週末跟媽媽入數碼港食午餐。這家餐廳位於艾美酒店內，樓底挑高，還有戶外用餐區，我早預訂了靠窗位置，非常光猛。🍣三文魚壽司（2pcs）$75簡單的三文魚壽司，連我媽都說好新鮮，三文魚油脂比例均勻，入口魚油豐富，取用赤醋飯，特別香。🍤海老天婦羅卷（4pcs）$160配料就是炸海老、牛油果、日本蛋黃醬，赤醋飯反卷，有爽脆海老天婦羅，香滑Creamy 的牛油果，味道挺不錯的。🐔日式鹽燒日本雞腿肉配日本燒汁 $195上面是一些蔬菜，炸蓮藕片／炸秋葵／汁煮大蔥，大蔥我覺得好吃，煮得好咁，雞腿肉是連皮的，雞皮好脆，日本燒汁不是普通餐廳的濃稠醬汁，這裏汁醬比較薄身，我覺得略淡，不過就吃出原味。🍱汁燒鰻魚飯 $250鰻魚厚身，上面撒滿了紫菜絲。魚皮非常脆口，魚肉肉質厚身得來，魚油好豐富，旁邊放了一粒開邊蕎頭，好開胃，醬汁不算多，日本飯不錯。總結，私以為數碼港食飯沒甚麼人，卻沒想到人流蠻多的，但一點都不是嘈吵，所以用餐環境不錯，挺舒服的，食物也可以，下次要試試2／4人餐。

玩完彈床就同小朋友去咗對面嘅酒店嘆返嗰tea🍹補充一下體力因為用遊戲手帶嚟幫襯，只要$80就有一份🍔 精美兒童餐 有小朋友最鍾意嘅burger , 薯條🍟迷你size嘅漢堡包，fit哂小朋友嘅小咀巴🤣漢堡肉質有咬口，食得到新鮮靚牛肉，夾埋蕃新鮮即炸嘅薯條熱辣辣，脆卜卜。仲有切好嘅士多啤梨🍓blueberry甜品有朱古力小蛋糕🧁而果汁🍹有apple juice or orange juice 揀餐廳outdoor環境好靚，有大魚池。感覺好舒適。

真心要特登寫comments，因為估唔到呢間數碼港酒店入面嘅日式餐廳咁高質。嘢食非常新鮮，同埋服務好好！靜靜地都幾舒服。朋友生日個cheese cake都幾精緻，本來諗住靜靜地搵間餐廳，但係真係覺得可以再encore。下次會再約人嚟傾偈。

📍Umami (薄扶林)薄扶林數碼港道100號香港數碼港艾美酒店大堂1樓==============================餐廳位於數碼港艾美酒店1樓位置，除了室內位還有好大面積的戶外位，戶外位置有一個設計非常日式的魚池，坐位擺放有足夠距離，坐得非常舒服😌餐廳整個裝修同氣氛都好日式，如果唔係聽到車聲都唔知原來旁邊係馬路，狗狗可以坐係椅到一齊食，職員服務態度非常專業，隨時都留意住我地有咩需要並且立即安排同處理👍🏻👍🏻==============================前菜（漬鮑魚）鮑魚肉質彈牙，唔會一咬就爛，而且一直有湯汁滲出來，鮑魚下面仲有件白蘿蔔，同樣吸滿鮑魚汁而且唔苦同無渣刺身杯刺身好新鮮，即使厚切都唔會有筋，凡立貝中間仲有微微咸味滲出和風汁燒三文魚🐟三文魚超厚身，外層燒到好香脆但入面魚肉唔鞋，配上牛油醬味道好好鐵板蘋果味噌燒伊比利亞豬胺🐷豬胺應該用左慢煮方式去煮，因為豬胺本身無肥膏但又一d都唔鞋，仲好多肉汁，伴碟d蔬菜都超好食白桃雪葩伴青瓜粒，哈蜜瓜及柚子泡沫雪葩味道好清新，微微酸味配上新鮮白桃味道，再加埋哈蜜瓜同青瓜粒味道好有層次，好難得食到禁高質ge甜品🍧
