Went for dinner. They first put us on a table with one long sofa seat that I had to share with other diners. Whenever someone sitting on the sofa moved, I moved. It felt like being seasick on a boat. Another colourful dish! Made me so happy just by looking at its plating! Def a piece of artwork🥰 the cannoli was so flaky that’s why it’s suggested to use your hand to eat it rather than cutting it into smaller pieces (put aside all those table manners for that moment 🤣) love the ricotta cream inside not heavy at all. Adding pistachio and candied yuzu made the dessert taste even better👌🏻

/Traditional tiramisu with coffee granite/
This tiramisu beats those from pici🤣 the surface was filled with shredded chocolate. This made the taste stronger and better texture as well when comparing to cocoa powder. Not to mention the mascarpone cheese was so smooth and light. Not too sweet. Love how they paired this tiramisu with the espresso shaved ice. Strike a perfect balance between sweetness and bitterness☕️

服務好,食物質素高,環境靜,周邊就算有國語人,佢哋嘅素質都比較高唔會大聲講嘢,食得舒服 😌

最後最後,提一提,餐茶 ~記得,唔好真係要茶!!! 因為佢啲茶雖然話係用茶葉嚟泡,但係唔知點解都係好淡!

The restaurant is always a good choice for couples/ friends/ family. Neither the food nor the service will never disappoint you.

The cheesy pudding in tomato sauce is creamy yet refreshing.

The beef slices are one of my favourite appetisers ❤️❤️

The spaghetti with 3 kinds of fish bellies is nice tho I love the one with red prawn more 🤪🤪

The Iberian pork is unexpectedly great 🤩 juicy and tender 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

🧀The cheese platter is a not-to-be missed dish 😍 the honey, jam and grape juices add colours to the cheese ✨✨✨

The tiramisu and coffee icy smoothies is the signature dessert of the restaurant 🥳🥳🥳 simply a perfect match 💛

This ONE MICHELIN STARRED HEAVEN sits right opposite to Victoria Harbour which allows you to view the ENTIRE Victoria Harbour from their floor to ceiling windows even if you aren’t sitting on their window seats because the entire restaurant is surrounded by their floor to ceiling windows.

The day that I visited the restaurant, the weather was everything. The sky was so clear and bright. Which made the restaurant super bright and the mood very happy too.

The service is BOMB. We got a little late but then they didn’t prep our table yet so they gave us complimentary drinks as we waiting for our table. That was super nice of them.

The restaurant is very caring for your dietary needs. They will ask you if you have any dietary needs without you even mentioning it (basic hospitality from fine dining places). Our servers were very polite and welcoming. Also, it was very respectable for all kitchen staff to wear masks during the entire course of preparations and cooking.

I ordered (my friend ordered the same things as me), the salmon which was so buttery with the salmon roe that would just burst with flavour and saltiness in your mouth. As my main, I chose the red shrimp pasta, everything about it was beyond heavenly. I ordered mine to be slightly soft, I loveddd the onions in the sauce, gosh this was just beyond this planet). For dessert, I had their tiramisu which they serve with cold cold cold shaved ice. If you go to an Italian restaurant, always order the tiramisu, never fails to impress!

Along with that, you get their homemade bread, a starter and petit fours, all complimentary! You will be given 5 choices of olive oils to choose from. I advice going for the middle. I went for the strongest and it was toooo strong for me.

So overall, this really was an AMAZING place to go! Highly recommended!

Nice scenery on 102/F though it was a bit foggy such that the sky didn’t look that clear.... weekend lunch menu with 4-course: starter + antipasti + main + dessert YUMMM! Starter - scallops from Hokkaido; antipasti - risotto with sea urchin + linguine with fish and 烏魚子 ; main - Wagyu beef sirloin (medium rare as suggested by the chef) ; desserts - peach and Rum BaBa (3 types of Rum at your choice and I picked the stronger one ... Hahahaha) Overall dining experience = great! Quality food + quality service! Cappuccino and Latte added = PERFECT!! All dishes in lovely presentation and the staff would introduce the dishes a bit while serving... a wonderful dining experience indeed!
