近日天氣開始轉涼,放假與屋企人周圍去行下,今次揸車來到屯門的三聖,這裡最多就是海鮮檔,可以自己揀新鮮的海鮮去附近的餐廳加工。我們比較懶,直接找一間餐廳點海鮮和小菜吃,比較方便~🔺果皮蒸鮑魚(時價):用果皮清蒸的鮑魚鮮甜美味而且可以吃到果皮的果香,鮑魚的肉質非常彈牙。🔺蒜蓉炒芥蘭($88):芥蘭口感脆嫩,蒜蓉的香味遮蓋住芥蘭的苦澀味,而且份量都頗多。🔺菠蘿咕嚕肉($138):菠蘿另上,而且有稍微燒熱過,令菠蘿的味道更清甜而且爽脆口感。咕嚕肉味道酸甜,口感外焦裡嫩,當然不少得洋蔥、青椒、紅椒等配料。🔺上湯煮蜆(時價):在簡單的調味下已經突出到蜆的鮮味,每粒蜆都非常肥美,最緊要是沒有沙,吃落很鮮甜美味。粉絲和菇類吸滿湯底的鮮味,啖啖可口!

呢間餐廳,其實係一間好細間嘅茶餐廳,佢雖然有海鮮加工,但係佢周圍都貼住「特價下午茶」的招紙!在我book位的時候,我就知道要個半鐘頭交枱……但我沒有想到……過咗大半個鐘頭,都未有上過一碟餸…效率慢到呢…..自己買了一些海鮮來加工炸鮑魚……中規中矩,火候都算唔錯……鮑魚沒有炸到好硬豉汁聖子,鼓汁唔夠濃……米粉底做得太厚……此消彼長,令到碟餸,唔夠惹味砵酒焗蠔,首先講明……佢唔係唔好食,但是,我非常懷疑入邊有冇砵酒……同平時食到嘅砵酒焗蠔,完全唔同味!另外點了佢特色的鹹鵝同埋咕嚕肉。兩個味道都唔錯,尤其是咕嚕肉,炸得幾好,又用上新鮮菠蘿,值得加分。

幾年沒有去三聖食海鮮,見暑假尾聲,跟仔仔們去食返餐海鮮餐,為暑假劃上句號。原本早一晚訂了興記,後來看到近年來食評好差,就改去這間食評好好的老店一試。環境預咗係茶餐廳,但最慘是有幾隻XX陪伴我左右,全餐也忙著跟牠們玩追逐遊戲。我們在發記買了5款海鮮到此加工。先講吓煮得好味菜色:椒鹽瀨尿蝦,脆蒜惹味,肉質幼嫩鮮甜。脆皮鮑魚,薄薄脆皮包住彈牙鮑魚。跟住講吓煮得普通的菜色:辣酒煮花螺我們要了小辣,這方面做得好好,真的是微辣,人人都食到,但有個問題係螺完全不入味,但螺本身有鮮味,可以出來後自行加汁吃。煮得差的菜色出場:豉椒炒聖子,店員說加米粉底好好味,當然就加咗,但唔好味,既不脆,也不淋滑,加上豉椒汁太杰也不容易讓米粉入味。聖子軟硬適中,但欠鮮味,也有可能跟聖子本身有關。米粉底另加$80最失望的菜色出場了蛋白蒸蟹無論是蟹或蛋白都完全沒有味,唔通唔記得落鹽?蟹肉也不滑可憐了兩隻最大的花蟹($380一斤)唯一可取之處是蛋白好滑唯一在餐牌叫的菜色是椒鹽鮮魷鮮魷欠鮮味,粉略厚,好惹味,但略咸小店招呼算唔差,但由於環境和味道,我下次還是食另一間吧!PS 由於openrice說內容含嚴重指控,因此用XX代替

跟朋友一行6人到棠記晚餐,需要他們代處理的海鮮只有6項(鮑魚、螺、蜆、漱㳮蝦、蟹、鮮元貝),另外,再加上3個小菜(生炒骨、椒鹽鮮魷及乳鴿)及1罐可樂,費用高達$1400。一)開始沒有標示明確加工食物每項目費用需收費多少;二)接收海鮮時沒報上加工收費。最後付款時,單據也沒有每項目寫明費用多少,只有總計一個。這情況下根本不可能知道每項目收費,是否有多收費用?大家要小心,這店騙人。最好在交接海鮮時就問清楚每項目加工收費,好讓自己能心裡有數。
