住咗喺黃大仙幾十年都係第一次嚟幫襯粗菜館 平時搭車就成日見到今次就特登嚟食!本來見到呢個招牌好想叫炒豬雜 但係見到隔離枱嘅鵝腸好出色 所以我哋就要咗豉油王鵝腸!果然冇令我失望 比我想像中份量更多 味道更好 鵝腸冇異味 豉油好入味 加咗好多薑蔥芫荽蔥 食落去感覺爽口另外叫咗都係好出名嘅鹹魚醬蒸肉餅呢個餸可以話係臥虎藏龍 普通嘅肉餅加咗鹹香味嘅鹹魚醬令到豬肉嘅肉味更加突出 又唔會太咸 送飯真係一流所以我哋都試吓佢個豬油撈飯豬油加埋豉油有啲甜甜地嘅感覺亦都唔會覺得好油膩最後仲叫咗呢個梅子蒸白鱔白鱔非常肥美份量都好多 啖啖肉梅子醬又酸又鹹好開胃粗菜館嘅食物質素非常好價錢合理難怪可以屹立喺九龍城幾十年!下次會再約朋友黎食過!

黎九龍城唔一定食泰國菜嘅,呢邊都有好多中式小菜館好多人推介,今日就試呢間,除咗有小菜食之外仲有生滾粥。店舖坐位用木枱,而且玻璃鏡上有好多簽名,別具特色。《麻辣秘製鮮雞煲》$138雞煲十分有川香,雞件食落去啖啖肉,而且雞肉好滑,又夠入味,亦都唔會食落好鹹,辣度方面可以再辣啲,整體好唔錯。《蜆蚧炒牛肉》$78牛肉份量多,而且煮得夠林,識落唔韌唔孩,不過略嫌汁有啲多,醬汁味道偏甜少少,不過幾抵食,送飯一流。《蠔仔煎蛋》$88煎蛋唔油膩,煎得夠香,而且蠔仔份量好多,亦都新鮮肥美,唔錯! 總括嚟講,價錢唔貴份量OK,下次試埋粥!

想起昨天被驚艷到的五柳黃花魚,吃過後覺得不推不行完全感受到粗重功夫菜還是要到這類型的老菜館才行,粗茶館,就是集懷舊創意及功夫於一身,位置在九龍城巴士站後,店面不大,很容易錯過。餐廳主打一系列懷舊菜,豬油撈飯,炒豬雜,蜜味東坡肉,惠州梅菜扣肉等等對於現代人來講都是手工菜,要花功夫 預備,也要夠鑊氣才炒得香口,基本上每一台都必點其中一兩款,名人名物,果然不同凡響。五柳黃花魚炸過的黃花魚外酥內嫩,魚肉雪雪白白,再加上酸酸甜甜又開胃的調味,與及師傅的炸工, 鬆脆到連骨都可以食埋 ,實在非常好吃!山楂醬排骨排骨泡油,表面脆粉漿薄薄的。新鮮山楂調製而成的醬汁,分量又剛剛足夠包裹着每塊排骨。豬肉肉質爽口,味道酸酸甜甜,卻多了一份山渣果香,好吃。咸魚醬肉鬆炒飯炒飯夠金黃,而且炒得夠乾身又相當大碟。而且,飯粒的咸魚香味也夠突出,肉鬆份量不夠多, 食到落底也不會感覺太油膩。這裡小菜的價錢完全是街坊價,最緊要是有不少特色小菜,不易在其他地方吃得到,叫外賣都值得捧場。

九龍城知名老牌飯店,價錢中等,想食八九十年代口味嘅小炒,就要去哩到。鋪面細細,但好光猛,個感覺都好舊式,特別有味道。微辣密汁炒蟶子個汁真係得微微辣,所以食唔到辣一樣可以叫,有埋青椒同洋蔥爆炒,好惹味,個密汁有啲似豉油,但又無咁咸,個汁送飯都好好味。蔡瀾鹹魚醬蒸豆腐餐牌上寫推薦,就叫嚟試下。個鹹魚醬系幾特別,配上清淡,滑溜既豆腐岩岩好,又唔會太重口味。豉油王鵝腸鵝腸煮到岩岩好,爽口彈牙,配埋蔥,薑絲,芫茜,辣椒,韮王,芽菜撈埋一齊食,每種配菜都有獨特既香味同質感,好有層次,又好香口。

很多年前已到這裏吃過,印象很好吃,特別是他的炒豬雜和豬油撈飯,今天再到九龍城,於是想再嘗試。山楂生炒骨醬汁加了山楂,酸酸甜甜的,挺好味。但排骨外的漿略後,若再脆再薄更好。香脆辣魚腩秘製醬汁是將四川的辣醬,魚腩炸得香脆,可惜魚肉不夠新鮮,肉有點兒散。此外,這個魚腩很多骨,每咬一口都要很小心。鹹魚醬炒油麥菜鹹魚醬很香,配上油麥菜一起炒是一個不錯的配搭,很好吃。蓮藕餅蓮藕加上鯪魚肉一起煎,味道可以,但蓮藕不夠爽口。這次吃後,感覺不如前,有點兒失望。

