頭抽瑞士無骨雞飯,外觀企理骨子靚靚仔仔,師傅有誠意。蔥油用鹽熟成不足或是熟油不夠滾,沒有加雞汁調味,草腥味強烈野蠻,油膩感爆燈,吃不下!什麼瑞士雞呢,隻雞來自瑞士?跟本就係普通豉油雞,完全不是瑞士汁來的。豉油味清淡配上黑糖豉油更好味道,隻雞是否每日勤做健身啊?肉質過份結實,微彈超韌的,趙到我牙骹軟,給多一點時間嘴嚼吧!髀肉都還有一絲鮮味,胸肉有點驚嚇的隔夜異味,幸好都還入到口。油味飯完全失敗唔想食,但我實在太肚餓,頂硬上食掉大半碟,陰功豬。質地濕爛,黏黏一舊舊,第一啖我而縐眉扁晒嘴,凍凍的連微暖也沒有,散發少許倒汗水味,單調淡茂茂的黃薑味,食不到有雞油甘香味,撈得不均勻,迷彩一撻撻。

孖寶雞飯,頭抽瑞士無骨雞併海南雞配油味飯,海南雞開檔十多年水準依然,結實彈牙滑嘟嘟,雞甜味非凡彷似有著鮮果清香,皮薄嫩嫩鳳脂豐富甘甜,還藏著滴滴啫喱狀骨膠原,食得開心愉快,當堂靚晒!泰汁附著泰國的靈魂,風味十足,強酸微辣散發強烈香料芬芳,助味一絕使到雞肉味道提升好幾倍,格外開胃醒神食唔停口,就算油味飯濕濕爛爛黏埋一舊舊,都忍不住都要配飯大口大口地吞噬。當雞件完全消滅便可以停下來咯,剩下大半碟飯慘不忍睹,會否轉白飯會比較好呢?

金牌鹽焗雞飯,好壞參半的雞件,有幾舊散發隔夜異味。雞皮滑嘟嘟,肉質依舊非常結實有嚼勁,不乾鞋亦不乏肉汁,做食物傳心員要有冒險精神及必死既決心。白飯與油味飯同樣濕爛黏口,我唔食軟飯架﹗免強應酬幾啖吧,少少飯多多肉塞入嘴仔。蔥油貫徹終始由頭腥到尾,大大粒蔥花油淋淋不香甜不惹味。沙薑醬香香咸咸正常得多,還可以掩蓋部份隔夜嗅雞異味呢。

泰式咸菜豬手飯,未食只看外觀,第七感話我知有需要撈泰式酸汁享用。食過多間海南雞飯,從來未試過要碟泰式酸汁竟要額外加收 $3 蚊!好好好無所謂,大媽您幫我即刻即刻即刻入去攞!豬手十足十罐頭紅燒肉,鞋鞋硬硬咸味重,滾上酸辣汁可以略為減輕少少。白飯依舊濕爛,有酸辣汁助陣,搭舊乾硬豬肉免強下嚥。

四寶飯,無骨海南雞穩陣招牌菜夠結實硬淨,豬頸肉可能比海南雞更出色,佳品豬甜味出眾,半肥瘦夠爽彈夠多汁水潤不肥膩,燒得香口十分誘惑。蝦餅死實的質地沉悶的,味道半點蝦鮮味也沒有。魚餅竟然比蝦餅好少少,雖然油淋淋難得還有一絲檸檬葉的清香夾少許魚肉味添。貫徹始終濕爛飯粒,一舊舊黐到實真的好難處理,食幾啖算好比面喇。

無骨雞腳,酸味濃烈,辣味微弱到感覺不到,爽脆冰凍蠻不錯。大大舊洋蔥沒什麼作用,加芹菜多點車厘茄會更清新。涼伴土豆絲,比無骨酸辣鳳爪更酸,辣味微弱得感受不到,夠冰凍夠爽脆,免強過關。

豬扒冬蔭功湯米線,香茅豬扒來的,微暖油淋淋,用湯洗洗舒服多了,鬆化有點過咸。會否太求其那西呢?米線滾都無滾過就隊出黎!湯微暖、米線凍,離晒譜!未試過湯米線都可以玩冰火,爽滑不嚥韌,跟酸酸冬蔭功湯馬虎掃晒入口算數。

麻辣海蜇手撕雞飯,何解撈埋粗粗生菜絲呢?全部剔除。諗住撈上大量勁咸汁我就食唔出?依種諗法實在太天真喇!強烈隔夜嗅雞味完全未能被咸味掩蓋,粒粒硬實雞碎,咸咸濕濕不麻不辣,什麼醬來的?成碗都係飯焦,咁都出比客,有無搞錯呀,您估煲仔飯咩?乾乾硬硬黐牙可惡!

