公道,喜歡吃泰菜的一定不會失望。 continue reading

位於尖沙咀加連威老道12至16號加連威大廈地下12號舖的冬蔭Noodle (Tom Yum Noodle),主打泰國菜。餐廳的佈置以粉紅色為主,整體感覺夢幻時尚,而又頗有泰國風。點了一客這裡的正宗泰式海鮮湯粉,湯底則選了不辣的泰保藥膳豬骨湯底。海鮮配粒充足,包括有大頭蝦、魷魚圈、魚蛋、青口、蝦仁等。粉麵的類型也有五款可選擇。海鮮的爽口彈牙,用料頗新鮮,而且每款海鮮的份量約有二至三件。藥膳湯底的味道濃郁,和湯粉同吃,整體味道不錯。湯粉份量十足,兩個女孩子分享也夠吃。無骨海南雞飯上桌了,師傅已預先去了骨,吃起來更加方便。海南雞質感滑溜,味道鹹鹹香香。旁邊還附有薑蓉和開胃的酸辣汁。旁邊的油飯香氣四溢,整體香而不膩。冬瓜湯熱騰騰的,味道微鹹。侍應端來了牛肉串燒和豬肉串燒,串燒放在一個小籃子內,賣相相當精緻。個人較為喜歡牛肉串燒,肉味頗為濃郁。豬肉串燒也醃得相當惹味可口。點了兩杯飲品,右面粉紅色的是泰式玫瑰奶茶,左面的則是凍檸檬茶。玫瑰奶茶賣相頗為美觀,而且玫瑰味道濃厚,花香四溢,奶茶的甜度也適中。凍檸茶的茶味香濃,十分解渴。 continue reading
