薄切香煎嘅牛脷,油香味重,口感好腍同埋韌,加上蕃茄嘅酸甜,解哂啲油膩感,而個湯底有西芹洋蔥等其他蔬菜,唔會淨係得蕃茄味咁單調

騸牯牛面頰肉配炒滑蛋
佢用騸牯牛嘅關係,肉嘅油份比較重,牛嘅油香味係口腔裡面散發,而炒滑蛋非常濕潤而且有蛋味👍🏻👍🏻

呢炸嘅蝦條,外層嘅付皮非常脆而裡面嘅墨魚蝦膠非常彈牙,好香口,而且仲有墨魚同蝦號鮮甜味

12月頭去上堂,中午去咗附近呢間人氣餐廳,佢第一間店係深水埗,專買番茄做湯底嘅粉麵,或者番茄汁底嘅焗飯。12點多去到餐廳,有十幾人在外等位,因為我自己一個人去食,所以好快有位,自己填好餐單,叫待應入單就得。坐位唔多,同隔離枱距離都好近,不過可以接受嘅。番茄湯麵可以轉菜底,係實行低碳飲食嘅我的好選擇。怕菜底唔夠多菜,所以加多碟生菜。餸只係要咗騸牯鮮牛肉,肉味濃,有點韌,下次應該叫牛面頰。番茄湯底食得出新鮮番茄整嘅,冇過甜嘅茄膏味,酸味適中。菜底原來好多菜,其實唔加多碟菜都好夠飽。希望有機會再嚟食。

剛剛12:00 到已有人龍,好彩都有位食第一輪。睇住個餐牌樣樣都想試,最後叫咗個湯通心粉 & 豬扒焗飯,但係最後到咗係蛋包豬扒飯,見出面咁多人等都費事換來換去,照食啦~個蕃茄湯底係出色嘅,唔酸又唔太甜真係可以飲埋,但係d牛肉、同豬扒太熟有d 韌左,蛋包飯都好食,呢個價錢抵食啦!
