事緣之前喺尖沙咀分店食過正正常常,諗唔到食咩好又食下啦,點知中咗個大伏😩叫咗半熟蛋拉麵,湯係正常溫度,麵質係硬到似過咗幾下水就撈上來,我以為自己揀咗硬度,但其實都冇得揀同冇要求過,咁算啦,諗住比佢浸軟小小再食🙁之後再食叉燒,佢地舊叉燒先係精粹,無諗過比$90幾蚊去食舊可能煲湯豬肉都‘淋’過佢既肉,又嚡又硬又冇肉味,其實我已經冇要求你地好多,我只係想食碗正正常常嘅麵,你話拉麵可能再浸一浸冇咁硬身再食都算,但叉燒係入貨應該都改變唔大啦?🥺🥺🥺第一次嬲到要寫出來 希望大家喺銅鑼灣諗食咩之前,對面有譚仔,食完應該無咁嬲,感覺無咁唔抵😖

係銅鑼灣行到攰,見到三田製麵所而家岀緊期間限定嘅海老系列。我就毫不猶豫,行左入去試下。估唔到我叫嘅呢一碗沾面好有驚喜。點左濃厚海老沾面($98),面嘅份量有小、中同大三種選擇,亦都可以加錢叫特大份量。我今次叫左大嘅份量,都已經好夠飽。而亦都可以選擇冷麵劃熱麵。我今次選擇左冷麵。整碗麵比我的印象是很濃厚,沾面汁的蝦味很重,上面的櫻花蝦更提升沾面的風味。而麵質也十分彈牙,配合沾面汁,很好食。叉燒的肉質亦很嫩,糖心蛋的熟度也掌握得很好。

好記得2019年10月尾,爆發Covid-19 前係我最後一次去日本旅行,當時在大阪幫襯《三田製麵所》食沾麵,店內播放天氣之子既主題曲;在疫情期間經過香港分店,都會話「起大阪食過呢間,幾好食㗎😚」;直到口罩令解封既2023年,終於再次幫襯《三田製麵所》,不過係銅鑼灣分店🤣🤣🤣店面同大阪差唔多,店內當然總會有啲唔同啦,不過最重要係碗沾麵☺️同朋友分別點左魚介湯、海老湯,魚介湯依然出色濃厚、海老湯有特色,入口有濃烈嘅蝦味,但不會重口味!麵底我地都揀左冷麵,冷麵麵質會比較Q彈,配搭濃湯係一流的👍🏻碗湯剩下3分1,再請店員額外加熱魚介水,令濃湯一下子變成一碗上湯,味道更加好美😍😍!聽朋友講,有啲鋪頭係加飯到濃湯內再拌吃,如有機會都想試試☺️除咗沾麵,亦點左小食炸薯條配明太子沙律醬,佢個名都改得幾有趣😄《福岡紅白混醬薯條》,同呢位朋友一齊食晚飯,甚少會食晒碟薯條🍟,起三田居然食得晒紅白混醬😯可想而知,個醬係幾咁美味🤤,果然明太子+沙律醬係絕配🩷🩷🩷個人覺得呢間沾麵算幾好,雖然打唔低我心中的第一位🤭🤭

上星期去登龍街食飯時,見到對面三田製麵所嘅沾麵幾吸引,今個星期約埋朋友去食😋 估唔到平日晚市都要等一陣先有位😯 本來想點限定沾麵,可惜當日已售罄🥲 點咗🍜濃香豚骨魚介沾麵($84),麵嘅份量可選小、中、大或特大,照顧到細食同大食朋友嘅需要,仲可以選擇冷麵或熱麵,非常貼心🥰 另外亦有一人套餐($121)提供,配小食及飲品冷麵條揀咗中份量,原味粗麵條帶淡淡小麥甜味,口感彈牙🐟 魚介沾汁熱辣辣,味道非常香濃,內有豚肉粒,麵條浸入沾汁中會變得熱辣辣,好好味😋 叉燒亦軟嫩小食及飲品有日本唐揚協會金獎炸雞及罐裝檸檬茶,炸雞即炸熱辣辣,外層酥脆,內裏肉質非常滑嫩,好味!餐廳環境整潔,座位空間唔算大,簡單食晚餐都係幾好嘅選擇👍🏽

今次嚟到日本過江龍的三田製麵所,喺日本這間餐廳非常多分店。亦獲得不少好評。今次嚟到香港銅鑼灣分店食,今次係嚟食晚餐去到餐廳已經排長龍非常多人,但係我今次自己一個人嚟比較快有位置坐,餐廳整體環境不錯比較寬敞唔會太逼。呢間餐廳主打係沾麵,我就普普通通叫一個沾面,我鍾意啲面系凍嘅所以就叫咗凍面沾麵湯嘅部分非常濃郁,比較有少少鹹。唔建議直接飲用。建議點湯來吃,點樣湯嘅面味道啱啱好容易落口而且湯點完亦都可以免費添加!炸雞方面做得非常好,落粉嘅分量啱啱好唔會太厚完全啱我口味非常推薦總括而言呢間餐廳非常值得去試👍👍

好鍾意食沾麵嘅我一直都係三田嘅忠粉,仲記得當年香港店第一日開業排咗成個鐘先有得食。雖然而家想食拉麵有好多選擇,但三田多年來水準穩定,所以久唔久都會去食。最愛佢招牌濃厚豚骨魚介沾麵,次次都係食佢。而且麵有得揀size,大盛都唔使加錢,有成足足450g咁多,一定食得飽(圖中前面係中350g,後面係大450g)湯底用豬骨、雞骨同大量蔬菜熬煮12小時,再加入特製魚介高湯造出濃厚湯底。湯底夠濃郁但唔會太鹹,加埋魚介粉令魚乾鮮味更突出自家製粗麵條口感煙韌もちもち,就咁食帶微微小麥香,掛湯效果出色叉燒唔係用腩肉比較瘦,怕肥嘅我食得開心味道清淡蘸沾汁食就啱晒除咗原味沾麵,炸雞都係必食!自家製唐揚炸雞單點一份有五件,新鮮炸起表面酥脆,內裡多汁總括嚟講食物質素高,份量多而且價錢抵食。餐廳環境企理乾淨,座位唔會太逼坐得舒服。
