三聖是吃海鮮的好地方,今晚和家人來晚餐,選了一間很多好評的小店,除了吃海鮮外,還選吃了小菜,很豐富的晚餐。咕嚕肉濃郁的酸甜醬汁,包著每一顆咕嚕肉,新鮮炸起的咕嚕肉香口又脆身,份量之多足夠三至四人分享,旁邊的菠蘿甜度高又多汁,也是亮點。油鹽水煮蜆加入了胡椒的油鹽水煮蜆,蜆隻夠大肉質飽滿鮮甜,粉絲吸收了蜆湯的鮮味,令人吃不停口。招牌鹹鵝深色的醬油像滷水十分入味,說是鹹鵝但不會太鹹,味道剛好,鵝脾肉質滑溜,而鵝皮及皮下脂肪滿有鵝油香,蘸上醋汁更令胃口大增。蒜蓉粉絲蒸開邊蝦四隻大大隻的開邊蝦,尾部仍連在一起,可以一隻隻夾起食,蝦肉非常新鮮又煮得剛好不會老,肉質嫩,大量的蒜蓉鋪在蝦上十分香濃,底下的粉絲全吸收蝦和蒜的香氣,非常惹味。

另外一份係🐚豉椒炒蜆,相信呢一味個個都會有食過,要炒到將啲蜆開晒口都要好講技巧,豉椒炒蜆裏面有三色椒同豆豉,佢哋再加左洋蔥,令到賣相七彩繽紛之餘,味道都非常出色,蜆肉好新鮮,吸收晒配料嘅味道,令到蜆肉非常入味,唔錯唔錯😋😋

至於lunch時段,佢哋有推出午市特餐,最貴都係$55一份有交易,仲要送老火湯,所以就算唔係食海鮮嘅你哋,lunch不妨喺呢度食個晏😆😆

第一次去屯門三聖食海鮮,思前想後,今晚做左以下決定去楊合利買左海鮮大瀨尿蝦$390中蝦$190特大聖子$270奄仔$220蠔$130合共$1200去棠記加工加工5斤12收6斤$每斤$75共$450加米底$80咕嚕肉$138茶水約$50加一後$783即總數約$2000/4位棠記,一入去感覺已經唔好,因為一陣油憶味,可能係油煙殘留喺餐枱,枱布等又冇清洗乾淨所至期望食物符合預期,可惜真係好一般,又唔夠火候,調味又唔到位1)豉油皇蝦殼唔脆又唔入味,味道唔得平恆2)瀨尿蝦同樣走油時間差左約半分鐘,避風塘唔夠蒜香,只食到辣椒味,好在size夠大夠鮮,就算當白灼食都好食😂3)特大聖子皇加脆米底,同是欠火候,好在聖子本身超厚肉又鮮甜,米底不是炸米底,而係類似潮式糖醋麵做法,半煎炸壓到死實實,所以口感比較差4)砵酒蠔帶甜味,男友話好食,但我就一般,臨走時見人嗰碟酥炸生蠔,炸得好靚仔,可能佢做上粉炸嘢比較出色吧?!5)奄仔蟹,清洗求其,又冇將塊掩內啲蟹屎jit左出黎先去油鹽焗,所以部分有啲臭屎味🤮另加一個好多人讚嘅咕嚕肉,最伏皮係脆口嘅,但收$138一碟,肉份量實在太少,仲每舊都有一半係肥豬肉🙄酸甜汁冇山

棠記,一入去感覺已經唔好,因為一陣油憶味,可能係油煙殘留喺餐枱,枱布等又冇清洗乾淨所至

期望食物符合預期,可惜真係好一般,又唔夠火候,調味又唔到位
1)豉油皇蝦殼唔脆又唔入味,味道唔得平恆
2)瀨尿蝦同樣走油時間差左約半分鐘,避風塘唔夠蒜香,只食到辣椒味,好在size夠大夠鮮,就算當白灼食都好食😂
3)特大聖子皇加脆米底,同是欠火候,好在聖子本身超厚肉又鮮甜,米底不是炸米底,而係類似潮式糖醋麵做法,半煎炸壓到死實實,所以口感比較差
4)砵酒蠔帶甜味,男友話好食,但我就一般,臨走時見人嗰碟酥炸生蠔,炸得好靚仔,可能佢做上粉炸嘢比較出色吧?!
5)奄仔蟹,清洗求其,又冇將塊掩內啲蟹屎jit左出黎先去油鹽焗,所以部分有啲臭屎味🤮
另加一個好多人讚嘅咕嚕肉,最伏
皮係脆口嘅,但收$138一碟,肉份量實在太少,仲每舊都有一半係肥豬肉🙄酸甜汁冇山渣香味,菠蘿又就黎爛咁唔香唔甜!
我100%唔會再入這食店🙅‍♀️
三聖?或會再試多一間吧😅