泰式雜錦湯金邊粉,豬頸肉真係堅得食得下架喎,熾熱爽彈味濃,肉汁滴滴,油脂甘香,證實比海南雞更美味更優質!如果苦澀椰菜換上爽甜紹菜就更鮮甜。坑紋札肉條軟拉拉淡茂茂,雞絲真係絲黎喎,不是早前嘆過的硬實隔夜異味雞粒,結實帶彈每口充滿雞甜味道。金邊粉米香霸道,長長完整不碎不短,大啖大啖啜得興奮莫明。熱騰騰燙燙嘴是最美味的溫度,湯底醇厚味甜不用再調味,捲起紫菜,捲起雞絲,跟金邊粉齊齊食,各具風格同樣讚不絕口。

咖哩薯仔無骨雞飯,只不過係平時的海南雞飯跟個咖哩汁,倒不如海南雞飯下面寫住可以揀咖哩、黑椒、蒜蓉、茄汁啦。雞件依舊硬實爽爽,白飯依舊濕腍爛。微溫咖哩汁何解不開火滾滾去?就算用微波爐叮叮翻熱都好啦!撈入生洋蔥、生青紅椒跟本無用,何解不加入雞件猛火兜炒一下,只係花幾秒時間就可使色香味出晒黎!咖哩汁就算慳住食,都只能極限送到半碟飯。

賣相來說,擺盤不錯,主打的芝士汁非常濃厚鮮艷,我個人不抗拒三色豆,如果有抗拒的朋友可以叫店家不要加。烤完的豬頸肉看起來很嫩滑亮澤;配菜也是有水準的,與那些連鎖難吃到爛掉的烚菜截然不同;麵條乾爽而不糊,還沒放進口就知道水準了。

第一件事,把芝士汁都倒在麵上,然後攪拌均勻。

掛滿芝士汁的麵條非常爽滑,濃郁的醬汁足夠鹹香但不會太鹹,起碼食完不會膩口要喝很多水。蜜味豬頸肉嫩而不柴,樹懶仔覺得也不錯,但不知道酸甜的醬汁搭配會怎樣?(比如柚子之類,會否更增進食慾呢?)

早餐時段真心坐得超級舒服,渡假一樣鳥語花香,環境清靜悠閒,空氣流通氣氛祥和。早餐冷清清只得小貓三四隻,明顯出品比午市黃金時段質素高好多!餐牌寫明星期四福米就係褔米,嬸嬸有堅持不準轉福麵呢,有原則有責任心都係件好事既。而且其他湯底出前一丁麵已全部取消轉為合味道杯麵,真係有食客會專程坐係度食貴價杯麵嗎?依家只供應麻油原味或黑蒜油豬骨兩款。發現錯字,最緊要正字,捍衛繁體字,捍衛廣東話,菠蘿飽?食完就會飽?


為食早餐專登早十幾廿十分鐘出門口,早餐食客不多,幾十個座位只得小貓三四隻,環境寧靜及氣氛舒服,食得開心愉快!還以為除麻油原味及黑蒜油豬骨外,其他湯底已全部轉為合味道,再望真一點餐牌,還有其他湯底供應喎,手寫看不清楚啊!

熱奶茶,茶味清淡而奶味較強特出,免強夠熱未到燙嘴的感覺,不過不失入得口。熱檸茶走甜,燙燙的剛剛好飲到最舒服,濃茶撞澀澀的檸皮味,免免強強。凍檸樂,宿醉難當晏晝留留都要回魂曲!梗係要回魂曲提一提神解解酒,連戰多晚今晚休息回回氣。宿醉未清晨早已醒都不願出門口,磨到過晒鐘都照食個早晨先啦!辣椒油,少少咸少少辣多多油,連隊三大羮都沒怎麼動容。

