又嚟到灣仔上堂,朋友極力推薦蕃茄師兄啲蕃茄湯,本身好怕好假嘅蕃茄味,但最後都決定嚟試下。黑魚片烏冬加粟米滑蛋 配招牌蕃茄湯蕃茄湯的確好濃好杰,啲味亦都唔假,嫌有啲甜,始終蕃茄味又唔算好出,冇期望都冇失望。烏冬係好食讚岐烏冬嗰種,彈牙,幼身好掛湯!反而魚片真係驚喜,好滑好薄冇腥味。滑蛋的確夠滑,唔老,唔油膩,有蛋香。滑蛋牛肉蛋包飯牛肉夠滑,唔鞋,唔會落咗太多鬆肉粉搞到啲牛肉冇晒口感。滑蛋同樓上嗰個一樣咁滑,蕃茄汁冇蕃茄湯咁濃,個人覺得同蛋包飯唔算太夾。但值得一讚啲飯係炒底,香好多。下次嚟都係會食返烏冬湯麵!

蕃茄湯的確好濃好杰,啲味亦都唔假,嫌有啲甜,始終蕃茄味又唔算好出,冇期望都冇失望。

牛肉夠滑,唔鞋,唔會落咗太多鬆肉粉搞到啲牛肉冇晒口感。
滑蛋同樓上嗰個一樣咁滑,蕃茄汁冇蕃茄湯咁濃,個人覺得同蛋包飯唔算太夾。但值得一讚啲飯係炒底,香好多。
