聽講翠華最近推出了一款神之叉燒飯,作為一個叉燒迷的我當然要試試他們的叉燒飯。這款叉燒飯非常特別,我本以為它會像一般的燒臘一樣,但出乎意料地偏向日式風格,不會有太重的燒臘味道,只是外表稍微有一點焦香感。而且每一份的叉燒都是超厚切的肉,下面還鋪上一層滑蛋,配上飯一起享用,真是絕配。我還另外點了一份香辣炸醬撈麵,他們的炸醬撈麵主要以香辣為主,不會有太多的醬汁,相對感覺更加健康,不像外面那些醬汁很多的撈麵。另外我們還點了一份瑞士雞翼,他們的瑞士雞翼是整隻雞翅膀,連雞翅尖都可以吃,相當正宗。此外,他們還推出了幾款不同的飲品,我點了一杯忌廉花茶。花茶本身就很甜,再加上忌廉,就像一個甜品一樣,非常美味。

❣️ 咖哩炸魚柳飯
香濃嘅咖哩薯仔配上大大塊嘅炸魚柳 實在係令人垂涎三尺回味無窮
不過由於魚柳係即炸嘅所以要等待嘅時間都相對會耐少少

自製魚腐係有香蔥喺入面,經過滾油炸熱,充分地釋放到香蔥嘅鮮香味