網球拍雞髀,網球拍炸髀?仍然寫錯字,都話唔係脾臟唔係脾氣,係髀係肶呀!脆脆的雞皮甘香油甜,係粉多了一點點,白肉嫩滑多汁飛射,只是醃味不夠透徹,最深入的地方沒有味道,幸好完成度不錯,食得過。出前一丁,補充一下塑化劑先。何解要落蔥花?又唔係潮州粉麵。略為腍了一點點,而且一食便知係沖水攤腍再煮的質地,給點誠意生煮好嗎?潤志辣椒油,老闆識貨喎!夠香且辣醒神開胃。

招牌厚切豬扒,蔥油太過油滴滴十分膩滯,用鹽熟成不足,草腥味依然強烈。豬扒不覺怎樣厚切,厚度都是大路差不多。豬扒多肥膏,炸豬扒外層香口醃味略咸,唯有掉到豬骨湯洗乾淨再試,舒服很多。番茄萣皮作裝飾?相信不是用來吃吧!黑蒜油豬骨湯出前一丁,不是任何湯麵加蔥花就一定好食!麵質有點粉腍,幸好還有輕微的爽滑,食落便知係沖水攤腍,有訂單時再煮開。豬骨湯特濃黏黏,加上黑蒜油有點濁,最後都決定淋上大量辣椒油調一調整味道。

咖哩牛筋腩撈出前一丁,在 2011 年時曾經食過,膽粗粗再掉戰!油淋淋凍椰菜,到底點煮到架?咖哩汁濃厚香辣掛在無味丁麵還可以,牛腩鬆化無渣有咬口,牛筋是我喜歡的綿滑軟腍黏黏的。唔掛得要等成十分鐘,丁麵煮到腍劈劈濕濕粉粉,用筷子大力少少夾都斷,容易消化無牙都食到,要扣掉 1 粒星!出前一丁,忘記要走蔥,還要那麼多!唯有慢慢續粒挑走,同時可以讓白烚麵吸收一下湯汁,眼見湯粉依然沉底未有撈勻。生椰菜硬硬帶澀我不喜歡,再見吧!太陽蛋脆皮雞扒,連凍飲索價 $50 大元真的有點貴!

太陽蛋脆皮雞扒出前一丁,毫無脆皮感的所謂脆皮雞扒,油油黏黏的雞皮散發焦燶苦澀味道。雞肉肥美嫩滑滴汁優質只是醃味略重,用滾湯浸洗一下舒服很多。太陽蛋沒有煎感覺,外觀及口感似十足蒸焗出來的。白烚出前一丁要給多一點時間讓麵條吸收湯汁,那樣可以微微迫走滾水味道。濕潤不過腍的質地掛著甘甜黏滑蛋黃,大啖大啖地塞舒暢偷快。

香茅豬扒金寶車打芝士汁撈出前一丁,竟然連芝士撈都落蔥,到底有無真正思考過呢?此豬扒比起厚切豬扒、雞扒、雞髀較正常,煎豬微溫不油膩,香茅味微弱近乎零,味道只是普通豉油豬扒,鬆化不乾硬,煮理得宜。涼浸浸的出前一丁麵條淋上室溫芝士汁,原來此道菜是冷盤來的,我真的孤陋寡聞咯,失敬失敬。白烚丁麵撞著黏黏厚厚車打芝士汁,少少咸多多酸,當作開胃菜色也不錯。芝士汁份量只是剛剛足夠,給多一點點就不用我這麼狼狽。

出前一丁,丁麵會落蔥既茶記寥寥可數,黎幫襯經常都忘記要求走蔥。重手灑下大量蔥花,浪費我時間續粒續粒挑走,一大輪功夫後還未完結,還要親自將麵條翻騰十幾個圈,直至滾水、湯粉、麵條融合均勻,終於可以食用喇﹗就連出前一丁都煮得唔好,學咩人做日清主題餐廳呢?嬸嬸稱已取消辛辣麵,現只供應麻油味或黑蒜味出前一丁。

太陽蛋吉列豬扒,太陽蛋只有微弱溫度奄奄一息,沒有煎過的香口,只有油油感似蒸蛋似焗蛋,味道異常單調,整隻吞下處理掉。吉列豬扒極巨形,連隻碗都裝不下,本想照張全家幅的。薄薄的幼細麵包糠,完全沒有吉列的感覺,咬落要吉嘴吉脷,趙落要裂開索索聲才是正宗,當作普通撲粉炸豬扒吧!切得極厚身,比這裡的厚切煎豬扒還要更厚,醃味淡淡然沒怎麼味道,肉質略硬未算乾硬,感覺食緊有肉味有肉汁的法包。

