平時喺尖沙咀想食泰國菜,都諗到頭爆,因為好多泰國菜都唔平,今日就發現咗一間價錢合理嘅泰國菜《冬蔭Noodles》。 餐廳座位都幾闊落同新淨。 我就點了《海鮮冬蔭湯粉絲》,冬陰湯底十分惹味,再加埋豐富嘅海鮮配料,魷魚,蝦,魚蛋,青口等,真係十分之滿足。 男友就叫左個《泰保藥膳豬骨湯底》嘅海鮮湯粉。其實兩款啲海鮮配料一樣,只不過係個湯底唔同,藥膳呢款好香中藥味,絕對係藥膳控嘅不二之選。 我哋仲叫咗兩款小食,雞翼同魚餅。雞翼煎得夠香,魚餅夠彈牙。 飲品呢度都有好多選擇啊,而我最愛就係青檸梳打,因為真係可以解一解口腔嘅油膩感。

I miss Thai food so much so tonight my friend took me to this Thai restaurant right opposite “the one”. The decoration was nice with all the neon lamp and the price of the food was economical. I highly recommend the boat noodles. It was amazing. The soup was very concentrated and tasted fantastic. After choosing the soup, we can choose two toppings and I chose local beef and beef balls. The Thai style baby cabbage was delicious. The cabbage was crunchy and fresh. The flavour was unbelievably good, although it was spicy, it made you want to eat more of it.

The snack platter was very good too. The shrimp cake was so good, it was crispy with lots of shrimp meat inside. The fish cake was so different compare to the other shop, the texture was thicker and full of flavour. The vegetarian spring roll was crispy and crunchy. The chicken wings were cut in half so that it was easier for us to eat it.

As for the drink, the rose Thai milk tea was not too sweet with strong rose flavour. It was milky and smooth. My friend got the salty lemon 7up, it was refreshing and fuzzy.

星期日下午茶,試試這家開張幾個月的泰式餐廳。質素不錯,可以一試。******************************冬蔭功湯底河粉 (8/10)這下午茶餐可配2款配料 ,我選了魚蛋和牛腩,雖然份量偏少,但牛腩夠淋,冬蔭功也幾惹味,但老公嫌不夠辣,個人覺得剛剛好,太辣怕吃不來。豬手飯(7/10)豬手好淋又入味,一口接一口。奶茶 (5/10)以為會配以泰國奶茶,可惜是普通的茶餐廳奶茶。咖啡味道也未如理想,是茶餐廳的質素,但這價錢卻也情有可原的。酸辣鳳爪 (7/10)味道偏辣,下午茶加配18元,算是抵食了。
