To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 咖喱牛腩飯
我覺得一定要吃這個,非常好吃的咖喱,味濃又香,比什麼印度,各種東南亞餐廳好吃!

很多餐廳都會推薦,排行第一的,其實就是麵包片抹上了牛油和煉奶,甜甜的軟軟的,但我還是比較愛菠蘿包~
四喜魚蛋
是一個魚蛋粉,沒啥味道不怎麼好吃,但看大家都點,朋友也就從眾心理想跟著嘗嘗了
奶茶跟凍檸檬茶都Okay……自己喝了凍檸檬茶,天氣熱還好,沒有拉肚子哈哈。
見呢間翠華都開左好多年,諗住應該唔會太差,點知一碟炒飯見真章,第一次為佢寫食評!

1. 首先隻碟好污糟,以為係上手食完無洗⋯
2. 飯又乾又硬又一舊舊,無調味
3. 燶底,食落有苦味
4. 咬到好多大粒鹽,仲有蛋殻
5. 碟飯好很油,可以用碟底照鏡
6. 雞粒有一陣味,明顯唔新鮮
服務就更加唔洗講。
咁既質素仲要收咁貴,下不為例!
或者人地做慣遊客生意,唔憂做啦!
我去了翠華, 叫了一份每次必吃的B餐!
是的,B餐就是沙爹牛肉公仔麵, 東涌店做這個面很好吃, 牛肉嫩滑 、沙爹汁濃郁,公仔麵軟硬適中!
我不太喜歡吃餐包, 寧可加1元改要厚多士, 厚多士搽上牛油, 烤得外脆內軟,美味!
最後再來一杯翠華必飲的港式奶茶, 好滿足呀 …… 我充滿力量了,開工!
平日嚟食午餐,我最鍾意食豬排,呢間做豬扒有一定水準,通常外皮煎得脆脆,今日唔例外,我叫咗個板燒豬扒茄茸飯,真係用茄茸喎,唔係例牌茄汁,開胃惹味呀!
紅湯(羅宋湯)係例湯,日日必有,反而個白湯日日唔同,今日係周打魚忌廉湯,白湯做得唔錯,起碼唔會杰撻撻,名符其實,個湯真係揾到2片魚肉㗎。
呢間除咗多街坊幫襯,因為近住昂坪360,經常有唔少慕名而來嘅遊客,嚟體驗港式茶餐廳特色!

翠華亦都一樣,早餐時間亦都有人排隊。看見櫃裏邊還有個菠蘿榴槤包,真有趣。
點了個菠蘿包及一個蛋撻。菠蘿包顯得太過乾,中間沒有什麼餡料,也沒有牛油,很乾
翠華的蛋撻實在不算非常美味,因為它的皮,不是完全曲奇皮,在看似曲奇皮底下,又有一層酥皮,感覺吃起上來,不太脆身,不是完全曲奇皮的蛋撻,沒有那麼脆口,口感差了少許。
其後再試試這間翠華餐廳的吞拿魚包,就更加出色。麵包的體積不算極大,但是內裏餡料卻擠滿了整個包,吃落覺得吃了不少吞拿魚,是比較大件夾抵食的麵包之一,值得欣賞。
另一次,真的到了現場吃早餐。沙嗲牛肉麵的沙嗲湯底味道夠濃香,但不算太辣,而且夠熱燙燙。 牛肉不太多,幾片夠大,其他有些肉碎。
牛油豬仔包炒蛋,牛油豬仔包味道普通,不算烤得很脆;炒蛋還是不夠滑,亦都不算炒得太碎。
茶走的煉奶味道不俗,但是奶茶本身的茶味夠香濃,而且奶茶其實挺順滑,很久沒有光顧翠華,其實這杯奶茶意料之外的順滑。
大約2点幾到 , 條龍都唔係好長 , 我地跟住排隊 , 大約過左2-3分鐘之後見一個婆婆自己入咗去。心想: 婆婆 , 如果你係年輕少少 , 我真會同你講要排隊架。但見你係 ''婆婆'' , 我就忍下啦。呢個時候d店員都唔阻止 , 你(店員)係唔係偏心老人家先?
然後再見到一班行山人士無排隊就入左去 , 仲係5、6個人一齊喎 , 咁大班人一齊入嚟 , 收銀員都唔理 , 真係不知所謂!!