太陽蛋吉列豬扒出前一丁,沖水攤腍再白烚的麵條,粉腍黏黏散發少許滾水味道,沒有滾熱辣即叫即煮的霸氣。陰沉地進食沒有靈魂的丁麵,沒有半滴鮮味,真的十分可悲,食到無心機,求其倒落肚埋單速逃。

炭燒豬頸肉日式燒汁撈出前一丁,等足廿分鐘!想快只可食雞飯。日清冷丁麵都係第一次,熱食應該幾好食。烚完個麵底攤到凍晒,照燒汁室溫,就算唔翻熱都叮下去呀!燒汁凍冰冰特別咸,椰菜油淋淋反晒光到底點烚架?微溫豬頸肉雖然醃味略為重手,不過肥美爽彈肉汁激射,而且不油不膩少少焦香,多多豬肉甜味,色香味都值得一讚,比雞髀雞扒豬扒更出色。

沙嗲牛肉黑蒜油豬骨湯出前一丁,即煮不得不讚無偷懶!豬骨湯汁十分厚實,還有甘香醒神黑蒜油點綴。滾熱辣黏黏的麵質,半爽半滑吸盡湯汁。火腿太陽蛋沙嗲牛肉黑蒜油豬骨湯出前一丁,沒有煎過的火腿,極鬆沙嗲牛,輕輕沙嗲淡淡甜味,讓麵條捲著吃,幸福的感覺浮現。

腸仔太陽蛋五香肉丁出前一丁雞蓉麵,地獄油咸腸不過炸得熱辣辣,如果炸耐一點,油溫再高一點,可以變得乾爽皮脆不會油淋淋就更美味。五香肉丁鬆軟綿綿不乾鞋,搭著辛辣味道蠻可口。滿有誠意的鮮煮出前一丁雞蓉麵,熱騰騰出晒煙掛著大量五香油捲埋肉丁大啖啜,刺激味濃燙著嘴仔份外滋味,湯汁雞味特濃,別有一翻風味。

雪菜肉絲福麵,所有湯麵都落蔥,再次忘記走蔥!食得太多辣椒,疴左成晚無點訓過,好暴燥!唔肚餓都要食野補足一下體力。下雨天明明早出門口,誰知火車開得比正常慢,人家預時間剛剛好嘆埋早餐準時上班,搞到食完早餐遲兩分鐘,扣錢蝕比公司。

火腿炒蛋,沒有煎過的室溫火腿,浸浸滾湯洗乾淨消消毒便直接兩塊同時塞到嘴仔去,咸咸的沒特別。炒滑蛋有誠意,暖暖香甜的,只是欠點鑊氣。火腿炒蛋雪菜肉絲福麵,靜靜的福麵不滾燙,幸好湯汁都夠熱,不過氣氛悶悶的。麵條擁著雪菜肉絲急急的不停吸啜,爽脆嚥韌加滑彈,咸甜交錯,開心滿意!

香妃雞湯即食麵,千里送條毛,大大條毛大媽都視若無睹,果然見慣大場面!三小件雞件,骨頭大大舊,骨多肉少,難以驅走的隔夜雞味,好壞參半!雞肉結實依然,非常的有咬口,麵條即煮鮮甜爽彈,就算大光麵都可以好好味!湯底特濃奶白,不孤寒不水汪汪,辣椒油都不用了。

太陽蛋風沙雞中翼出前一丁,餐牌明明寫住風沙喎,風沙在那?吹走晒?風沙雞中翼完全沒有半點鮮氣,翻炸不即炸,油淋淋立刻掉到湯洗洗,黏黏黐牙的炸粉,乾乾帶咸的白肉,陰沉的味道。即煎太陽蛋不是韌韌的焗蛋,蛋白滑嘟嘟。讓她慢慢吸收滾湯的溫度,微暖時將筷子插入中出,夾起夾起麵條拖著醇香甜美的蛋黃汁,無可抗拒不停連濃湯吸啜,滿分爆燈不得頂﹗