粗菜馆位处九龙城美食区最当眼处。本来地点有优势,但近年比较低调,客人不算很多。当年新开张时,声势不错,后来有开分店,现在就还原到最初,只此一店。菜都是家常菜。对年青人缺少吸引力。他们只爱吃日本菜,火锅,串烧。他们不爱吃家里的菜,当然也不会喜欢粗菜馆。像我们这些中年人,才会喜欢怀旧。今天点了几个菜,不过不失,过得去,不贵也不算很便宜。没什么特别印象。他们的白粥倒是煲得很好,是整顿饭最佳的项目。他们有猪油捞饭。我当然不会点来吃。这个没什么意思。要吃,家里也很容易做到。当然我知道好味道,但不值得吃它,多吃无益。另外的炒猪杂,我亦是一定不吃的。不是我不敢吃猪杂,而是我不觉得特别好吃。尤其是猪肠,最不爱吃。

自從離開電台後,幾乎絕跡於九龍城。奇妙地,因為兒子臨學期尾才遺失了本Science 書,考試前還須幫他撲,幾個電話後得知偉發有,便立即驅車到久違了的九龍城。到得九龍城,驚訝於成間廣場已被包得密實,對面的舊樓竟整排消失了!真個滄海桑田。180蚊一本只是下學期的Science!? 直頭搶錢。財散人肚餓,走到已一世紀没幫襯的粗菜館。去粗菜館當然要點抄豬雜,本來打算配豬油撈飯,但既然套餐已包括白飯例湯,也罷,「健康」一點吧!例湯蓮藕豬骨,濃味出色;豬什等了良久才出爐,即抄抵等啦!老實說,好味到不得了!照計只是簡單的豉油和糖,已令本人每次都清碟,連薑片、葱段、一切不知名配料通通吃完!其實粗菜館的炒豬什的水平是很難找到客觀標準的,因為不知為何,坊間鮮有食肆有這味菜供應,這令粗菜館的炒豬什變得「毫無對手」!(唔係對手弱,係真係冇人炒)結果一碟炒豬什,安撫了我180蚊兒子大意的壞心情,寫寫回味又想再食。

其實粗菜館的炒豬什的水平是很難找到客觀標準的,因為不知為何,坊間鮮有食肆有這味菜供應,這令粗菜館的炒豬什變得「毫無對手」!(唔係對手弱,係真係冇人炒)

結果一碟炒豬什,安撫了我180蚊兒子大意的壞心情,寫寫回味又想再食。

粗有蔡瀾加持的粗菜館,是一間路邊小店。店面的玻璃有各方名人的親筆簽名表示到此一遊,隨了可供飯時猜猜看他們的狂草筆跡下是何許人外,其實沒有美感和內涵。但看見玻璃一角寫著張國榮一名後,虛榮感和幻想襲來,想象著......我是否和天上的他吃著同一味菜式呢?我點了午市套餐的炒魚腩,魚腩是炸過然後用薑蔥紅椒炒的,魚腩鮮嫩香口而不油,反而有一點乾身。例湯也很足料香濃,有豬肉、香菇、大量豆芽(下圖的湯料已被吃光😂後補拍)。午市套餐(加一後) ($55)

我點了午市套餐的炒魚腩,魚腩是炸過然後用薑蔥紅椒炒的,魚腩鮮嫩香口而不油,反而有一點乾身。例湯也很足料香濃,有豬肉、香菇、大量豆芽(下圖的湯料已被吃光😂後補拍)。

中午套餐,經濟實惠,送赤小豆豬骨老火湯,有家的味道。另外,九龍城呢間我覺得比較岩我胃口,中午好多款套餐,有套飯外,仲有粥品,炒飯炒粉麵....我相片呢款連加一,才$55 ,那裡找???????

黎九龍城唔一定要食泰國菜嘅,中菜都好出色架!晚上7點,人唔算多,餐廳亦分2層,我們一行6人坐得都好舒服😌小小的一間餐廳,餐牌選擇好多!雞豬牛海鮮,有齊哂甘滯👍🏻滿足各人的口味😋order左梅菜扣肉,東坡肉,炒蜆,鵝腸,雞煲,例湯,豬油撈飯,炒米粉其實大致都合格,只是有d過咸😵東坡肉炆得好淋🤗豬油撈飯超香!如果調味可以輕手d就好啦!員工工作速度都快手!上菜好快!總結係滿意的晚餐,價錢亦合理
