放工同朋友去食小菜,入到餐廳,有種舊時香港嘅感覺,座位都算闊落,坐得唔迫。店舖有一面大玻璃,玻璃上有好多唔同食客嘅留言同簽名,另外仲有幅蔡瀾既字掛咗喺咗喺牆上面。細個同屋企人嚟最鍾意食粥,今次當然有點😋 除咗雞粥,仲點咗山楂醬排骨、XO醬鮮蝦帶子炒西蘭花同埋一碗飯。山楂醬排骨味道酸甜好開胃,食落有淡淡山楂味,感覺健康。XO醬鮮蝦帶子炒西蘭花d蝦同帶子都係大大隻。佢用咗XO醬炒,有微微辣,所以好惹味。雞粥一如以往,又綿又滑,而雞既份量都唔少,滿意~埋單每人$150。

經過九龍城的粗菜館多次,今天終於到店吃晚餐,原來粗菜館是蔡瀾先生極力推介的餐廳,有多款家鄉風味小炒菜式,餐牌更有一頁寫滿蔡瀾的十大推介菜式,食物款式種類非常之多。我們點了客家炒粉絲、菜圃涼瓜煎蛋、山楂醬排骨、鹹魚醬蒸豆腐。客家炒粉絲非常足料,有菜絲、冬菇絲、蝦米、芽菜、蛋、夠鑊氣,味道很好!菜圃涼瓜煎蛋很有風味,蛋餅夠薄也足料;山楂醬排骨使用新鮮肉牌,及用山楂果子煮成醬,味道酸酸甜甜非常醒胃。鹹魚醬蒸豆腐選用蔡瀾鹹魚醬,配上新鮮豆腐一鹹一淡,味道十分好。店員服務態度好,整體用餐感覺佳!

九龍城除了食泰菜,也有非常特色的中菜,今天來到九龍城,食的就是一間傳統特色的中國菜式的粗菜館。就算平時選擇菜式時有點困難,但這間餐廳的菜色感覺很多都比較易選擇,皆因菜式都是我愛食的,所以很快就揀了山楂醬排骨、薑蔥炒魚雲腩及要了2個粥。山楂醬排骨$88要了個食家蔡瀾都推薦的菜式:山楂醬排骨。山楂醬排骨剛剛炸起還熱辣辣,味道酸甜外帶點脆 !好味!!無怪乎是食家推薦!薑蔥炒魚雲腩$78 薑蔥魚雲腩,有很多的薑,魚雲及魚腩入口還帶熱,也是新鮮剛炸起,魚夠新鮮,入口香外皮炸到帶脆,可口又很入味,真是傳統美味的菜式!香滑鮮雞粥及狀元及第粥, 粥底都比較清甜,感覺上食香口菜食粥比食飯好呢。此餐廳的菜式即叫即煮,新鮮熱辣又香口,小菜真的非常正,鑊氣小炒夠美味!

住九龍城多年, 相信光顧 真係一隻手數得哂, 應該 5次都無, 老實講位置唔係差, 只係門面,服務呢兩樣野已經算係有 D 唔太想入去, 今晚因為整親條腰要去睇跌打, 睇完行開果邊順便搵地方食晚飯, 行過見好多年都無入去食過, 就嘗試再入去啦, 其實開門果一刻都有少少心理準備會見到西口西面既人, 估唔到咁多年無去都係一樣 , 望一望地下好似有 6, 7 張枱, 仲有閣樓, 只有 2枱有客坐, 加埋我地兩位同兩個服務員都無 10個人 ! 望完個餐牌, 好似同幾年前既無咩分別, 只係價錢上加左, 賣點咪又係豬油飯, 不過我唔食今次點左家鄉雞酒湯, 小炒皇, 家鄉煎魚餅,  第一樣來到既係雞酒湯, 真係得罪講句, 埋到來都聞唔到有咩酒味, 可能真係蒸發哂啦, 薑味有少少, 飲入口係好淡, 少少薑味, 成個大碗入面有幾舊雞, 跟住再來係煎魚餅, 一心以為係好似 D 餅既扁平既, 點知原本係長形魚蛋咁樣, 而且跟埋蜆芥, 未食都知道會同炸鯪魚球一樣味道, 呢個魚餅勝在即炸夠熱, 而且魚肉夠彈口入味, 最後一樣係小炒皇, 要讚既係呢度 D 餸係煮得好夠熱, 小炒皇以 XO醬伴炒出來好惹味, 算係三

九龍城應該無人唔識呢間老字號粗菜館,諗一諗都有好幾年無幫襯,今日放工同同事黎食幾個小菜。.我地叫左「香煎蓮藕餅$88」、「薑蔥蜆芥炒牛肉$78」、「椒鹽鮮魷$78」招牌菜果然係招牌,煎蓮藕餅看似簡單但係工序繁複,先將蓮藕切生粒粒再加魚肉打成膠,唔會只食到粉既蓮藕餅👍🏻;薑蔥蜆芥炒牛肉,成個組合好特別,薑蔥蜆芥鹹鹹地得黎好香口,加上滑牛夠嫰滑又厚薄適中,每件牛肉都夠入味😋椒鹽鮮魷簡單菜式,主要係個炸粉薄身,唔會好似咬黎咬去都係粉,魷魚鮮味夠大件👌🏻.加埋白飯汽水,平均都係$150內一個人頭,食到蔡瀾介紹既特色菜,特色又唔貴,難怪咁多年都仲可以屹立不倒。

今晚去了九龍城食小菜,小菜的款式很多人,有很多人名人推介,除了小菜外,還有粥品,價錢都算正常。星級推介的梅菜扣肉,梅菜墊底,表面舖上扣肉,扣肉肥膏一層一層,入口完全唔油膩,油脂溶化,扣肉蒸至入味,梅菜亦吸收了扣肉油香,肥而不膩。小炒皇有蝦球、魷魚、蝦乾、雜菌、西芹及豆角等,材料十分豐富,加了些XO醬,整體鮮味十足,蝦肉及魷魚非常新鮮彈牙。蠔仔煎蛋加了些椰菜一起,雞蛋唔會煎得太老,蠔仔肉脹卜卜,加上爽脆的椰菜。整體調味都適中,不會過咸。