香茅豬扒番茄濃湯出前一丁,白烚丁麵腍劈劈只有滾水味無麵味,罐頭番茄湯微溫水汪汪,讓麵條浸一浸吸吸湯仍然無補於事。豬扒油淋淋掉落湯洗洗去才享用,暖暖地厚厚嚥韌,醃味清爽沒有半點香茅味道真有趣,不過好味道喎。

秘製醬汁雞扒菠蘿包,特色中式漢堡,用力壓壓少許扁身可以狠狠地大啖咬!雞扒碎上咬到左跌右跌好難搞,食不到肥美多汁感覺。生菜番茄都新鮮,秘製醬汁似沙律醬混豉油,略咸但醒胃,加上甜甜菠蘿包,咸甜反差有趣得意。

餐肉火腿太陽蛋雪菜肉絲米粉,期待兩個月既福米比您件大媽完全破壞,滿心歡喜終於有足夠時間老遠走黎享受美味福米,我本身真係勁憎食米粉,唯獨福米非常鍾意食!指住餐牌要福米仲要講兩次都錯,走蔥講兩次都係無走蔥,走包講兩次無錯有走包,加餐肉講三次無錯終於寫返落張單度,要熱奶茶就聽唔到要問多次,係咪唔識廣東話?乾硬的午餐肉,預先煎定都已放段頗長時間,浸浸湯讓她回暖一下。油浸火腿微溫沒有煎香,油滴滴反晒光,浸浸湯去油膩。

送到時都未有為意,拍完一輪照片後回魂過來,福米個樣怪怪的,用筷子夾起望真少少,飲啖湯開始火起﹗餐牌寫住福米黎喎,是否故意呃我架?忍不住問問收銀嬸嬸,原來落錯單,激死我﹗嬸嬸即時話收普通米粉價錢,根本唔係錢既問題,那幾蚊算罷啦﹗黑面冒煙,餐腿蛋求那其食晒,米粉食兩啖放棄埋單閃﹗最憎食米粉。

好耐之前係媒體曾經見過一次,有一間餐廳用出前一丁做主題。好多時都會經過附近,但係就冇幫襯佢。呢個星期咁岩都係附近開工,所以點都要嚟一嚟。呢個真心推介。吉列豬扒係屋企點樣整都唔會整得好食,而且無咩幾何用咁多油。唔知係我好彩定抑或係餐廳嘅好習慣,呢件油炸嘅吉列豬扒竟然冇油嗌味!食得我不知幾開心!你之前有一日去食呢個黑蒜湯底沙嗲牛肉麵,我反而覺得佢嘅煮叮叮手法仲有進步空間可能我鍾意食爽口呢個角落令我想起,呢排叫外賣係唔係應該用返佢?另外餐廳門外都有大量出前一丁相關嘅食品出售,非常經濟實惠!下次再食網球拍雞髀!

趁著快新年,我們原本是專程來加太賀拍攝一些新年賀年照,但來到才發現環境已經相當破落了,酒桶變到灰灰殘殘,有些的外殼更凹陷了,而大多數燈籠的燈也沒開🤢走時轉角就發現原來有一間以出前一丁做主題的店鋪,🎈♥大紅紅,門外更有一夾公仔機,而店外店內都充斥大量出前一丁的海量精品和公仔😗排列陣式,什為壯觀,不過牆身的出前一丁的編年史只展示到2014年而已🤣食物價錢也便宜,都只是30元就可以吃得飽飽🍜來到出前一丁主題餐廳就當然是order出前一丁麵啦,湯底可以任選,然後配上港式茶記配料,比如五香肉丁,雪菜肉絲等等,和腸仔荷包蛋麵包;而我們就要了沙爹牛肉, 牛肉大大舊,厚身有肉味,其沙爹味更不會搶去黑蒜豬骨湯的味道,至於麵底就當然是出前一丁啦,哇哈哈哈🐸🦐🦐🦐。見到餐牌寫了🍼樽仔奶茶,我們也加錢試一下,和平時凍奶茶不同,是用樽仔做瓶子(😂)奶香奶濃,茶味也凸出,樽內也沒冰,不會因長時間飲用,而慢慢變淡,但樽仔和出前一丁是沒有任何瓜葛,這個就有點失落了 。店內所有精品都可以拿來拍照,有興趣更可以購買回家的唷店家只做到18:00就收爐啦,如果想來打卡就要盡早到啦
